Staff was very helpful and respectful every team member I have came accros has been so sweet! Seems like they know about the products I purchased and what I needed deff going back. Actually going today changing a shampoo for the coindentioner purchased the wrong product so Im swapping it put.

I was told what to buy and how to dye my daughters hair with the promise of if you dont like the results, bring the empty bottles and receipt for a refund. Well, $75 later, her hair had little to no change and I was refused a refund.

Terrible customer service from the manager.Returned 4 products.Then tried to purchase products with my coupon... was refused service & told it was their policy to not allow people to return items & then use a coupoun.Two completely separate transactions, which is why the logic makes no sense.In the end I had to have a friend come in the store to purchase the items for me with my coupoun since I refused service to be able to purchase the items.Only to find out the items I needed were on sale (2 days prior) at the previous store I bought the products from and this store would not honor the buy 2 get one free promotion that was on my receipt.In the end I decided to only do the return & not purchase any items from this store & will be contacting corporate about the poor service.

TERRIBLE customer service! I called this store to see if they had a specific flatiron in inventory. The sales representative placed me on hold for 8minutes, before I disconnected the call, while she carried on personal conversations. Then I tried to call back various times immediately after hanging up and the line stayed busy for an additional 10 minutes. WHOEVER WORKED TODAY 6/19/18 at this time (2:45pm-3:20pm) needs to be fired!

Staff is always great and they try hard to be helpful. The only reason Im just giving three stars is because they never have the basic waxing supplies I need, sadly, as they are very conveniently located on my way to work.

Bought some $12 earrings and two days later I went to return them. Apparently I cant do that. Earrings werent even open. Crappy store
