This place has been one of my favorite businesses since its opened. They have a large selection of tires at great prices. When you do online price comparisons I couldnt find any where else that were beating Discount Tires. Service is fast and the staff are very friendly, informative and respectful. Ive never felt like they were trying to get one over on me. The tire services you receive after purchasing a tire are top notch, and the email reminders for service are appreciated. Get the WARRANTY on all tires you buy, you will not regret it.

Today was first time I visited Discount Tires. They provided impeccable service. They are fast, delightful to work with and attentive to all their customers needs. Waiting area large, nice and clean. I highly recommend this place. I’m all for great service!

Best Place hands down. Nice group of guys who work with you from everything to calling the wheel suppliers and getting the orders started with a down payment to being professional and on time on the installation. The Manager Brent was a very good guy to work with. I will be getting my tires and wheels from these guys!

Came here to get 4 new tires, and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Ended up having to return to have a slow leak looked at, and was helped in a reasonable time frame. Bret, Ronnie, and Nathan were all helpful and professional.

The wheels & tires I ordered came in way early. I called and they got me in today. Everyone working there is busy like bees in a hive! They jumped right on the truck and had it done in a very short time. The tires I picked out rubbed on the front. They had a smaller one and changed them out in a flash!!! I am VERY IMPRESSED with this location and highly recommend them and will visit them again!!!

Came in with the spare on and they fixed my tire at no charge. Ronnie and Shane looked at the tire and said they thought the tire would have to be replaced but if the tire was good they would repair the tire. Shane was shadowing Ronnie. Ronnie was very professional and Shane was nice and explained a few things about tire repair. In about 20 minutes my tire was fixed. My car was returned to me and I asked if the spare was put back under the car where it was kept. The service technician looked and said no but I will get that done for you right now. Great customer service. I thanked the manger and told him good service needs to be reported just like bad service and his guys did a great job. My husband and I have bought tires there several times and will continue to. Thanks for making a bad day better.

Got my tires here and the service is top notch! Was so good, came back a week later and got tires for my wifes truck too! Getting the warranty on the tires really pays off!! She got two nails in the same tire and they replaced it for free, 220 dollar tire for the price of purchasing the warranty again. Definitely get the warranty! Lifetime rotate and balance is a must also, keeps your tires like new longer.

I went there today to get 4 new tires for my car. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I didnt have an appointment; however, I was told to come in. They fitted me in to get my tires and was done in no time. I was able to stay in my car while my tires were being done. Even saved some money by giving my AAA membership number. Called to replace a flat tire. They didn’t have my exact tire in stock so Ray called and ordered it at a great price. Fit me in same day to have a loaner put on while waiting for mine to come in. Let me add, they put the loaner on for free so I wouldn’t be driving around on the spare. Dave assisted me once I got there and I really can’t say enough good things about this location. Super quick service too, walked in about 5:10 and finished at 5:40 even though they were busy.

Will never go to any other tire or rim place. Technician told me that one of the new techs jacked up my rim. They ordered me a new rim and replaced it for free. Hands down great customer service

Kyle and Ray did a great job! I walked in hoping to order tires from a website to have them installed. Kyle checked my current tires, looked at the tires I wanted, made sure they were compatible with my car and then price matched the tires and ordered them for me directly to the store! I received a call a few days later saying my tires were delivered, we set up the appointment and less than an hour after I arrived I had 4 new tires! Now I’m ready for my road trip and the best part is, discount tire is nationwide so if I have any troubles along the way, I know I’ll find great service!

Very professional establishment. Thier system of putting your car into the queue & giving you an idea of when your car will be ready to be serviced was great. I got there at 11am on a Saturday to get my tires changed. They set me up with a time that I would need to have my vehicle back. I was able to go hit the gym & have my car back then sat in thier comfortable waiting area while they changed my tires. I loved the experience.

I have to say I will never shop any where else for tires.....every person that helped me was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were great and my car was done in a half hour. Excellent customer service(side note, Ive never left a review for anyone)

Kyle walked outside to meet me and assisted me unload trailer tires from my pickup. He was extremely personable and professional. He explained my options and asked questions to ensure that he was providing a product for my needs. He took time to explain the installation fees and insurance. Im a little slow due to medical issues and he ensured that I understood fees and process. He explained that there was a little wait involved and that I could wait or leave and come back for the tires. He took time to tell me about the area options for food. Great service!!!

