Had quartzite (Taj Mahal which is a beautiful color) installed. We ran the quartzite up the backsplash as well as on all the kitchen counters. It looks great. The team, from sales to installation were all professional. Installation was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Our whole experience with BAGM was seamless.
Had quartz counter tops installed. BAGM was great from start to finish! Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and professional. They answered our questions and they have a big variety of materials to choose from. We went with quartz because we like the look of it more than granite. If I ever need to do another remodel, I will definitely go to them again.
Granite. We chose BAGM over couple others in GB after getting quotes from all 3. Brandon at BAGM was helpful from the day we walked in, throughout the decision process, to color match, to product, to sink, to sketching, not pushy once. Once we landed on Granite product, Laser expert Paul came few days later at appointed time and laser measured the entire job. Few days later computer layout design arrived via email. Brandon answered Qs throughout process and even offered to show us computer design before Anthony perfects cutouts to ensure measurements were spot on for new sink and cooktop, etc. Few days later lead installer Kyle and 1st man Jake arrived at exactly scheduled time, set up in driveway, brought in rugs for floor, carefully removed old countertops without a scratch and without issue to kitchen cabs or doorways, brought in new granite countertops in sections, positioned 2 that were to be jointed together, installed undermount alum sink, and used new technology to pull 2 counter pieces together after epoxy applied to a expertly finished seam that is not noticeable unless you know where to look. Used colorless caulk at both back splashes that fit perfectly against walls. We did countertops 15 years ago in a different state at our last home contractor using the template process and nothing fit. This time the laser process was flawless. Kyle and Jake were the best at cleaning up and making sure we were fully satisfied with their work, gave us education on care for granite during installation, loaded old countertops in their work trailer and were gone in less than 3 hours after they arrived. The process went excellent without a hitch from beginning the day we walked into BAGM in Suamico till the day I dropped off the remaining 50% down to Brent at the Suamico showroom. Have no idea why couple bad reviews here as I am in my 60s and this is NOT my first rodeo for countertop process and I like things done right the first time, and that is what we got without making a peep. Owner Adam should be proud of his people he has working for him as they rock! You wont go wrong here for countertops in my opinion! p.s. Whats even better is that they were the best quote of all 3. Life is good when that happens!
We met to select the granite slab for our counters...it had many rust spots which we understood were natural and we discussed avoiding as much as possible. We were told we would receive a phone call to review before cutting/installation...this did not occur and installation took place with a large concentration of half dollar size spots in one area.
We bought an entire house full of granite counter tops for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our experience with everyone from the sales team to the installers was amazing. The install process was awesome and done very professionally. All cleanup was performed to our satisfaction with all the old counter top hauled away. I would highly recommend them for any counter top needs.
These folks are the best. We have used there services for years and multiple projects. Working with them again on our master bath vanity.
BAGM installed quartz in our new house a few years ago and we had a fantastic experience. We just completed a wet bar in the basement and no surprise they did not disappoint. Even with the added trip charges for traveling to Sheboygan they were still less expensive than the local guys.
I could not be happier with Bay Area Granite. The staff was professional, helpful and skilled. Their work is beautiful and my kitchen looks stunning. Highly recommended!
Horrible work. Looks like an amateur installed it. 10 6 straight countertop with a seam. Never again. Im a retired carpenter and I know how to use a tape measure. You said I picked out a piece of granite that wasnt long enough. Can you explain why the back splash doesnt have a seam. Same piece right? And why is the splice floating over the dishwasher? Also looks like a 5 year old finished the seam with a crayon
Omg Dan (Estrada) from BAGM is the man!! From start to detailed finish a TOP NOTCH OPERATION! We are more then satisfied and LOVE our new granite tops! Not only was the business end flawless but these are people like Dan you want to know as friends. And it’s not that there were’t any hiccups because there were -life deals you these things- but it’s how they handle them that makes all the difference and defines a business and it’s people. With Dan at BAGM hiccups were taken care of immediately with ongoing communication that was impeccable! I MEAN DAN ANSWERED THE PHONE EVERY TIME! When we were missing a strainer for our sink I called Dan and he mailed another one immediately. The cutting board we purchased with our counter tops somehow got misplaced and didn’t come with the delivery. We thought surely it was gone. Nope not with Dan. He took it upon himself to not only find it but personally deliver it to us in another state which he happen to be going to and when that didn’t work due to car trouble he made sure it was mailed directly to my home, which it was. Communication throughout the entire process was constant and ongoing and never did I feel lost or forgotten. Personally I have NEVER witnessed this kind of FOLLOW THROUGH in the business world -ever!! This speaks volumes for BAGM as a business and for it’s people like Dan. Bottom line you can TRUST them! Boy does this world need more people and businesses like that!Know for sure and with pleasure we will recommend BAGM to all our family and friends and to anyone who is reading this. They are truly awesome and amazing team!Again THANK YOU Dan and BAGM ... you’ve taken customer satisfaction to a whole new OUTSTANDING level!
I had a really great experience at BAGM. They had the best selection of products and were up to the challenge with my unusual requests. I would most certainly use them again on future projects.
Love my new quartzite Taj Mahal countertop! BAGM went far and beyond to make my purchasing experience great!
We had high expectations for BAGM with their state of the art templating and cutting equipment, however, we were very disappointed with the service we received. They had a difficult time keeping our paper file straight and up to date with our decisions. One of the pieces we selected was dropped and broken. I understand accidents happen, but was extremely disappointed when we were told to pick a different piece. We were using remnants for our bathrooms, so I politely went back to Suamico and chose a new piece, not nearly as pretty (sad face). Our sink templates were cut wrong leaving us with either choosing different granite pieces AGAIN, or going with a different sink than we had already purchased from the plumber. The owner was contacted and was less than receptive for a local business owner. Our General Contractor has had problems recently as well. Very disappointing.
On time and professional. And it looks great. Thanks again MAGM and to Entringer Countertops of Sheboygan.
