Professional, Fast, Friendly & Accomdating are some words Id use to describe RX Optical...Sat down on Dr. Marcs examination chair March 17, 2021 for an eye exam. Just a down to Earth, funny guy. The ladies helped me with my frames, made sure the glasses were a perfect fit... On March 23rd my glasses were in!! Keri helped adjust the glasses to fit my face... Great News: I can see again!!!I will be back for sunglasses!! Thank you Dr. Marc, Keri, Amy, Amanda, Lacey & another tech for making my appointment a joy!!
This place is great !! I broke my glasses and couldn’t find an appointment anywhere until late April mid June.RX took my phone number Incase they had a cancellation.Boom! next day an eye exam and it gets better 3 days later both my glasses are in !It don’t get better then that.
Got an eye exam a year ago, they were super nice, Ive never had anyone get my prescription perfect but they did and they never pushed glasses nor did they give me any trouble when I asked for my prescription. Super professional
Weve been going to RX Optical for a few years now. We have had always an honest exam, not pushing glasses if not needed. That is much appreciated! Fine to use our old frames without being sold into new ones if we choose. Fast service & happy to do adjustments throughout the year.
Definitely lost a customer!!! Had my eye exam done a while ago, preferred contacts. I asked for colored contacts Dr. said “ehh no, you’d want the all clear ones they’re more comfortable etc” I took them. Got the one day use & they ended up bothering me. So if the colored contacts were going to bother me too then I might as well have gotten them to begin with. Came back & asked for a new set of colored one. Got told I’d have to get a whole new vision test & reviewed, okay? Then I explained what had happened & the lady said “well what color do you want, your eye color is too dark to even get colored ones” WOW I ALMOST LOST IT . MY SISTER has gotten colored contacts from this exact place before she has the same natural eye color as I do. Yet, I said “Okay, Thank you.” & Walked out ...Never going back.
