We drove over an hour to this location after the one closest to our house was supposed to be open but no one was inside the store. So we called to Suffolk and Spencer answered the phone and helped us to get there. When we made it to this location Spencer greeted us, and helped us to get a great adjustable base for my disabled mother (the one he showed us was even better than the one online that I originally wanted) He able to get us an amazing deal, delivery, set up and an extended warranty all for an amazing price. A price that was so unbelievably astonishing, that I was worried he would get in trouble for even offering it! — that is how great the deal was. I believe that it was nothing short of destiny for us to be sent to a location we didn’t anticipate because we got to meet Spencer B. who is a fantastic sleep expert.

My man that helped me select and choose which mattress I wanted knew exactly what I was looking for l, after I explained what I wanted. I cant remember his name but he was a real professional!

Everyone was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. We went in to look at a specific bed and were given pointers that though it is marked as a medium bed it’s much softer than you’d expect. We were asked to try the firm and they were correct it was the perfect fit for us! They also got us a good deal on an adjustable base!

I made a purchase at the northern Suffolk location on 3/19 per conversation with sales reps, the rep stated I would receive my merchandise in 2-3 days. It has now been 7 days and I’ve been sleeping on my couch. The staff were friendly and very nice. Unfortunately, I lost confidence in the company due to being misinformed. I needed to replace my mattress due to back pain and my couch is making it worse definitely an inconvenience and I’m very disappointed.

I needed a new mattress . Abe greeted me when I walked in. I told him that I was a side sleeper and I was looking for a mattress. He showed me mattress based upon information I had given him. He did not try to push anything on me. But he did insist that I lay on the mattresses and try them out. He took time to answer all my questions I am very happy with my purchase. He has a mattress to fit every budget and they also finance. I would highly recommend this Mattress Firm at Harbor View.

Absolutely awful! Purchasing experience was fine. Brad was personable and desired to make a sale. Delivery was quick- however our hardwood floors were damaged and our door frame and the mattress itself. MF neglected to advise they now use subcontractors. We are roughly one week into the debacle- Nothing has occurred as promised. Brad doesn’t know a name or number of the business MF contracts with who delivered our expensive and damaged items- yet we were promised a call with 48 hrs. Now the delivery person immediately had a guy named Steve call us to fix damages. Who is Steve? Great question as we cannot locate a reputable hardwood floor business by that name. Now the contractor states it’s their policy to allow the subcontractor to have whoever they want to try and repair damages regardless of their expertise- meaning it could be a friend or neighbor. MF states the delivery issues are separate from our purchase and the responsibility of the subcontractor (although the manager has never yet been able to tell us who that was) MF offered roughly 300$ off our 5600$ bill for our aggravation plus to exchange the mattress. We declined asking to return the products- have an immediate full refund- and have our home repaired. So- no immediate refund- Brad states the unknown subcontractor would come and pick up and when the items make it to Baltimore our refund would be processed- no name still for subcontractor- no tracking method- but now they want to take the mattress along with 5600$ of our money and no resolution to the damages to our home? Absurd and completely unfair. Additionally I made every attempt to avoid this scenario b/c I requested the delivery men put down a blanket - they refused. This has not been fun and we are greatly disappointed. I also have email documentation that validates this scenario.

I went in not knowing exactly what type of mattress I wanted. They took the time to explain the different types and qualities. I tried a few different types and bought the one I liked at a more than fair price. They made sure I had everything I needed to replace my old bed and frame. They even showed me the the two piece queen set box spring which made it very easy to get up stairs. (I bought that too !! ). They make the for king size too.

I understabd the delay...3 months..it is a good mattress. The men who delivered were awesome...bad news..i have nit yet received the second pilliw that came free with the set.

Just shop around !I went there and made A purchase and I made a major mistake, the mattress went flat in about 60 days. I honestly believe that their products even the big name ones are over priced, substandard and this is a company of convenience and on a day you wake up and decide to sleep better, put this place at the bottom of your list. I have to admit that they got me.90 days in and I had to move it to the guess room. I gave it two stars because I respect the hustle.

After tearing across Suffolk and Newport News, Brad gave me those warm and fuzzy feelings about the mattress I wanted to get. 23 years in the business he knows his stuff. 120 day trial run on the mattress and free delivery + removal of my old one. I really felt like this was going beyond trying to sell me a mattress and helping me get a good night sleep.
