HORRIBLE place to take your car ! Very sketchy place. Few years ago we took our Dodge Avenger there for a suspension change and the very next day the car kept turning off. We needed a suspension change .. nothing else. There were no other problems with the car. This past week we took our Chrysler aspen for a suspension change and the VERY NEXT DAY it turned off while my husband was driving down the road in the middle of an intersection. Husband checked it out and turns out our ground straps were just rolled up in a ball and tucked away........ First off ... if we needed new ground straps .. why wouldn’t the MECHANIC tell us that? Second car to do the exact same thing from this place. Again.. just needed a suspension change. No other problems with the car. We will never return to this place !!! Save your money and time and take it somewhere else.

I used Autozones free diagnostic and they told me the catalytic converter went out. I took my car in Wednesday to Meyer and by Friday morning my car was finished. Decent price, decent timing and awesome customer service!! I will be going here for future car issues.

My truck broke down on I80 as I was moving to OH. I had a truck load and my German Shepherd with me. I called and talked to Toby and he arranged for a tow and fixed my truck. Ended up being an alternator. Toby called to check on me while I was waiting for the tow truck. They were very receptive to my situation and took care of me right away. They were also very kind to my dog as they gave her treats and let me run her in the back grassy lot. Very personal service which I appreciated.

They repaired A/C it works great now!

Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff! Needed an alignment for my sons car following new inner and outer tie rods and control arm. He needed his car back asap since he lives out of town and they were able to fit us in that day. Everywhere else I checked was 2-3 wks. They even provided me with a loaner car for the hour wait at no extra charge. Thank you again Meyers!!

I was driving to Wisconsin from Pennsylvania when my car broke down in the middle of a snow storm. I had to stay in a motel near Sturgis since it was late and all auto repair businesses were closed. I took my car as soon as Meyers opened. They worked on my car as soon as the mechanics arrived. While I was waiting, I was offered a ride to work (I explained that I wasnt from Sturgis); later on they offered a loaner in case I wanted to go get breakfast. They have WiFi and free drinks and cookies. Everyone was extremely friendly.The price of the work was a pleasant surprise, especially after what I am used to from big city dealers. The repair was done to perfection. If I lived nearby, I would always take my car to Meyers.

Great place, great service, reasonably priced, and great people! Wife and I got a flat tire on the way to Chicago. We google searched tire places in the area and Meyers was one of them. Rather than calling, we just went to the first place - it was out of business... 2nd place - moved the location so it’s a different address now. Then we went to Meyers and thank god for that! The owner and his wife were there along with a few employees. In spite of other appointments that were ahead of us, the owner took the job upon himself, got our car up on the lift and patched the tire for us. We were due for an oil change, so I asked if he could help us with that too! He made it happen! To me the most impressive part was that he did the work himself, so one of his guys can take the lunch break. As a team leader for 15 employees, I know what that looks like, and it shows great customer service. I was very happy with the service and the job done. Thanks to Meyers my wife and I got back on the road within the hour and are now having a great time in Chicago!

Meyer automotive took care of my vehicle promptly. There customer service is excellent. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. They have shuttle service and loan a car service. They were honest with me about my vehicle. I do think they might be a little more expensive. I would go to them again though for the honesty and customer service I received. That is why I gave them a 5 star rating. And the work they did was quality work.

Let them change my oil because I was to busy. Noticed my vehicle not running very smooth afterwards. I didn’t think anything of it. I changed the oil a few months later and only got 2 1/2 quarts out of a vehicle that takes 6! It’s my fault for not checking the dip stick and for trusting these guys to do there job right. Will never go back.

Really great service and attention to detail, went above and beyond to alert me to other issues my Subaru had that were overlooked by other garages, and honest in the necessity of repair work. Clean waiting room and timely repairs. Highly recommend!

They gave me some great service. I was able to get in and get my brakes fixed while I was visiting Sturgis. They found a problem another repair place hadn’t, and they even changed my oil for a great price. I really appreciated their kindness and service. They even let me know about a recall on my car I hadn’t heard of.

I had an amazing experience with Meyers. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job on my car. I took it in last Thursday, they diagnosed it and offered to have it fixed by end of day Friday. I needed it for work Friday do they were able to get it in yesterday and had it done by the end of the day. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Very pleased with the services provided so far. Good quality work and friendly service. Only issue is financing issues needs some work.

They said tie rod ends and ball joints were all tight and good, had a close family friend come take off the tires, both ball joints are shot and both tie rod ends plus both torchon bars. If they would of done the almost $1200 worth of work and my car wrecked they would definitely be going to court. Dont recommend going here unless your ready to be screwed over n spend more money than what you need to. I recommend Curlys 💯

Very friendly full service auto care. They are very thorough with the bumper to bumper inspection and the tech was swift enough to not make me wait for more time than I had allotted. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I will be returning.

