I caught this place trying to sell refurbished shoes on their wall!! Look closely at your shoes and I recommend you dont go there.Not only did I find that the first time Ive ever stepped into a footlocker, I overheard the manager say that black people never notice. DONT GO TO THAT STORE!!!!!

I had proper veteran credentials and was not granted a discount on my items. I walked out of the store without purchasing anything due to the customer service granted to me and the amount of knowledge on policy. Very poor experience I do not recommend people to visit this outlet at this location especially if you’re an active duty military or Veteran.

Ahmad One of the managers is a great manager and an awesome person. He sure knows his shoes! My 11 year old loves going up there to talk shoes. Most of the time we end up buying a pair and my son already had over 30 pairs! Great store with patient and professional help. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Sometime off work needed some shoes.. a girl named Nina helped me with everything I needed, very friendly understood what i want and needed, made me feel that I had her undevided attention even if Im a pain in the ass. Honest and gives opinion. I give the 5 stars for the whole store on top of that management and everyone else involved. Phenomenal crew and was beyond pleased.

Came there yesterday to buy my daughter some shoes. The girl who helped us name was Brittany. She was so awesome!!!! She was genuinely friendly and helped us every step of the way!!! The other girls on the floor were helpful as well!! Thanks again Brittany you rock!!!!! 😀😀
