I shipped out a package to my family in Mexico and they provided me with a tracking number. My package had no problem getting there and the customer service was fantastic. The people working there are very nice and helpful
Always open! These folks are open through snow, rain, most holidays, and they always take care of me. Even if I mess up my ups return, they explain and help me understand what they can and cant do, what will cost more vs save me money etc. Great location!

Dropped off a package to this UPS store and thank God I got a receipt. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT!! they lost the package and UPS said they never got the package then all of a sudden out of no where the package was found. I don’t exactly know what happened but... I did return a sound bar to Amazon so perhaps someone thought it was good to try and take it who knows.
Response to reply: No one is saying services should be free; please only focus on what is actually suggested. It is okay that you charge for services - in this case, charging for printing. I did not have a printer, and I am willing to pay for printing. It is the HOURLY COMPUTER USE charge that was addressed, especially when customers are just printing a shipping label. Thank you.Very unreasonable charges. Contacted UPS but was told it was individually owned and I would have to call somewhere else. Contacted the customer service twice but no follow-up response.I have similar issues like the recent reviews. Dear UPS store: if you decide to charge someone around $4 just to print a label, I would really wonder what UPS thinks about it.

I went to use the computer two days ago to print out my package label and on my receipt, i got charged $3 which is reasonable and understandable, yet when i checked my bank account, i came to find out i got charged $19.95. Unbelievable & i only used the computer for 8 minutes!
This is store not even owned by Ups. Was told by Ups that the business owner brought name. ( Like someone opening a McDonalds).I went in there and was told that the machine that you can get shipping labels dont work. Ok no Problem29 cent for the print label. No Problem.Heres the catchThey charge you $3.59 for one hour of computer use.Now it only took no more than 3 minutes to print label.I ask why was I charge for a hour use of the computer when I didnt even touch any computers in here.Response was thats the charged or you can go else where.If it wasnt cause I had a deadline, I would of went somewhere else.This store needs to be invesgetate for the way they charging for using a computer that costumers never useHeres my proof
Horrible service... I had item in a box, just had to put a small piece of tape, normally the other ups store do it for you for free, they charged me $3.50 just for a small price of tape. I wish I knew that before, had tons of tape at home... never going back and would suggest everyone to avoid going there

Nice enough people. I came here without reading the reviews and had a wonderful experience. I had a return to Amazon handed them the package and he printed me a receipt. I apologized for coming in the last minute and the nice lady said oh we still have eight minutes.
Today November 17, 2018. I went to this store to drop 5 boxes with my pre-paid on them all my day was so good so far until I got into this store. I just had the worse experience since I started shipping for my company HP. The Indian boy working in the store was so rude towards me. I thought maybe someone forced him to work there that’s why he didn’t care about customer care or customer experience. This is America your customers are happy, your business will florist. You don’t care about customer, your are arrogant, you never make it. You will not go too far!!!CUSTOMER IS THE KING
The employees worked well together. Being able to get my tasks done fast and correctly was something that this team of ups store employees did very well. Will come back in the near future highly recommend to any other people in need of shipping any size item.

Disgusting people. I came in here to do a return for Amazon. I had my own shipping envelope and just needed them to print the barcode. The woman tries to charge me $2.25 for printing a single piece of paper. Keep in mind, they get paid off my drop off. Hard to trust anyone that desperate for a dollar. Beware!!!
Always helpful and efficient. We use them for our large volume printing services. They are very competitive with pricing for volume. Beat other local printer that I had been using.
Horrible service would never go back
I dropped off an item to have returned but forgot to put something in the box. I called right away the young man who helped me on the phone told me he would leave it to the side and make sure the person coming in when he leaves doesnt have it shipped---- which he did(he was very helpful). I get to the store the next employee has the delivery guy take the package and she confirms with me the employee before her tells her not to have it shipped(Like really)). Never returning to this location sorry. I couldnt have the item intercepted and I was told by her and her manager I would be fine with getting the item back. Also when I got there it took her soooooo long to service the lady in front of me. I waited for like 15 min. Maybe in the time it took me standing there should could of had my item retrieved.
They charge for computer usage, printing..really...UPS IS A LARGE COMPANY AND THE LABEL IS ALREADY PAID FOR..COMPUTER USAGE..😂😂😂 RIDICULOUS. I SPENT $19 IN TOTAL FOR A SMALL BOX AND PRINTING AND COMPUTER USAGE PLUS TAX..
Do not ship with them! They steal your package contents.
