Its the most fantastic tobacco and vape store that I have ever been in the staff is wonderful when you come in if you dont know what youre looking for talk to the staff they can direct you into anything you would like the store is just awesome its got all kinds of glass work for sale every kind of different kind of tobacco vape that you want and the Delta 8 and CBD products are awesome! Expect to be OVERCHARGED.This place will charge you double what it costs elsewhere. I have been to many vape stores in this area and decided to stop here today. I stopped going because I was overcharged the last time I went. So I have been visiting other stores in the area.Unfortunately, I was overcharged again for a product. The price wasn’t displayed on the item on the shelf. After paying I looked up the price for the product I purchased and saw they charged me double the amount.I would RECOMMEND going elsewhere due to this robbery.Either list the price on the product or charge a fair price for it. NOT DOUBLE.I really wish they didn’t do this as there is a great selection at the store, but like I said they OVERCHARGE!!

Idk who was working the day that I went in to buy some CBD gummies, but the guy was entirely rude and just acted like he wanted to get me out of there. I’ve been buying the same CBD gummies for about a year now, but was interested in trying something new bc the ones that I always buy seem to not work quite as effectively for me anymore. When I asked this guy for advice, he was just like “well the brand that you’re getting is the most popular brand” and that was it. Whenever I asked about the kind you can smoke (which I have tried before so was somewhat interested in perhaps buying some), his response was that it wasn’t for me if I tend to get paranoid from other “related” products. There wasn’t an “okay, well since you’ve tried it before, maybe it’s just about finding you a brand that won’t make you paranoid”. It just seemed like this guy had zero interest in selling me anything. Usually when I go into a smoke shop the people there are friendly and show a true interest in helping me find what’s right for me. That was far from my experience in this store. I’ve honestly never felt so uninvited in a store before.

I got sold fake Raw cones from here. Buyer beware! Make sure you check your product before leaving the store, dont be like me

I have had nothing but great customer service every single time I’ve visited this shop, just recently the owner happily exchanged a faulty device that I purchased over a week before hand (this is not the norm for a vape shop) Their prices are extremely reasonable and I am always greeted with a smile.

The selection of nic salts and vape kits appealed to me. That gave it the bump up from 3-stars. Don’t be afraid to ask. They seem pretty relaxed on prices.

For the past 5 years Ive been a loyal customer to another vape shop but stumbled upon this store one day while shopping so stopped in and left with juice. Then a couple weeks ago I needed coils so visited again to see if they had what I needed. The same man was working and, after trying several, determined they didnt have anything that fit. He didnt stop there. He talked to me about another piece he had and how it is much more universal than the one I had and offered a great price on it. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, I have not returned to the previous vape shop. They have great customer service here and I definitely recommend stopping in!

I was up here visiting my husband because he is here working and we went in the vape store. We actually bought two vapes one for him and one for me. The vape I got I ended up not being happy with so he let me pick out one I truly love and bought my other vape I had back. He gave me a cover for free to protect my tank and he gave me a deal on the tank. He has the best customer service out of any vape store I’ve ever been in and I will never buy from another vape store because of how good he was to me and my husband. Always on top of you, not that that is a bad thing I understand you are trying to protect your merchandise. Let your customers breathe a little though. It seems like all the reviews for this place are bot generated as well. They have a huge selection of products, and very little knowledge of them it seemed when I went in there. When it comes to a tobacco shop I would recommend papa Joes or the smoke shop on Western branch before this one. As a vape shop I prefer a more personal experience, I know of a few good vape shops in the 757 area I would recommend before this one.P.s.
