They were great when I needed a new chain saw chain. They did not yank my chain, but were able to custom fit one to my saw. Great people, great price.

Today we bought an Ariens 24 inch snowblower to replace our dead 26 year old Craftsman. Bill was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. He did not try to oversell us. We are in the middle of a huge snowstorm and Bill was able to check the machine to make sure it was functioning correctly, have it delivered free of charge to our home and teach us how to use it properly. We are very pleased and highly recommend Herlache Small Engine.

More than helpful.

All i needed was a flywheel repair on a blower. A 10 minute job with the right parts and tools. They told me they were 3 weeks out. After 6 weeks and not hearing anything i went to check on it. Not only did they not even look at it but they had trouble finding it. As a long time successfull buisness man the lack of customer service is appalling. The only reason they seem to stay in buisness is a lack of competition.

Worst place to have anything fixed, they charged me $1.25 a min just to tell me that they did not fix or willing to. Overprice, Under-skilled, and hides prices for services that should be free like just look at a lawnmower not even fixing it. They also sold me a used part as new part and price.So anyone thinking of going to Herlache dont find a better place, or some friend that could fix it.
