Definitely a neat must see place. has a lot, and when you first drive up. you wouldnt know it. really knowledgeable guy who was happy just to show some great pieces which ended up in a nice little deal which I especially am happy with. happy 4/20

I had an amazing experience coming to this shop! Straight up this will be my go to shop from now on! Its even open on Sundays! The man working there was very helpful (forgot to get his name) he went over any questions I had about the products and if theyre ohio made! I love to buy from ohio buisness! I was super happy to find what I went looking for and found more! Every thing was a great price! They have so much at this store not just a smoke shop. I highly recommend this store!

Decent store, good selection of hardware, and nice people. My only criticism would be that I was going to buy a graphics water pipe for the person I was with. The person behind the counter basically bashed graphics and dismissed purchasing one, thus losing a $40 sale. So to look like eh knew what was best, he lost a sale. A piece of advice, the customer is always right. Especially when hes trying to give you money.

I bought tattoo equipment. Everything seemed fine with it. But I didn’t get to test it out when I got home. I plugged everything in and the machine was not working there was a short In the wiring so I couldn’t use it. I called the store and explained to him everything. He said he couldn’t help and that I didn’t know what I was doing, I have been tattooing I know how to set my equipment up. I totally get that all sales are final but my product doesn’t work. How is it fair to sell me a product that doesn’t work. Do I have to plug it in and test it out before I leave the store to make sure it works.

Great selection but kinda expensive

Ive been in three different times over the course of a year, and every time I remember why I dont go there. The two guys that I dealt with always seem to be hostile. Idk if I came in at a bad time or if they just treat everyone as a threat when people come in at night, but its always an awkward experience. Other smoke shops are very welcoming and very knowledgeable. These guys seem to never want customers because when they get customers, its always an inconvenience. And dont dare ask them questions, theyll treat you like youre an idiot.

This place is great! Everyone knows you cant talk about illegal substances in any boutique store in Ohio. There are signs everywhere. Also it is glass. Glass breaks, so once you leave, it makes sense that you cant return it broken when you buy it in mint condition, especially considering it is posted on a sign in the store that all sales are final. If you arent immature and act properly in the store and treat the employees and the legal rules of the company with respect then you can walk out with great pipes at great prices!! Keep it up guys!

Rude and unhelpful. Do not shop here. Stone Creek boutique in Columbia station is where you want to go for your glassware and more. I was a repeat customer until this last and final visit.

The guy working behind the counter was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable. I used slang for some of the merchandise in there words like bong and he quickly corrected me. He might have felt I was a cop at first LOL. I am certainly not I was there to buy kratom and my sister-in-law I needed a slide for a large tobacco pipe. He would probably remember this visit so if he is reading this thank you again for all your help.

Very limited selection and awkward atmosphere. There was no music playing when I went in and it was dead silent. The person I was with felt just as awkward as I did being that the employee was watching us the whole time and he was listening to everything we were saying.

Didnt buy glass, bought kratom. They could use a better selection but I will say, what they carried was high quality at a fair price. Friendly clerk as well.

The customer service here is atrocious, borderline disrespectful.The boy behind the register was kind at first it seemed until we ventured to the back of the store. I understand this place has a strict policy regarding vocabulary and the like, and we carefully held conversation amongst one another with this in mind.This guy made us feel as if we werent even welcome in the store. Perhaps we interrupted him for too long, keeping him from watching Community and enjoying his day - I dont know. We browsed the glassware in the back and couldnt make a purchase since we felt shut out and hurried along. We left and drove the extra 10 minutes to Nhalables where we got the customer service we were looking for.Glass House is a nice shop... Great inventory and variety of glassware. They just need employees that arent complete jerks.I visited the Glass House on Friday the 10th of Feb.

Horrible service! I called The Glass House in Cleveland to try to get a tattoo stencil machine and they told me that Strongsville has one. So i call to confirm and the Joe says he has one. I drive out to Strongsvill only to be met by some stoner kid to be told that he cant find it!! This machine is 600 and he cant find it!!Wow!!

I asked where the sign that stated this was and he said there was no sign I then said there should be a sign that states u cant bring other merchandise in here and he said Im going to call the cops....really for what? Never will go in there again this and he says get out of my store Im going to call the cops

Went here on because I was in the area and looking for accessories well I walked around the store for at least ten minutes before the two workers even looked in my direction and I asked a question and the girl working took me to the glass section she points at a case and walks back out and gets an attitude as I ask if they even carry anything similar to what Im referencing a basic carb cap she gets pissed off because I stopped her from going back to watching TV I decided to check out nhalable in Brunswick and wish I would have went there to begin with
