Not what I expected!$150 to repair charging port to a Nintendo switch? If I had my own usb Type C part. If not another $50So $200 to fix a part that costs $12.99 on Amazon and takes literally like 30 min to fix. If I had Soldering skills I’d do it myself obviously. Im typing this review on the flawlessly working screen. Their professionalism and compassion was also witnessed by me to the customer who was behind me. Samsung didnt tell her that the flashing of her phone would reset it to factory settings. This customer had just lost her husband and now all the photos on her phone.The team here worked empathatically, quickly, and professionally to help her recover her account and try to restore her phone from the Google and Samsung cloud backups.It was an emotionally tense environment when she learned this. They did a good job replacing my Galaxy S21 Ultra phone screen after cracking it with OEM parts. Took them longer than I liked to fix it and gl had to leave it overnight which was disappointing. But all in all great job highly recommend

No one likes to have to deal with broken screens and battery replacements, but these guys do a great job,. They’re upfront, friendly, professional, and just generally great at what they do.

Super happy with results- broken screen on Ipad replaced, they put new glass screen protector on ipad AND my cell ! Made an appointment, dropped it off - they texted when ipad was done and then put glass protector on my phone when i picked up ipad. I did have to leave ipad there, so be sure to double protect any passwords. (But they “seemed” upright and legit. Thanks Guys!

They are all professional and treat their customers right. After our debacle at another UBreakiFix location we were sent here, which was 45 minutes away. Should of went here first regardless of the distance. Brought the phone in on Monday night, they ordered the screen and had it ready for pick up on Tuesday. No issues, no frustrations. They even sent us a text when the phone was ready. I can not say enough about their professionalism. It just amazes me the difference in customer service from one location to another. Will definitely return to this location if and when my son cracks his screen again! Thank you very much!!

Quick and easy fix!

Weve always brought our devices to them and they have always been extremely reasonable. They replaced my sons iPhone screen a few months ago. Today we were back in there after the phone was dropped in a swimming pool. We picked it up three hours later. The phone was fixed and there was no charge! They said they didnt have to replace anything and just dried everything out. Theyve always been fair, but I really appreciated their good will.

Had my son’s screen replaced here. An issue arose after install. They worked on it until resolved. Nice guys who genuinely wanted to fix the problem, not just get money and send me in my way.

Im sure they do good work. I took my grandsons laptop in for a cracked screen and they wanted to charge me more than the laptop costs new.

When I came to this place to fix my screen, I bought an Otterbox and screen protector for my phone so I wouldn’t have to worry about breaking the screen. I dropped my phone from 2 feet to the ground, it shattered the protector and the phone from under the piece of junk screen protector they put on and an Otterbox case they sold me and also put on. Since the repair was a month ago, and I have only broke a phone one time in my adult life till now, I asked how they could help me fix this, assuming they would be fair and cover this since the tech obviously didn’t put the case or screen protector on the phone correctly for it to break from a 2 foot fall. The manager told me they do not warranty their work or products and I would need to pay for the screen again, and maybe he could give me a discount. So if you would like to have a cheap replacement screen, that I assure you will break from one tiny fall (because we are human and can’t help dropping phones once in a while) they will not back their products or warranty their work. I spent around $170 on June 3rd 2020, for my phone to be broken a month Later. Go somewhere else unless you love being ripped off. Definitely do not waste your money on a case or screen protector. So disappointed.

I have been to this location multiple times with different issues with my familys phones and every time they are extremely knowledgable and professional. If they can fix it while you wait they will and even if they keep it they promptly notify you when it is ready. The prices are reasonable and they are generous with their time. I would highly recommend this store for all your electronic repairs.

Came into this store a few times this year and the experience just gets more weird by the visit, this guys working in this building are crooked as they come, stating that they are up under new management was the reason for price increase for the exact same repair, which was a screen repair for my I phone 6. They lied and said that I also needed a new battery for the phone which I find later that was untrue. I was sold a defect screen that shows two small sizes dots on it which shows up on higher lighting apps, so I bring the I phone back in for the screen warranty and they only wanted to give me half off when the warranty states that the screen should be fully covered if any defects, and to top it all off these guys for some reason needs your IPhone password, in which they tell you to come back in a hour and then they disappear in the back, If you ask all arrows point to shady business, I wouldn’t recommend anybody coming to this place..

OUTSTANDING! Walked in with a shattered 6S Plus screen thanks to my 3 year old son and in about 30 minutes I walked out with a perfect phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The price was reasonable. They ran post-repair diagnostics on all the important features and even checked for internal damage just in case. It was a great experience and I will use them for any and all screen issues in the future.
