We bought a really cheap, old, beat up golf cart and wanted to restore it. After doing all of the mechanical stuff ourselves, we realized that the body repairs needed were way too extensive for anything we could handle. I called a few golf cart places who all refused to work on it because of the age and condition. I took it to a different Maaco, and was given an estimate, and then took it to the Maaco on Bridge Road for an estimate. The estimate was more than $300 less and I was told It wont look brand new, but it will look much better. We went ahead and agreed to have the painting done, and picked it up yesterday. It looks 100% brand new....I have no idea how in the world they made it look as good as they did, but we are beyond thrilled. Our neighbors thought we got a new golf cart. Before and after pictures below....we are extremely satisfied and would absolutely use them again.

I went in expecting it to take a few hours I told Bobby I work during the week so it was hard to come in during my the week. The service I needed could only be done during the week. Bobby had two guys work on my fender and it was done under an hour. I really appreciated it. Would recommend.

Customer service (Mr. Jerry) I will give him 5 stars. The work done not so much. I was told 7 days, they had the car for 10 days. When I went to pick it up, the trim around the doors had not been touched and the roof needed to be redone. I waited roughly 7 more days and this time the door trim that was gloss black had been painted a flat black. Nevertheless; there are scratches around the back (driver side) light and what looks like a build up of paint in certain areas. The hood and roof looks 100% better from when I dropped it off (due to fading). Note: they offer to fix it but I would have to wait 30 days before I could get it repainted and once I drop off the car it would be a 3/4 weeks turnaround period.

The owner of this shop painted all my trim on a 2003 Ford sport trac: Did a awesome job on Trim work! I had a complaint regarding the black rims I have on my truck, I noticed slight damage to them 2 days after picking my truck up from this shop. The owner was very professional and didnt understand why I waited several days to bring this to his attention, but his professionalism in handling my concerns in fixing the damage that hes not sure was caused at his shop, tells me I Can trust my vehicle with any services that this shop offer in the future. After having them do my wifes Jeep I decided to take my 1987 F150 over to get the much needed paint job, and body work. Bobby was even able to give us a discount due to being a repeat customer. Absolutely loved how it turned out. They called during the process to let me know about some issues that came up due to the body work that they were doing to it. Gave me the options, and even give me a great deal on it all! Bobby cares so much about all his work he called on his vacation to let us know the status of stuff, and stayed WAY after hours to get it done on time. Trust them with any vehicle I have. Great shop!

Stay away from this place. They do the absolute bare minimum work to get by. If you scratch just below the surface youll find theyre absolute frauds. I signed up for them to paint and install a new fender on my VW and paint the bumper and hood to match. I supplied the fender and a complete hardware kit (from the VW dealership). Dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be done on Thursday. I got a call Thursday morning letting me know my car was ready to be picked up. I showed up at 1pm to pick it up. It was out front with the key in the door lock. The inner fender was not attached, a piece of the inner fender was missing, and they had broken the side skirt trim trying to bend it out of the way to do the fender work instead of removing it as youre supposed to do. I went inside and pointed out the issues. I was told that the lady at the desk was in error and it was not done and they still needed to do a few things. I waited for an hour while they pulled it back in and worked on it further. I was then told it was ready again. I crawled under it and saw several fasteners on the fender liner and side skirt trim missing. I pointed it out and they again spent time working on it. After this everything looked good so I paid (almost $1000) and left. I didnt get 10 miles before the belly pan fell off and scraped against the pavement because they forgot to reattach that too. It was destroyed, but I was headed to the VW dealership anyway for an alignment. The dealership lined up my car and sold me another belly pan for $150. Maaco said they would only refund $90 of my money because that was their cost on the belly pan. I went home and took the bumper off completely only to find that they broke 3 out of 4 clips on the grille and only installed half the hardware that holds the fender on underneath the fender liner. Never again will I use Maaco. This place is an absolute joke. Stay away.

MAACO on bridge road came highly recommended from my patients. I brought my truck in today while it was nearly 100 degrees outside. The gentleman behind the front desk offered me the water out of his lunch box. Someone who does that is someone I want to do business with. Furthermore, they were very professional and the estimate was fast and fair. I have been told that this place is one of the few body shops that delivers a quality completed paint job without the dreaded orange peel. I’m telling you, I’ve had many cars repaired at various places and the paint job always looked worse than factory, and one shouldn’t have to spend hours polishing away orange peel on a new paint job. I will keep you updated on how they do, but so far I am more than impressed! I owe the nice gentleman a water, but I think I’ll make it a beer 🍺

This was the best repair shop Ive been to ever they were crystal clear about the whole process and gave me answers to all my questions and were extremely friendly and punctual.

Exceptional Service! The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Bobby and Ashley were awesome! MAACO Suffolk painted my 2006 Lincoln Navigator and the results were FLAWLESS! A full body paint job in 6 days! I was extremely impressed! They truly set the bar extremely high for great customer service to be emulated by others.

Had to take my civic to get my rear bumper fixed and Bobby and the crew were amazing they got my car in and out fast and my car turned out amazing it looks like nothing ever happened! This is the ONLY body shop I will ever take my car to and I recommend them to all my friends and family they are very professional and do quality work!

I took my daughter’s Corvette to Bobby to finish off the resto with a new black paint job. The car looks GREAT. Corvettes are known to be a pain, Bobby told me “Bring it on, I LOVE Corvettes”. I’m a very picky guy, and I can tell you I’m about to take him 67 Camaro to paint after the great job he did on the Vette. It looks like a new car, slick as glass, and like a mirror.

They cant help you if your car is under a certain year

I walked into this business yesterday, 05-13-20 and stood for about 5 minutes and no one even bothered to acknowledge me standing and waiting for service. No hello, give us a few minutes or anything. There were two techs having a conversation behind the desk and one walked past me to enter the building. One standing behind the desk looked over at me grabbed and but a cookie from the other side of the desk and continued his conversation. Truly Unprofessional or maybe it was because I was the only black person there.

I brought my F150 here and was delivered late. Car after car put infront of mine while bodywork was done for quite sometime. They lost my key to my vehicle and my f150 sat outside for weeks with no explanation until I got the phone call saying my key was misplaced. Very dissapointed. Autobody work was great, painter did a good job but how you lose keys is beyond me and why it took so long was very upsetting. Perharps less promises and more order and communication needed. Maybe I just caught a bad circumstance. Few customers in lobby were upset at other things, didnt care much to listen, but probably should have. Oh well, pay for what you get I guess. Better Maacos around

Ive had a wonderful experience working with these guys. I had a ton of repair work through insurance, some extra things I wanted to get done to the truck, and a new paint job top to bottom and they were able to help me through it all. Theyve done everything in their power to make it easier on me and my wallet and have done a great job on all the work theyve done. Plus theyve been able to warranty everything which gives me piece of mind. Definitely recommend checking them out!
