The best eye exam Ive ever received. Ive gone to private eye doctors all my life. The female optometrist gave me the most through exam Ive ever had. They were helpful

My husband and I really liked the doctor, but we were called late Sat that our glasses were in. We went in on Sunday to pick them up and they were closed. Says they are open, but someone called off so they didnt open. We live 25 min away, so we drove there for nothing. The manager should of found someone to work or came in to cover

This place is a joke. Wont even help someone with a simple fix. Why have the doors open. Lady was very rude. I recommend nobody go here. Not even worth 1 star. I give them negative 5 stars. She told me it was a liability because glasses were not bought here.

I am very satisfied with the level of service. Excellent eye care and fast turnaround for glasses coming in. We have been loyal customers for several years. Tried a new eye place a couple years ago and we were very disappointed.

The Dr. Is very nice! The problem is with one of the assistants Evelyn. Shes rude and lazy. I take my Mom there to get her glasses. While my Mom was getting tested, a gentlemen came in requesting a nose piece fix. Evelyn said I dont have time, Im busy with clients, but you can buy this kit. Shows him the kits then checks him out. In the time she took to do that she could have fixed them. And at that time she wasnt with anyone, just looking at paperwork.Then I had my Mom there 1st thing to get her lenses replaced, because I had to drive bus. They open at 9am, we got there at 9:05. The place is dark, black bands blocking entrance, and theres Evelyn by the register. We start to go in and sit. Evelyn says Im not ready yet, I have things I have to do. My Mother asks if she can leave her glasses so Evelyn can replace the lenses, Evelyn says no, you have to come back. If youre open at 9am, you get there at 8:30-8:45 and have things ready. And if youre late you friggin apologize, turn on the light and let your 85 year old customer sit down. Evelyn needs to work in a factory, putting parts together, not dealing with people!

Bought some glasses took best care of them so many scratchest 7 months later cheap material and way to expansive

They made me a pair of glasses that made my vision worse. It was the first pair of glasses id ever had. They told me that I just had to adapt to them. Well, never did. Next thing I know, my satisfaction warranty was expired, and Im stuck with $360 glasses that I cannot use. I dont know why I have to give one star to post. They wouldnt even get that.

I called to see if my contacts were in and the lady was rude to me cuz I didn’t say they were a trial pair. Sorry lady I don’t know you’re work lingo. You would think since they asked for my info they would be looking to see what was ordered. Then having me on hold so she can come back and be rude to me again.

Customer service was awful,they were very rude. I went in for a replacement for my glasses and I received new ones with the same issue and when I told them about it they said nothing was wrong with them and then ignored me.

Advertising walk-ins is deceiving.. Takes a week to get in.