Read this before taking your car here. They are disonest mechanics. If you are worried about being taken advantage of, overcharged, and lied to. Toby is rude and he will lie to you. I have never been disappointed with the service, professionalism and friendliness at Myers Automotive. I recently moved about 35 miles away from Sturgis, Michigan but still drive back there for the great service I get at Myers.

I have been there once so far. Staff is very friendly and they took great care of my vehicle. I have no complaints.

Barry told us to put new tires on our car that had a bad CV Axle and Bearings. We took our car here because they are supposed to be experts. They proformed oil changes and ignored an oil pan leak. I tell everyone that I know. If you take your car to Meyers; Theyll abuse your trust by, ignoring important issues. So that your vehicle becomes worse. Dont buy their expensive tires. Dont buy their lies either. They preform alignments without marking sure CV axles are in proper working order.

Thank goodness for Meyers! We just got home safe after our cars transmission overheated driving from Cleveland to Chicago. The owner himself worked everything out, even drove us to a rent-a-car to see if we could get home that way. He figured out the problem and fixed it quickly, and for cheap. The receptionist was also super nice, professional, and accommodating. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks so much!

We chose not to get our car fixed and rather to replace it. The service we received during the diagnostic process was quick and concise. The staff was friendly and courteous. The lady answering the phone could use a little pep in her voice when answering. She didn’t sound very excited to be there.

Did an excellent job again. I have 2014 Acura with 140000 miles. Needed new struts and brakes. Rides beautifully again. Delivered on time at a reasonable cost. I wouldnt go anywhere else.Just had another job for them. Now at 190000 miles, making rough noise. They got me in right away. Figured out problem immediately. Were up front and honest about cost. Did amazing job. Rides beautifully again. I trust them completely. Went go anywhere else.

Great service on my 2003 Liberty Jeep! I was kept informed of new developments and options without any pressure. I was given information that helped me to make decisions on a still good vehicle but not worth sinking bucket loads of $ into. I had a great experience with Meyers - car broke down half way cross country, they swapped out the engine for a reasonable price and were extremely helpful and friendly in the process. thanks to toby and crew!

My car needed several repairs and I came to Meyers. They not only repaired my car but vacuumed it. They took time to explain what they had done and offered helpful suggestions to me to keep the car running in tip top condition. This was the first time that I had the pleasure of working with them since this was a task that Kaery had done. I now know why he took our cars there.

I had a front end alignment done on my vehicle and returned a week later for a diagnosis of another problem. Everyone I encountered was friendly and eager to be helpful. The work done was done in a timely manner and seems to be holding up fine. I encountered one small issue and Marlee was quick to take care of it. I would bring my vehicle back again!

Got me right in and fixed my car within 24 hours. Big Bill but did a good job.

The customer service was terrific. The brake work review is just slightly below great. Still seems like I have less stopping ability after the work was done and one wheel still seems grabby. I just hope it is a good warranty.

Barry and his staff do a great job with the routine service on my vehicles. I especially like his Car Care Club Membership and all the services that come with it. For things like oil changes and tire rotations, it saves you a lot of money. If you dont already know about it, you should ask.

I was a walk-in and needed an oil change and tire rotation same day and received a great deal on both plus more services. I was a Repeat customer and I plan on returning for future work. Friendly staff as well.

I had to call regularly to ask what was going on and when I asked about cost I got the run around. I never had an actual estimate before the repairs were done. When I pressed for a price I was given a number about 30% lower than the actual price I was charged.The whole thing seemed very shady to me.

Some of the friendliest people I have ever dealt with for auto repair., awesome customer service. They manager to squeeze my truck in at the last minute, when it broke down on my way to work one morning, They quickly diagnoses the problem and had my truck back to me the very next day. Unlike some other auto repair places, they took the time to explain everything to me, line by line on the repair needed, and the cost of the repair was very reasonable.

Meyers goes above & beyond with vehicle and customer care. They are great at explaining complicated issues and give no-pressure estimates & advice. The Meyers staff treated me like family. Ill return for all my car-care needs!

Edit: They do seem to allow appointments now. The owner must have had a talk with his employees.Be warned, if you have anything that is urgent and you cant just drop your vehicle off for the day, they DO NOT make appointments. No exceptions. And no guarantees that they will even get to your vehicle that day.

Fantastic service!!!! in a really tough spot they came through when no one else could. absolutely the most courteous and helpful staff, even offered a loaner car while they worked on mine. if they werent three hours and two states away I would never look for another car shop again!!!!

I called Meyers to make an appt so they can check my brakes, they got me an appt in a timely manner. My brakes were just fine but needed a few minor adjustments and I was good to go!! I appreciated their honesty and quick work! The waiting room was a nice experience as well and I appreciate all of it!