We were on the way to the beach when my tire went completely flat late at night. I was able to buy new tires online, and Discount Tire got me in as soon as they opened the next day and quickly replaced the tires so I was on the road again. Great service!!

God awful experience. Employees and techs are do not pay attention to what customers are saying and are extremely rude. The amount of times I had to repeat basic information was absurd.

I showed up on Saturday with an almost flat tire at 5:05 not realizing they were closed. They were kind enough to take a look at the tire and found a nail in the tire. Patched it up and did not charge me. Their customer service was excellent!

One of the best tire services around and in Hampton roads. I know because I personally use to work there and we kicked butt 😎!! Brent does an awesome job running the location and all members are always helpful and the techs are trained very well and always willing to help. Discount Tire is all word of mouth and I always refer people to this location for tire and rim services, as well as FREE air checks (yes free!) because of the service and personal experience working it and working for Brent.

My Mom took her truck this morning because one of her tires kept losing air. Logan was the gentleman who helped her and she gives him a 10+ on politeness, courtesy and he as actually about to fix the issue and explain exactly what was going on. Free flat repair!!! Ive been a tread quarters customer for years but they were backed up over an hour so I tried this new place around the corner. They met me IN THE PARKING LOT and had me back on the road in half an hour. Best part? Flat repairs are always free at Discount Tire!

Excellent service. Polite and courteous consultants. Clean and modern layout. I went to Walmart to have tires mounted and balanced but here was cheaper, friendlier. They have coffee as well. I like the view window where you can see your car being worked on. That is missing from a lot of places. They also have phone charging stations. This place was designed by someone who put a lot of thought into customer needs. Combined with the price being good, this is a great place to be.

Great place, but they have a bad service representative that buyers need to be aware.I had an appointment to balance my tires on my truck. My tires are new All terrain tires with roughly 1000 miles that started to vibrate a little. When I arrived to the store and was all checked and the representative started steering the conversation towards me buying new tires from them. The mis-informed representative incorrectly argued that I must use OEM branded tires. I quickly realized the representative didn’t know what he was talking about and decided it would be better for me to go to the reputable dealership instead.Understanding COVID has made it difficult to find go employees… clearly the representative I came across probably shouldn’t be working in the tire business.

Ordered set of tires online on monday was told 1 to 5 bussiness days for delivery they let make appointment for friday for install. They sent me a email on thursday confining appointment . got to shop friday morning tires was not there. the next tuesday 6 bussiness days later I called only two had arrived blamed it on fedex so I cancelled order they was begging trying to get me not to cancel tire order. told them to cancel order and refund my money they said would take 3 to 5 bussiness days. They called me the next day. Said my two tires was there told them I cancelled order yesterday. Next thing my card was compromised . would never deal with these people again ntb has better prices and offer more services like alignment that you need when buying a new set of tires. So buyer beware with these guys

Spoke with Ray and Julian about bringing my car by for a screw in the rear driver tire and a possible leak in the driver front tire. Check in was efficient and the two young men who removed the tires, checked them out, plugged one, put both tires back on worked quickly. Check out was also great. Great customer service (especially Joe and Mike)! I have been here twice and both experiences have been great. The first time was to fix a flat in my Tahoe from a nail puncturing the tire while riding near by the store. Randomly stopped in and it was fixed in no time. Second visit was to install a set if tires on an older Jeep Grand Cherokee. So far so good.The front of the house and service area (especially Sean) great in conjunction with each other leading to a formula for success.Additionally, looking into buying a set of rims from here for my wifes sport wagon.

I absolutely love this place, they are always nice and professional on their job and get the job done as they say. I get tires for my Jeep and Mustang here and will continue to do so.

This place was by far the best experience I have ever had buying tires. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The place was immaculate and there was absolutely no hard sell. I will not go anywhere else for tires.

Ive been through several lifted trucks with oversize tires and never had an issue like this. I now have a Tacoma lifted 6 inches with 35 inch tires. Been chasing a vibration for a long while. I have taken to get tires balanced a couple other times to other businesses but the vibes remained. Ive replaced a few other much more expensive parts on the truck trying to stop the vibes & had almost decided to just buy a new set of tires and start from scratch. The tires Had about 25,000 miles on them but still looked pretty good and I know they still had another 10,000 or so in them. So I decided to try one last time with balancing. I went to discount tire for the road force balance with the promise from these guys that if it didnt work they would put what I paid for it towards a new set of tires with them. Well the road force balance WORKED!! FINALLY!! All this time and I just needed someone to do it right! Pretty upset that the other places “I wont name” couldn’t get them right and had me chasing false problems. It felt so nice to drive a smooth truck again! I will need tires probably by the end of the summer & I will definitely come back to these guys to buy them. They also got me in and out very quick! Like 35 minutes for all 4 big tires to be balanced. I recommend.

