Supersized store with everything everyone needs & a lot of stuff you dont need, but buy anyway.  Very clean & organized.  Employees are great.

I bought a power cord 2 weeks ago. It worked fine until today when I tried to plug something in while it was already on and everything shorted out. I went back to exchange it and got told to go find it on the shelves and once I did I was told I need to pay extra because since I bought it they raised the price of the same dusty Phillips power cables. Walmart cant take losing an extra $2 profit to swap something out that I already paid for?

Walked in this morning for fishing worms at 7am (they were out) and thats not out of the ordinary for me being a young local homeowner who frequents local fishing. But what was unpleasantly surprising was the manager who stopped me at the door to accuse me of theft and ask me to empty my pockets because from 15ft away he says he heard something rattling in my pocket. Turned out to be car keys, phone and an off brand granola bar sold at Marianos. I simply said have a nice day sir.. Sadly he didnt offer an apology or statement of justification. He just looked at me like they always look at young people of color and I wish it wasnt like that...

Really not a great place to go. Constantly cluttered and dirty. I will drive out of my way to avoid having to go here. Picture is of their car filters. Just shows how much anyone cares at this place. No rhyme or reason to how things are put on shelves - just thrown all about mixed up. Not sure how they expect anyone to be able to find things.

Pretty tight. not a very big selection of Wals at this mart bit honestly so many varieties of dish soap I couldnt even smell them all without getting kicked out. also do you guys remember when they sold fish? or was I stoned?

Its ok. They are remodeling. Hopefully better when they are done.

Always great to shop at, youll find what ever you need.

Was there on Saturday 8/28/2021. Was over charged on the Clear American flavored water. Went to service desk to get refund. The girls didnt bother to call someone to physically check the price on the shelf of the item yet checked the item on there personal phone. Would not recommend shopping here. If you do get over charged I would recommend checking out and going to get the price tag that is on the self for the items you purchased and take it up to service desk. Apparently people are entitled to doing less work the more they get paid at this location.

I went online and put items in cart to purchase, paid, and then set up time when to puck up. Walmart asked me if similar substitutions were alright because of product being out of stock by email before pickup time, which was nice. Employees came out to my car within a few minutes in the pick up area and quickly returned to put my groceries in the backseat of my car as requested instead of trunk.

Terrible service, in person & through phone they hang up wont answer transfer like its a game teribble very disappointed!!

I was at the vision center and I have to say theyre taking all precautions for their safety and ours,, have to answer the covid questions and get you temp taken and hand sanitized but they have an excellent system in place so for that they get the 5 stars,, gonna look in the store after so ill let everyone know. How the store looks inside clean ir dirty

This store has security that watches black peoples every move my wife paid for $179 worth of pants for my son n security stop her after closely after standing over her shoulder seeing her pay with the credit card they still stop her at the door.

A lot of products are missing but I understand its not their fault. Overall nice place

This was by far my worst shopping experience. I understand you are remodeling but things are nowhere to be found and the checkout prices and signs dont match. And no one around to help. Very disappointed.

Ohh it was fine. I just hate that they are changing it again. I dont see why it matters. Your not doing it for the customers. We like it the way it is.

6/2021 Was there on Friday evening 6/11/2021. Place was a mess! Especially the grocery area. Staff were not friendly, not mean. Just not friendly. Would not look up at you, just walked around or through you. No excuse me, etc. They were quite young, maybe 12 altogether in the grocery area. Not sure if they were supposed to be there as this was their play area and play time at the zoo. No supervision saying, please work rather than congregate in groups of 5 or 6 play games in the aisles. Could not go down some aisles as they were blocking them with their playing around. I love to have fun at work, enjoy each other, etc. But this is not professional, courteous or helpful to someone who is in the store for the first time trying to buy some things. We will personally consider another Walmart instead.Boxes, products, etc. all over the floors, not just in grocery, but other places as well. The store had what we needed, but took extra time finding things as the staff was always in the way and reluctant to recognize customers as the people they want in the store.

