I cannot say enough about Granite For Less! You arent walking into a fancy showroom, but you get excellent service, quick response when I had questions, and just felt comfortable dealing with them – and yes, the price WAS less! Today was install day. Eric, the guy who runs the business came out to make sure things went smooth, as I refurbished an 1887 church. He pointed out an issue with my new cabinets where he felt it needed better support and totally fixed the problem! Its very apparent he knows construction and knows his stuff! Keith and David also were super nice guys! SO helpful and accommodating! If you want great products with excellent customer service, I recommend them 200%

The entire process was flawless, from the initial selection to the installation. We received a visit for the measurement of the template from Eric, and I asked how the actual granite slab was selected, he volunteered to select mine and I was very happy about that, knowing that he knows his granite. When they (Eric and Keith) returned a couple of days later for the install, I could not have been more pleased. The granite exceeded my expectation, it is absolutely beautiful and SUPERMEN Eric and Keith were amazing, professionals, quick, clean and friendly all at the same time. Thank you, Thank you, Thank You!!!!!

These 5 stars were a long time in the making. It seemed like everything was against us getting our countertops (broken saw blade, tricky demo, wrong slabs showed up, next slabs broke in transit, couldn’t find more of what we wanted so we switched our granite) but through it all, Eric communicated and helped with the process. Even though it was a longer wait than I’d hoped (and at no fault of GFL) I truly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

From start to finish the staff at granite for less went above and beyond for us on our new kitchen counters!! Everything turned out amazing. They made the process very easy and were all so accommodating. Anthony as well as Joe and Shane treated us like family and at such an affordable price!! I would highly recommend Granite for less!! We had a Sister Bay condo kitchen and three bathrooms done by Granite For Less a few years ago. Sold the condo and had a NorthPort house counters done in granite by Granite For Less. Kitchen, two baths, and a utility room sink. Didnt even consider working with anyone else. Anthony and Shane were great to work with and very accommodating. The Granite looks perfect. Super high quality installation. Looks wonderful. We have an upstairs bath that needs a remodel and Granite for Less is the only place we will stop at. Thank you Shane and Anthony!

Two bathrooms and a kitchen.We went to Granite for Less after shopping around and on recommendation from friends who have used this company. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was great to work with. Anthony gave great suggestions on design. With his help we chose slabs we wouldn’t have considered on our own and they turned out amazing. We had a slight issue with one vanity top. The customer service to correct the situation was top notch and extremely timely. The installation crew was great, professional installation work and they did a nice job of cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend this company.

Worked with Anthony for granite for my kitchen. I told him what I was looking for he showed me the exact colors I wanted. He was very helpful and friendly. 4 years ago, under previous ownership, this would have been 1 star. But now with Joe, Shane, Tony and their crew, this place is beyond excellent. Not only are they overwhelming friendly and helpful, they truly go the extra mile to ensure you are 100% delighted with their work. I cant recommend them enough. As their name suggests, Granite for Less does have the best prices, but also great quality, exceptional expertise, the best personalities and the biggest hearts.

I love my new granite countertops and the price was great. They did a great job on the install and were super responsive with making some tweaks to the piece behind our range after the install, they took care of it immediately. We just had granite counter tops installed by Granite for Less. We did shop around for our counter tops and found that Granite for Less were very friendly and easy to work with. The installers were very pleasant and did a great job. We had a excellent experience with this company. I did see the reviews for them but went with them anyway, I feel this company does deserve a second chance and would refer them to anyone looking for quick turn time and great price. They are located north of Green Bay, well worth the ride to see them. GRANITE FOR LESS had a really great price too.

We went with Granite For Less and chose the Fantasy Brown. Its a neutral mixture of whites/greys/browns that go with everything. We were gonna chose quartz, but opted for the unique granite now that they have a 15 year sealer they use and provided us with a complimentary bottle of 409 Granite Cleaner. (also available in the shop for $5) They knock out their competitors and give a great deal! Tony was the awesome to work with and sticks to schedule/install and keeps things movin! The installer guys were nice and did a great job too! If we ever move again, we will choose Granite for Less for future remodel projects :) Thanks guys!

Great service and pricing. Granite For Less was able to fabricate three custom pieces for my kitchen. It was a pleasure working with Anthony and Bryan. The owner also called me to verify the measurements and cuts. We will definitely use them for our future home improvements.

I had a very good experience with Granite For Less for my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. I liked their colors/products over other places. Jesse did the templating and the install, and he has excellent customer service. I did make a follow up service call for the seam and an adjustment to the sink, which was quickly resolved. Prices were great too.