It was my first time and I just came for a tire patch. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. I was told to come back at a certain time because there was a lengthy wait, no biggie. When I came back they only took about 10-15 min and the worker checked in with me within that timeframe to let me know it would be just a few more min. And it was all free. They were very efficient and helpful. Will deff be back for any other tire needs.

Did not have my tire on hand, but got it for me first thing Monday. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Today I went to get some air in my tire and no one came to ask me if I needed help, or say hold on a minute. They walked passed and one of the workers stopped to get something to drink from a friend but no one never came to my car.

I came to this tire discounter because I like the way that they do business I bought a tire at the close of the business day on Sunday a few months ago. And that tire seem to have caught a nail in it recently. They fix the tire free of charge and gave me my car back because I had picked their insurance for that one tire. Thank God for insurance.

Their customer service was awesome...easily in my in my top 3 of tire service centers that Ive ever been to...The service center was located in Suffolk...and I live in Hampton and I would definitely drive to them from Hampton just because they were so attentive and honest...I thought my rear tire needed replacing...the manager had a tech remove the tire and check it on their balancing system and balanced all 4 just to make sure they were all in good balance...for the price...I felt like I was robbing them...hell,they were so honest that I gave the manager and the 2 techs $10.00 each...and I still felt like a cheapskate...hey peeps...definitely give them a visit,just for the honesty factor...

The service was great. Quick turn around on the install. I think about 30 minutes.However, it seems like they didnt care much about following the mask laws. Almost no one in the shop wore masks. The manager didnt even have one with him. If not for this, they would be at least four stars.

I had the pleasure today of dealing with the salesmen and staff at Discount tire out on college dr in Suffolk, va. Let me tell you, these guys are top notch! One of the best experiences Ive ever had purchasing a fairly high ticket item such as tires and rims for my 2005 xterra. Mike was my sales guy and he remembered me from our phone conversation and greeted me in the parking lot before I even made it in the store. The whole process was extremely easy and Mike was quite knowledgeable in his field and had all the answers to all my questions. Their computer system was state of the art and showed me all the different numbers and ratios for my back spacing and the speedometer difference due to increased tire size. Even though it was basically closing time because i work long hours and had to go after work all the guys including the store manager pitched in and finished my install in a lightning quick pace. Brent the manager even did the last minute touches of shining up the new tires and loading the old rims in my truck. These guys went above and beyond in all respects and I plan on recommending them to all my friends. Please consider Discount tire for your next tire or rim purchase. You Wont Be Sorry!!!

I have this place 5 stars a while back based on their price. I now write this review barred on their ease of product. I bought new tires and also bought the warranty. As in Hampton roads, if you drive everyday, you see a wreck everyday. I drive through a wreck it seemed like minutes after it happened and got a flat that ultimately destroyed the tire beyond repair. I came to see what the warranty I bought was gonna help. They told me $25 dollars and have me a brand new tire. No questions asked. It was so easy and way better than having to buy another tire at full price.

Good pricing, super friendly staff, in and out in about 30 minutes and they let you stay in the car while they work 👍

I went to Discount Tire because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. It was my first time doing business with Discount Tires. I was impressed with their customer service. I was greeted at the door and immediately taken to the counter to gather my information. Once that was done I was given an estimate as to how long I would have to wait until my car was ready. I noticed every customer who came in to Discount Tire was given an estimated time as to when their car will be ready. Once my car was ready I asked to pay and the technician told me there will be no charge. Wow!! Discount Tire has earned my familys business moving forward. Thank you!

Kinda aggravating to watch MULTIPLE people make appointments AFTER you and then watch multiple people be serviced BEFORE you. Not a good system. What’s the point of appointments?

Nate was very informative and helpful in selecting the right tires for my car. I had researched online and thought I knew the tires I wanted to buy but he showed me a recently released tire that wasnt included in my research. They actually cost less than the ones I planned to buy. He ordered the tires and scheduled installation for the next day. It was all handled very efficiently. I did business with Discount Tire when I lived in Plano, TX and was always happy with their service, and Im a particular customer. I was glad when Discount Tire opened a location near me in VA. I wont need to research or shop around again. They are my one-stop destination for tires.
