Excellent customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff! The pharmacy is stellar given the circumstances under these very trying times. Negative customers should try being open minded, less grouchy, and more self-sufficient.
Rude employee old lady short hair with glass treating people disrespectfully. Comes up to me and ask me if I could read? What kind of customer service is that?
This CVS is one of the worst run institutions I have ever had to deal with. Rude, inefficient, the place is dirty and dated. Use any other pharmacy and you will have a better experience.
Literally the worst pharmacy ever. Now that rite aid is gone and they have basically no competition the hours have shrunk and the service is worse than ever(it was never good). Staff seems to always be rotating with new faces that don’t know the system. I would avoid this place at all costs. I will drive out of town now until Sudbury gets a better option or cvs gets its act together
If I could give this CVS a negative rating I absolutely would have. Many bad experiences but the one I had the other day was unacceptable and prompted me to report it. I would switch but I live right across the street from this store., and they have a drive thru.
The pharmacist was unprofessional and trying to provoke a fight with me. I couldn’t believe this was customer service. At first I thought I must be imagining this, and then I came here to read the reviews. This is not the customer service you would expect in Sudbury, but it shouldn’t exist anywhere else either. I’ll be filing a complaint.
If I could I will give a negative review on the pharmacy.I recently took my son for the COVID vaccine shot. It took the pharmacist 10 minutes running around doing nothing and then she approached us telling us waiting for another 10 minutes for them to get ready! After the shot she gave my son a stick notes saying 10:30.At 10:25 I couldnt wait any longer because I need to go pick up my another son. Me and my son were standing by the window for 2 minutes while the pharmacist must thought we were invisible! Finally I called loud for help begging the pharmacist to give us the vaccination card a couple of minutes earlier than 10:30. She started to barking at us and told us to sit tight and plan for more time for next shot!Unbelievable!!!
The worst customer service experience! On the phone for 20+ minutes and no one answered. Arrive to be argued with about the basics of generic over name brand. The CVS staff is complaining openly about how no one wants to work...embarrassing.
Really horrible customer service. Average 40 minutes+ wait time to get a pharmacist on the phone.
This store, like nearly all other CVS stores I’ve visited in the last year or two, has no one staffing the registers, and when you ring the bell for service as the sign says (purchasing age-restricted product), the employee who comes to the front gives you attitude as they say “You KNOW there’s self-checkout RIGHT there.”
Worst CVS ever. Drive to Wayland and save yourself headache from the pharmacy to hallmark cards.
Everyone there is super friendly! All the prior reviews are super old and the staff there are so pleasant! Especially Robert. He was so upbeat and friendly and just generally an all-around good person! He makes me want to come back again! The store also had a large selection despite how small it looks from the outside. And the staff at the Pharmacy were hard workers. They were constantly flooded with people. So many hard workers here!!
Id like to point out something that I wasnt aware of until recently, and I want to make sure my fellow shoppers are aware. When you shop at CVS youll see several items with the CVS Health tag on them. You also see the compare on the item. For example you may be thinking of buying Pepto Bismol, but notice that the CVS Health brand is cheaper. To make you feel even better about your price saving discovery of the CVS Health brand, theres a tag on the bottle that states Compare to the active ingredients in Pepto Bismol. Now youre definitley buying it right? Thats what I used to think too. They arent lying to you just a little marketing deception. What most of us dont realize is that they are correct when they say the ingredients are the same, but they dont mention anything about the quantity of each ingredient. To see this for yourself buy Pepto Bismol and the CVS Health brand, and notice how much thicker the Pepto Bismol is than the watered down version of CVS. They are not the exact same.
The new layout inside is incredibly inefficient. Aisles are narrow and the central left/right aisle is gone. It makes navigating the store a frustrating experience.
Four stars because of wonderfully courteous sales and pharmacy staff and good selection of products which stay put for easy location. One star taken off because it is a bit pricey. The minute man clinic staff I find friendly, thorough, and conscientious.
The pharmacy team is way above what you normally get fyi
I love CVS my card is worn out with great savings... Every time my receipt prints out I always get great deals and discounts. Now the prices can be high on certain things but the deal are out of this world mixing it with coupons. I always feel like I am taking advantage and I like it.
Went to CVS this morning to pick up a prescription. It was the wrong one. No big deal. I said I would come back later. Later that afternoon I went again. Prescription not ready. Again no big deal. I waited. Rang me up and I walked away prescription in hand. I realized as I was walking away that they had again filled the wrong prescription. Clearly the pharmacist was angry at me for making a mistake so in front of the entire store began yelling my health history from behind the far counter to confirm which prescription I needed. Wonderful.. besides the clear HIPAA violation, he began to share my health history with the public. I stopped him, walked out and immediately filed a greivance with CVS corporate. My request was simple. I wanted proof that this person was retrained according to JCAHO HIPAA standards. Thats it.. Lets see if anything is done about this. I was promised a call from the area director in 24 hours. I am switching to Sudbury Pharmacy.. Done with big box places like CVS.
If youre curious what a slovenly, unreliable and disorganized operation looks like, just get a script filled at this location. Be prepared for endless lies via robo-call claiming your refill is ready, only to arrive and watch the clerks spend 15 minutes rummaging through bins, only to inform you that we dont have it. It typically takes 3 formal requests to get a refill here.
This stores service cant possibly get any worse. From filling scripts wrong, to long lines, to staff who dont want to help you or treat you like they couldnt be bothered and are just, mailing it in at best, have your meds sourced elsewhere. I want to support a business operating in my community, but this isnt one anyone needs to take for the team. The whole store should be purged and re-hired if CVS wants it to be competent & and customer-focused.
Terrible service with prescription
In urgent care in Marlboro on Sunday afternoon and sent 3 Rx over at 5:50. They called our home number and said they were closing in 10 min. I called and waited off and on hold for 20 min and they said they were not 24 hr anymore. Then I asked if they could send the Rx to another cvs that was open 24 hrs. They said they did but when I arrived, that cvs did not have the Rx. Website still says they are open 24 hrs. I wont be returning.
They never can get prescriptions correct and even after you called to verify that they have it ready to go when you get there they never have it ready to go
Script promised me by 5 pm not ready at 7:30 pm and then they say I have to wait another half hour for it.
Very friendly service.
Not A pleasant shopping experience and won’t be returning
Sales staff is often grouchy and unpleasant.
CVS. Thats what it is.
Would give zero stars if that was an option. I called three separate days/times over the last week and each time was put on hold for 15+ minutes for a simple prescription refill. The last time I called I made sure to have ample time available given my previous two experiences, however, I just hung up after 35 minutes on hold. Someone at CVS was so kind to jump on the phone after 20 minutes and abruptly told me to hold before I had a chance to say a word - so I waited another 15 minutes, frustration increased and I eventually hung up. This place has some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and will be changing prescription providers immediately. I truly dont know how this place stays in business with a complete lack of customer service/awareness.
