Excellent customer service, immediately had help. Store associate helping stayed until I was satisfied with my selection of products. He carried a walking-talking device and repeatedly told whoever it was asking for his attention that he was helping a customer and he would be on his way when he was finished!

I purchased a couple of water hoses from sutherlands long story short turns out I didnt need them i brought there items back for a refund and she never gave me the money I gave her the merchandise the employee said i will recieve my refund in 3 business days on the card I purchased it on I never received my refund its been weeks will not buy anything else from this establishment

Friendly, helpful personnel, though not as knowledgeable as they need to be. Store is very clean. Had just enough ceiling tile in only one pattern, other patterns were in short or no supply. They do have a little of everything in-store, more online & theyre happy to order it for you.

Really disappointed advertised sale on mulch and was told we just sold more than we had. Raincheck ? alternative? its called poor sales tactics put it all on sale and then have none in stock its called false advertisement would i like to buy some that is a bit higher in cost? no thanks I may pay more elsewhere but will pay double before i will play into those tactics

There is no place to park if you are pulling a trailer. At least Lowes accommodates for that.
