Really not sure where to start with this.....if I could give 0 stars, I wouldWe were having car trouble and had used this company once before for a minor repair (mass air flow sensor) and decided to use them again. We called to verify that they were open and would be able to complete the repairs before getting a tow truck to pick up the car. After having the car towed to them, the Mechanic, Kevin, told me that the issue was the O2 Sensor and that he was waiting for Sandra to let him know how to proceed. After 2 days of waiting for Sandra to call him back, I told Kevin I would just buy the sensor and bring it to him. The next day, when I called for an update (they will never return your calls) I was told that it seemed the problem was with the Crankcase sensor. After giving me a price for this, I was told that they would order it and should have it in about an hour only to be called back about 20 min later and told that Sandra would prefer I purchased it and took it to the shop, which I did. After calling for the next 2 days to get an update and not getting any response (I was calling the shop number, Kevins Cell phone number and the owners cell phone number) we decided we would drive there and see what was going on.Upon arriving, we met with both Sandra and George and was then told that the transmission had to be replaced. (this had just been done under warranty, but, OK fine...) Sandra called the Warranty company and they would send a new transmission.after 4 more days of waiting (again no response from anyone at Global) We call and speak with George who told me the Transmission should be in the next day. I asked George to please call me when it came in so that I knew how much longer it would be before we would have the car back.....He assured me he would.nothing from George the next day and as usual my phone calls went unanswered. Finally reached him using a different number around 4:30 pm and was told the transmission had just arrived (an hour earlier) but that they would have someone start working on it first thing in the morning and promised it would be ready to pick up the next day.The next day, at about 1 pm, I received a phone call from Sandra telling me that they were not able to fix the vehicle and that we needed to find a different shop to do the repairs. Several excuses on why it wasnt their fault they were not able to complete the repairs they promised several times they would do, nothing to help with getting the car repaired by another facility, just come get the car and transmission.now, I dont know how most people operate, but, for me, I have very limited resources when it comes to trying to get my car towed (again) and a transmission picked up and delivered to another facility so that I can actually get the car repaired. After many many discussions with Sandra, we were finally able to have someone meet us so that we could get the key and transmission in order to take it somewhere else to get repaired. We met Kevin, the mechanic, and Nancy the receptionist. Nancy was extremely apologetic about what had happened. We got the key and my wife and I proceeded to lift the new transmission into the back of the car while Kevin watched and Nancy hurried to helpAfter getting the transmission into the car, Nancy again apologized for the situation (the only person here that genuinely seemed concerned)My Advice:Find somewhere else that will not string you along with a bunch of promises they have no intention of keepingI am sure the owners will find some excuse as to why this review is not valid, but to the best of my ability what I have written is complete and accurateUPDATE:the issue was the Crankshaft position sensor that Kevin replaced already

Had my work truck serviced here, got new tires installed and a full brake job! Excellent customer service, very friendly staff and honest prices. They provided a very fair quote in the beginning and even though the work ended up being more intense they honored their original pricing! I will always take my vehicles here from now on and will highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Placed two tires used on the rear was assured they were in good condition they did have tread wear unfortunately they were dry rot. I drove 128 miles and the tire blew out on the expressway. I had to get towed I had to buy a new tire total cost $186. The tire I bought was $40. The owner George told me that used tires are not warranty not even for 1 mile. He says he buys tires from all over everywhere he has no idea what the condition is and it’s my problem Since I didn’t buy his $180 new tire. The tire did not hit a curb as he said the tire blew out because it was dry rotted and discount tire confirmed it and showed it to me. Do not get used tires from this man he will not stand behind anything. And regardless of his response reality is if you sell something it should be worth a little bit of usage I literally had it one day.

George and his wife are awesome. I was reffered to George by a real close friend who owns a dealership. I am glad I came. He hooked me up with 2 front tires mounted and balanced. I couldnt afford the alignment at the time so he did it anyways and said just come back and pay for the alignment when you can. A1 customer service. Not to many people like that left in the world. He will have all my future business from now on!!!