One star is one too many. Shane should be ashamed of herself for running a company in this manner. They took our $ and paid for another customers granite, did not respond to emails, calls, or texts and told us so many lies. Dont make the same mistake we did! I strongly suggest choosing a different company for your granite needs. I actually cant believe they are still in business.

GRANITE FOR LESS did a very nice job on our countertops. We put granite in our new home in the kitchen and all the baths and fireplace. They were very efficient and worked with our deadline, nice crew. Great price. We are using them again for our next project.

Avoid this company at all cost! Review previous business name J&S as well. We had a horrible experience with the install and they dropped granite on day of install and installed a different granite than what we ordered and refused to correct their error. We also have 3 people since that have had same experience.

We hired Granite for less to put counter tops in our vacation home in Upper Michigan which is 2 1/2 hours north of their store. Adam came up and measured our kitchen and then he and his co worker came to install them 3 weeks later. They did and excellent job installing and we are very happy with them. The only negative thing I can say is that they left a little bit of garbage behind. I would recommend taking all garbage with you when you finish a job. Thanks for the good work!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I built a brand new kitchen, and Granite for Less was the only company that could come on short notice. All the other granite places were booked out a month, because they have better reputations. Granite for Less came in and nicked up all my new cabinets. My mother came over to check on the progress, and said the installers were just goofing around. One installer didnt speak English.I called Shane the owner and complained. She said she would send me a check for $50. Thats what my cabinet maker was going to charge me to fix the damage. $50 was a deal the cabinet guy gave me, should be been more. I never got the check in the mail from Granite for Less. I called and emailed them multiple times, and they just ignored me, or said they would send it. This place is a scam. Never again will I use Granite for Less.Sincerely,An unhappy customer

I was very hesitant to go with J&S after reading the reviews online. I wanted to go with them over the competitors because I loved their product, their price, and received a lot of personalized attention from the start. The reviews made me very nervous that I would receive a bad product, service, or deal with contractors not showing up when we were told. I was beyond impressed with my experience. I kept looking for something to go wrong and nothing did. My expectations well were exceeded. My husband and I dealt with a lot of different J&S Granite Representatives and everyone was beyond professional and helpful. They were prompt with their timelines and did everything they promised. We took advantage of their great promotion for a free bathroom countertop and did our entire house, the kitchen and three bathroom vanities and sinks. The granite in our kitchen is stunning and even better then the sample we looked at. The installation went perfectly and I have absolutely no complaints. I will recommend them in the future!

Im trying to grow a third thumb so I can give this company three thumbs down. I never write negative reviews however I was promised an install date and took off work in order to be there for the install. I didnt so much even received a telephone call indicating the install would not happen. I called several times, and I even stopped in at the store and the employee working there had no clue what was even going on. He even attempted to call the owner with no success. Please Think twice before deciding to go with this company. Theres a granite company just North of this location I would highly recommend them. Shane the owner needs to be ashamed of her customer service.

GO to GRANITE FOR LESS for granite countertops!! They had great price and service. I went to get a bathroom top only and got such a deal, I ending up doing my kitchen too. I had my countertops installed in 6 days. They did excellent job.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! If you want your dishwasher panel damaged, not to receive a second order which was paid for in full, like to babysit adults, have plenty of time and money to waste, like being lied to, like your phone calls and emails to receive no response than this is a company for you. Highly recommend going somewhere else. We are still waiting for our refund check and waiting and waiting. Poor reviews are the first step, legal action and contacting the state of WI will be the next.

I had my granite installed from Granite For Less in December 2016 and phoned about some issues/concerns including divots in the granite, bad seal and gauk mess. Numerous times since December Ive been promised somebody will come out to help, and NOBODY has come to date. I have phoned Shane, who always promises somebody will be coming next week...it hasnt happened since December, it is now the end of April 2017. I am pretty sure it isnt going to happen. From my experience Id submise that service at time of sale is fine, Shane appears to be very personable - AFTER the sale, expect NOTHING!I would NOT recommend this company.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH J&S GRANITE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL WITH OUR KITCHEN GRANITE REMODEL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND FOLLOWED UP WITH US AFTER THE INSTALL TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE GRANITE COUNTERTOPS INSTALLED. I WOULD REFER AND HAVE REFERED SEVERAL OF OUR FRIENDS TO GO WITH J&S GRANITE.

I accidentally overpayed by $650 and the refuse to refund me the money. They told me more than three times that the check is in the mail. Its been 4 months and i still gave NOT gotten it. I will be taking the to small court claims. Stay away from them. They will not pick up phone and have avoided me for 4 months!
