I was Greeted immediately and the store was beautiful! Ive been up and down south Florida and have visited several MetroPCS stores and this one in the Golden Gate area turns out to be the friendliest and cleanest one Ive seen yet. Great food in the plaza as well!

This store is the most awesome place. Seth the owner is just marvelous. Some times his name can be hard to pronounce though. Melanie is such a pleasure to deal with. She even speaks Swahili.

AVOID AVOID AVOID These people are complete con and will try to rip you off at every turn, outright lying to you, while thinking they are they are doing the lordss work... idiots, slow, disrespectful, you name it. They even screwed up, activated my phone, and I told them not to, Id do that with metro to save the obnoxious amount the retail franchises charge... and they charged me any way, and with a giggle, called it taxes, and hoped they didnt notice my current phone had been disconnected. Pouted at me like little princesses while they fixed my issue, while treating me like a child the whole time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ive had to go to this metro Pcs store several times to buy a new phone or deal with some other issue. The people who work there are always extremely helpful. Ive been to other metro stores where the service was horrendous. I actually drive out of my way just to go to this one.

Rosie is the best she is so knowledgeable and helps me every time I buy a new phone highly recommended over other metro stores in the area

Why would anyone do business anywhere else. Concerning your personal cell phone service....Metro is the only company ive used, who truly has unlimited 4 g on thier 50.oo a minth plan...Pay more for less if you want.But im staying with metro. Thank you metro fir being honest.

I went in to get a new phone but did not feel like the salesperson wanted to help me..I was asking for guidance and was told look at a phone and film tell u the price...I went across the street to boost and changed my plan and he explained all the phones I can get at my budget.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! On three separate occasions we entered we were NOT greeted by the representative because they were eating. Annoyingly Licking fingers didnt wash hands and treated us in a disrespectful manner. Will attempt to contact owners.

Bad service I went three times so they could fix my hotspot and one the employee told me that there was nothing she could do about it then my husband try to go and talk the her and she had a bad mood and said theres nothing she could do she didnt even try my husband went to another store and was able to fix my hotspot