Walmarts is one of my favorite stores i can get all the necessities i need groceries to kitchen appliances to curtain and comfortable clothes. Vitamin and more love love this place 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 stars

Walmart is one of my favorite shopping centers, although the prices are too high I think it’s crazy. but other than that I love the employees there they are very talkative and friendly. Will definitely shop there again.

Sure looked horrible. Like it was a whole new store on day one. Boxes all over. Floors unfinished. A total mess.

One of the all round nicest Walmarts Ive been in for a long time. And that is out of 5 states in that time.

Everyone going into Walmart has to wear a mask. They will give you a disposable mask Id you dont have one.

Full produce and food aisles.Lots of parking, but be prepared to walk far for the entrance.Plenty of staff on hand, Ive never had to wait for a self checkout to be open. Even when one of my purchases had an anti theft device attached, there was an employee near by who took it off for me quickly.They have a Subway, nail salon and eyebrow salon, too. Its the closest one to my work, and I often run in to check out new beauty products and grab essentials for home.

Aside from there restocking and remodeling, I thought this location was closing because of the filthy dirty atmosphere. I have not seen a Walmart this bad in years!

Was thinking of buying a computer but they dont ever have their displays on or charged. How can I trust something pricey that I cant sample?(I know, its Walmart so I shouldnt expect a decent computer there anyway. I may as well go to Best Buy.)

Wow ! I am shocked at this location of Walmart given its location !! The aisles are poorly sorted floors are dirty workers yelling their native language throughout the store, policemen storming in to arrest an individual, cashier running out to catch a individual who failed to pay ! “ told the guy hurry get back in here “ lack of inventory ! The only Walmart I’ve seen no greeter ! Poor customer service so grateful for Elgin’s Walmart !

Definitely the worst Walmart Ive ever shopped at.I came out to this Walmart to buy the bike because my local shop didnt have one.I bought the bike on Monday,they told me to check back on friday,Friday, called on Friday and they told me someone would call me back,NEVER HAPPEND!!Saturday I decided Id just come to store tobike up bike assembled or not.Ive been here at Walmart for about 20 minutes and they cant even find my bike!!!Stay tuned.

The trip to the pharmacy was good. But the store had so many empty shelves. It was very disappointing shopping there.

Had a item on display... but none in stock to sell... Why! Its it too hard to take those display items and hide them in the back (there was no schedule for replacement inventory to arrive). Although the representative was very eager to show me another item (more expensive... Felt a bit like bait and switch... Do better WalMart).

Im giving 1 star to the express delivery driver service. It is super slow they dont have all the items ready. Only one employee to hand items that 4 different people. It needs improvement.

Motor carts were all in the parking lot. Very hard to walk on crutches.

Walmart has always been a great place to get everyday stuff at the best prices. It offers a lot of options to select from and usually has most of things in stock.

June 2nd at 6pmWe just left this Walmart. As I was checking out my son (7) needed to go to the bathroom. I rolled up to the restroom and he was taking a while. He called for me to tell me he was sick. I just bought $300 worth of groceries and didn’t want my cart unattended (or to take it in the bathroom and inconvenience others) so I grabbed an employee and asked, EXTREMELY POLITELY, if she’d watch my cart quick (and explained my son was sick in the restroom). I ran in for all of 2 minutes. When I came out she was gone. She literally said she’d watch it, waited until I turned my back and walked away. I haven’t been into a Walmart in YEARS for this reason. Gave it a chance because we wanted a specific meat and figured this was the best place to get variety. Now I won’t be back again for another 5+ years. Target is less than half a mile away. Go to a company who actually cares about their customers.

Crowded and unorganized.. been to better walmarts.. bought a travel tooth brush for my daughter and someone picked the gift bag that came with the toothbrush 😡

They occasionally are not stocked with items. Some frozen foods, such as waffles(Walmart brand). I seen eggs on the 60 ct. Go from $5.98 to $6.40 within a couple of weeks. To be fair, maybe there is a egg shortage.

The staff that brings items out are Awesome ‼️

For the second time in a week Ive gone there and they didnt have any electric carts to use they never have any ready to use. they need to get the old ones repaired and maybe get some more and stop the people from taking them outside and leaving them there.

