I am not a user of the pharmacy so I can’t speak to that and the store itself was not what I was hoping for when they tore down my favorite restaurant. I checked it out today and have to say that they have a nice selection, the staff is very helpful and professional. You have to look around carefully to get a deal on anything so not a place to stock up but a good spot to come and get some thing you need quickly.

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Stopped in 2 hours after my prescription was called in. Was told they hadnt gotten to it and to come back in a half hour. Came back 2.5 hours later and was told they needed 20 more minutes. The tech also had an attitude when telling me this. Finally got my prescription when I came back an hour later. Should not take all day to get some eye drops...

Just got out of the hospital had 9 prescriptions to pick up they were called in around 2 when I left the hospital. On my drive home at 5:15 I called to see the status of them beings I have to take some tonight. They said 7 were ready but one was waiting on insurance approval the other they haven’t been able to get snd was waiting on the dr. I called the dr he sent it to Walgreens now it’s like 6:30 so I got that one then went to cvs to get the 7 they said we’re ready and they only had 2 ready now it’s 7:30. So I went off on them and said you don’t care about someone who just got released from the hospital. At 5:25 you said 7 were ready now only 2! Needless to say the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. After these are filled I’ll no longer use them and will switch to Walgreens! And corporate will be getting a call when I have time to be on hold for an hour or two lol

I have had nothing but trouble getting my prescriptions at CVS. The pharmacist and counter Customer Service gal are very rude. I just switched all my scripts someplace else. I actually had to have my Dr fill out 4 prescriptions for my strips. Why don’t they just tell the Dr what they need to put on scripts? She also said it isn’t her job to call the Dr! Done with them. No wonder there isn’t much business there.

Called into the pharmacy asking about getting my second covid shot without a parent and received a somewhat of a rude feedback without even explaining everything, she just strait up said no. I walked in a few minutes later to ask about it again and see if my mom could be on call and the lady was really mean about it, giving out an attitude. I would very much appreciate it if she could at least somewhat give better service sense her mood really effects the customers.

I went for my Covid booster, the girl at the pharmacy asked for my Medicare card. I didnt have it along but luckily the pharmacist told her how to sign me in anyway. She said well, Im not doing this for every person. She was too rude to be a customer service person.

Very rude and unprofessional pharmacist, she talked about me right in front of me when I was just asking for help and assistance. People like this should not be in the healthcare field.

Very rude lady working pharmacy. No reason to talk in that manner. Cannot wait to switch where my refills are picked up!

Very disappointed in the pharmacy. In pandemic times for someone who has social anxiety to be able to pick up meds with insurance at a store, then to be told a month later that the very same medication billed to the very same insurance is unable to be processed, and that the pharmacist is unable to figure out the billing process. She then recommends someone to use a different store instead. I.e Walmart. Doesn’t seem like good business practices or that this location truly cares about its community members. I won’t be back!

The people that work in this pharmacy are straight up some of the rudest and most ignorant folks I have ever encountered.

Very displeased with the service I got there I called in a prescription they said it would be ready in a few hours, I called back talked to the same person on the phone and they told me they never talked to me. I gave them the exact time I called and the duration of the phone call and they still wouldn’t believe me and totally disrespected me.

Prices high but staff nice

Tha staff and pharmacy are great, but the prices on groceries, makeup, or anything else insurance doesnt cover is extremely expensive.

The girl at the checkout counter was very helpful when I had issues processing a photo order! Refreshing to find someone so polite and helpful!!

Called about filling a prescription for a specific medicine, they said they could fill it when I gave them the paperwork. I told them I would be in shortly. Show up a half hour later, wait forever at the drop off counter even though only one of the three workers was actually helping a customer. When someone bothers to tell me, all of the sudden they dont have that kind of medicine. They lied about being able to fill it to begin with. Not going back.
