My experience was fantastic! The manager Roscio was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My wife and I really enjoyed and appreciated him taking time to explain the difference in each bed and helping us find a new one. I highly recommend this and every other location he happens to run and manage.

He asked us a few questions to better assist and directed us to the mattresses best suited to our request. He was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions, which lead us to purchase Jennings Beautyrest Black Hybrid Mattress. The paperwork was quick uncomplicated, just how we like it!

I picked one up after speaking to Joe, who seemed very informed and helped me find the right mattress for me through every step of the way and he even worked out a deal that worked for me when the price was a bit out of the range I was looking for. Quality of sleep is an aspect of life one should never overlook and a proper mattress is key. This place is just what I wanted when mattress shopping. I arrived with several questions which their sales associate, Joe, was more than happy to answer. He guided me through their massive selection to find what was perfect for me and my wallet. Four days, and one red-carpet delivery later and Im having some of the best sleep I never knew I was missing out on. The difference is unreal.

This is an amazing mattress store. Whether you talk to Lynn or Mary, they will both help you out in the fullest and they wont just sell you something, they will actually talk to you. They are very good prices and definitely a great place to go if you are ready for a new bed.

When you try to warranty your bed they wont do it. They tell u the warranty is good for everything but its a lie! Stains, indentions or just normal wear and tear nope very limited. dont waste your time here, for the money u spend your better off going to the original mattress factory! Ridiculous!!!