I will rate this a 4-star because this is open 24 hours I hope that Walmarts in Canada also are open 24 hours. There is a lot more selection and the prices are also very reasonable the only Department that needs Improvement is fresh groceries I also hope that they start keeping a lot more South Asian vegetables

Most of the employees and customers arent wearing their masks properly and some just werent wearing them. The store is going through a remodel and the employees seemed annoyed when I asked where something was.

They are moving everything around, there are empty aisles, cant find anything, replaced almost all checkers with self service, cant find anyone to answer any questions, I find the atmosphere inside to be depressing

Always out of stock empty shelf space thats slow to be stocked narrow isles end caps in way of isle passages low variety on frozen and baby items rude and unhelpful staff pick up ALWAYS waits till 7:30 to get the orders which is right before it closes which causes constant item cancelation!! Go to Elk Grove instead people!

Had to call 3 times for someone to help with my order pick up other than that the man that gave me my order was niceI did self checkout for other items, so I can for sure say the cashier was AWESOME! 😜

A great customer experience normally flows down from the store manager, and I continue to shake my head with less than satisfying Walmart employee involvements at this location. Sometimes, a few employees are just downright rude. Think covid related change of store hours. And dont make me check out my own cart full of purchases, because of no other options at a particular hour, and then have employees monitoring the self checkout Lanes get rude when I need assistance, or try and rush rush me through your self checkout lane, when I didnt ask to go to that lane in the first place. Some of these store closing employees lately, have just almost driven me away from the store, its gotten that bad. Hopefully this will change with the end of covid and the possibility of returning to 24 hours, but covid or not, employees do not need to act that way towards customers.

Staffs are kind. We could find which is store pick up only item.Compare to other online site Walmart has more reasonable price.

There are renovating the store. You have to walk the store to find what youre looking for.

Inside option to pick up online orders was great. Its so fast and simple. You walk in, tell them your #s and theyll come out with your stuff. Very convenient for all occasions.

Fast pharmacy service, highly recommend

I have been using Walmart grocery pick up for the last couple of months and I do like it and its convenient. However there are times that I do not get the items that I have requested and it seems that it takes a while to send a request to either get substitutes or cancel the item. But when the item is unavailable I have gone into the store the next day and all the items that were unavailable were available in the store. I know they restock every night but it was just odd that some of my items were not available.

I always shop here and in loves it that is always clean

Came in the store a little too high the other day no I wasn’t driving lol. But I’d like to thank that very sweet store associate that noticed me being lost & confused looking stupid trying to find some eye drops. She was very sweet & kept it professional but she definitely knew something was wrong 😂

Store is well stocked. Adequate lighting. Plenty of parking. Good location. All stores should re stock after store closings. Too many times Aisles are filled with stock. Employees are busy to place items on shelves and adding to congestion.

The products were okay, they didnt have any oatmilk which resulted in another trip

I had to travel 60 miles 2 days in a row the prescription computer was down.

Horribly understaffed and a lot of the staff were very rude. I had one male employee start harassing me for asking another employee to price check an item for my baby boy who was in the cart right next to me. He was calling me names under his breath, staring me down and saying other stuff. The only reason I didn’t react was because my baby became hungry and fussy. It’s a mess in there too and you can’t find tags for anything and a lot of things are out of the package and opened. I’ve been to many Walmart’s and this one takes the cake as the worst one. I’d try a different one if I were you, if you don’t want to be harassed by an employee.

They have most of daily needs. Comes at good prices too.

I have noticed door greeters don’t greet Hispanics at the same rate they greet caucasians. Don’t know about any other race. Other than that it’s alright.

No complaints about walmart you know what you are going to to get lowest prices at the highest quality. The self check out can get busy at times but they have multiple on both sides of the store!

The shelves are not being stock though out the day at this store. You have to go early in the morning to get what you want, especially groceries. That why I usually end up at Meijer.

Seamed disorganized not enough cashiers. Asks for price check was told only at registers. Do have good pricing but almost gives impression may be getting rid of inventory closing?

The store is very well kept except the bathrooms seriously need regular tending to. One should not see poop in 3 stalls in every Wal-Mart. I was literally on the phone with a relative in another state and she was verbalized what I was seeing because its the same there.
