Never open on time. Dont bother showing up first few hours posted, never open anywhere near on time. Im always driving out of my way to another smoke shop.

The selection is great and I go here all the time, but most of the employees dont understand some English. Sometimes its hard to point out or ask about things

I bought a dud Puff Plus vape, went back an hour later expecting them to hassle me for a refund because Ive heard people try to scam and return used disposable vapes. They replaced it no problem, granted I was just there an hour before. Always have a great and easy experience here.

I will start by saying that it is a nice shop good verity but I had a problem. I went in to the store and pick out salt nic juice and was told the twisted double pack i chosen was 17.99 well I brought 2 of them when I got home and open the first box one was not in there. Then I opened the other box and it only had one in it also. I tried calling a few times and no one would answer the phone

Never have the juice Im looking for will try to sell you anything! I was sold a mod kit with missing the extra items that goes with the sub tank also the change I gave them was very petty to me but I was charged 112.00 for a kit that cost 54.00 at better vape shops . They are wholesales that boost they prices . Also ask them information about the product your buying they know knothing! But Hurry up and buy In my Chinese voice!

Dont go here if you arent knowledgeable about vape products because the guy working on Sunday knows less then you will.. Read the good reviews so decided to check the place out, asked for AJ but he wasnt there. Told the guy I just quit cigarettes and was looking for something that tastes like menthol, he sold me something that tastes like pineapple nothing like menthol, wasted 18 dollars, didnt offer to let me smell anything because atleast then i woulda known this was nothing like menthol.. Wasted money but found what I was looking for down the street... Needs to hire more knowledgeable people..

Easily one of the best vape/mod stores Ive had the privilege to step into. The store is neat, clean and VERY orderly. Its decorated nicely as well. The selection is great, though Im true to my one brand of juice. Ive purchased a vape pen for my mom, a tank for a friend and several juices from here. The price comparison is fair. Hard to find vape juice will more than likely be sold here. Its true also that it may be less expensive here than what you pay for it elsewhere.Customer service was excellent, and you arent pressured to buy anything. The employee opened a new pen and allowed my mother to try several vape juices without commitment to purchase. She loved it, and I bought it. I cant speak for illegal substances or back rooms as other reviewers stated. I didnt see any funny activity either time I was there. Every customer and experience I had here was on the up & up. I typically order my brand of liquid online because very few sell it in the area (7Daze). Not only did they have my juice, they had all the flavors, for only $3 more than I pay online, though $13 less than I pay the stores around here that carry it, ALONG with coils for my specific tank. #WINNING!!!!My now GO-TO for my vaping needs. Definitely 5+ stars from me.
