OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly efficient and prompt unloading. The dock ramp is angled at the outside of the building, they dont receive semi truckload deliveries at the building two docks that are at the rear of the building. I came in at the entrance off 18th street (where the rear building two docks are) and came around corner after noting this. You can come in at the side entrance but youll have to get turned around and deal with the parking island, I personally found it easier to come in off 18th street and take the tighter corner around building which clears your trailer and also sets you up better for docking. Anyways good folks and room to ovnp off to side.

When u cant find it at walmart,this place will probably have it.plus the store personnel are WAY more helpful and knowledgeable about the products

Needed to buy something that was locked in a cabinet he said he would get help but no one showed up had to go get another. On other time I purchased a dog cage she said someone would carry it to my car cause I had my dog I ended up carrying it out by myself with a puppy acting up sure could use the help (the cage was not in the box )

I really tried to like this store, but I left the store incredibly irritated. I asked two workers for help, neither seemed knowledgeable or too eager to help. I asked for help with the arborvitaes outside and the cashier firmly said “I don’t know that is; you’ll have to bring it in.” I asked him for help so I could purchase one, I had no intent to bring the tree inside. I also asked a man in the back half of the store for help with a tubular shop light. He was more helpful, but told me I should’ve been there sooner because they were soon closing. It was 7:45pm on a Friday at the time, over an hour away from closing time. I used to have great experiences at Tractor Supply in Virginia where I lived, but this store really changed my perception. Not great.

Called to ask if they had a boot drier in stock. Employee says he has to ask his manager. Says yes they have them. Drive there, manager wont get off his phone and I should find an employee fit help. Employee cant find them. Gets thr manager, who shows him an empty shelf. Tells me to come back in winter.

Its a glorified harbor freight meets farm&fleet In a good way! Help there is awesome and very courteous. There are a lot of items for the farmer and pet care. You can buy chicks here!

This is a really neat place to visit.Especially if your not a farm kid.Clothing, horse tack and supplies, great tool department, and all kinds of farmy stuff. They even had brooderchicks ! Think of it as a museum of modern agriculture.

So awesome to have a store like this here in little Sturgeon Bay! Customer Service was top notch in my opinion. Very clean store with a lot of products. Prices are outstanding!

I love Tractor Supply because of all the stuff the have. We were killing some time and I found 3 things to buy. All were reasonably priced and high quality. They carry items that almost no one else carries.

Staff very courteous. Good source for pet food, bird seed, ladies hiking boots.

Slim selection of hand tools. In fact, the whole store is inadequately stocked. Nice folks though.

Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Whether its animal supplies or new tools, they know where to look.

Tractor supply has it all, a good place to go for hardware, outdoor supplies and other things you need around the house and yard, as well as, obviously, the farm and tractor :) The staff was/is very friendly and always willing to help, and if they do not have it, they are willing to direct you to a store that does, and that is helpful. Prices are in line with any other store in Sturgeon Bay, and its really no different than any other hardware/supply store.

Was surprised by the selection and store size for being in a small town. Employees were friendly and helpful. Clean store and organized.
