Aamco has done a prior repair for me and I was satisfied. This is why I return for the second repair. The customer service is very good and the technicians seem to do very good work. AJ breaks down what you need and cost and they do not do any work without authorization.

Randal and AJ have the recipe for success dialed in. I have used these guys and they always come through. I had been using another local shop (un- mentioned )and got tired of the price gouging.Randals philosophy is that their business in not in business to practice. He believes to fix it right the first time! What a concept!! Customer service is spot on and they are very humble about it. Customer referrals is Free Marketing and i am happy to refer them to others and have done so.

It was a experience I wouldnt want anyone else to go through. I took my truck to be serviced, after waiting a day to hear from them, I get a phone call saying they wrecked my truck. I was told to go get a estimate on the damages. The owner was like wow didnt think it would cost that much. The manager quoted a price to rebuild the transmission which came out to the amount of damages to ky truck. So I asked the owner to rebuild the transmission and I will deal with the damages to my truck. Not only did he not want to do that he also said it would cost more than the quote to rebuild the transmission. So here Im left dealing with his insurance company that hasnt responded to my inquiries and they havent taken any action on my claim. Next step is legal action. I REGRET the day I left my truck at Aamco.

The owner of this establishment was very informative about the services my vehicle needed. He was courteous and professional and made me feel as if he cared as much about me as he did about the repairs for my car. He even gave me a beverage and my little dog a bowl of water while we briefly waited for the exceptional brake job performed!

The technicians here were able to find the problem for the noise my car was making and I was able to have peace of mind and take the necessary steps to fix the issue.

I took my truck in thinking that I had a transmission issue, but the guys at AAMCO discovered it was a minor problem with the engine. Aj and Christina both were very thorough and communicative with me while my vehicle was there and we’re able to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. They even bent over backwards a few times for me to make sure I had the best possible experience that I could have. Really great service shop. Took care of my truck and actually fixed it for way less than I originally thought it would be. Very honest in telling me what needed to be done right now and what I could wait on if I wanted to. They defiantly earned a customer for life. Richard was also very good at keeping me updated on what was going on everyday that my truck was there.

I drove by on a Sunday just to see the business location, AJ the business owner just happened to be there. He was there on Sunday when the business was closed. He took his time and spoke to me in reference to my vehicle’s problem. We arranged tow for the next day. He was upfront with price and the process. The problem was worse than I expected. He explained the best course of action and his professional recommendations. Vehicle issues was a recall issue, was able to get the vehicle to the dealership for repairs. Richard and his Team installed a transmission in my 06 Accord. I found they are very trustworthy, professional, and very knowledgeable. Finished with a wonderful job and helped fix other minor unrelated things along way and were up front on costs (which were very reasonable).I highly suggest looking at these guys first, especially for cars out of warranty from Honda.

AJ was fair and honest he quoted me the price over the phone and his mechanic performed a transmission fluid change he did not have the filter I needed for my Jeep as the parts store sent one that didn’t fit he offered to have me return and install it free on my next visit the price was reasonable 150.00 and was done in about an hour the mechanic inspected my suspension and and showed me the repairs I need to make overall very pleasant

They have had my truck since June 6 and just got it back this morning July 8, 2019. So far the truck seems to be working well. I will be posting and update after a few weeks of driving it around.They did give us a discount and an apology because of some miscommunication and the length of time it took. I do appreciate it.However, The only thing I did not like when I got my truck back is how very dirty it was. *The steering wheel and interior doors were smeared all over, greasy black to the touch. I had to get some cleaning wipes to clean off the layers of black goop off of the interior because I did not want my nice clothes to be stained and I usually keep my truck clean.*I honestly have never gotten my truck back from repairs that level of dirty before. Maybe they should invest in getting some cleaning wipes and have the courtesy of wiping the grease out of the interior because I think most people dont want to get into their car and see so dirty after paying $$$$.

I took my car to this store today and they guy took the time to test drive my vehicle and diagnose what was wrong with it. Very Impressed!!!! The other store was trying to get over on me but this store was honest! I’ll be back for this guy to do the work!!!

I was sold a transmission with a missing part. When I took it back, they realized a part was missing and ordered it and put it in. They told me my vehicle had a u joint problem and to google it, and they gave me the price of replacing it. When I googled it, it explained my the vehicle was rattling. It was rattling before I took it in the first time I took it in, how come they didnt notice it then?

Poor service was lied to multiple times call Debo Friday to make an appointment for Monday I said that have it done Monday morning lunch time I called they never even got keys out of the Dropbox call them around lunch to check on the truck they have not even looked at it they said they would get to it Tuesday morning called him on Tuesday he had not looked at it then he told me he was looking at it pulled in the shop to look at it he lied about that it was not even in the shop getting looked at finally when he did look at it and said it was Port lower transmission fluid in had a transmission leak transmission leaves no puddles no drops anywhere on my driveway but now it leaks and refused to service the transmission I would recommend another shop other than Amoco in Sugar Hill somebody who will shoot straight tell you the truth and not lie to you

Outstanding service. After 7 hours with AAA on Saturday 6/10/2017 for a potential transmission problem with the end result being a recommendation to take it to AAMCO which I did on 6/12/2017. A diagnostic check and road test found the problem within an hour. Something was stuck under the gas pedal preventing the transmission from downshifting when required. I highly recommend this AAMCO for any of your vehicle service needs.

Everyone in this place are so honest, I had a transmission issue with my ford. I had dropped off the car they could of tried to fix it and charged me an arm and a leg; however they called Ford directly and confirmed that the issue was covered by the warranty. They did not charged me at all, they did the right thing and had me take the car directly to ford. I recommend this place.

I just had my Dodge Dakota in for a transmission swap. I was very impressed with the service. I was not prepared for this problem as I had no money to pay for it. Jayson and the team here at AAMCO worked tirelessly to help me out and get me back on the road again. I was treated with class and it felt like doing business with the neighborhood garage from 20 years ago. They have earned my business in the future should I need it. If anybody in the Suwanee, Buford, Sugar Hill, and Cumming area needs service or repairs done to their automobile, go to AAMCO on GA Highway 20 about a quarter mile from the intersection with Peachtree Industrial Blvd. If you are heading to Buford, they are on the right after the bridge and if you are heading to Sugar Hill, they are on the left just before the bridge next to a dentist and self storage. Probably the best place in town. They serviced my BMW perfectly and quickly. It was almost the same cost to have them do it, than if I did it. I thought I should take it to a shop that dealt with BMWs exclusively, but Im glad I didnt. Definetly coming back to these guys.

Very Kind and Knowledge.Thank you Mr. AJ Mehdikhani.Before, I go to the AAMCO, I research ; three more place how much needed repairing cost.NXXX DXXX tald me that transmission is bad and need to replace new or used transmission. They asked $3,900.00 used trasmisson and another repair shop AXXX RXXX tald me only need to replace part of trasmission. They asked me $1,700.00.Finally, I went AAMCO. for two weeks, they test driving, order parts, fixed and checked car again. It will take time but car was beautifully fixed ;Transmission velve body remove and replace......etc.I paid $662.56 to AAMCO.I am very lucky my car fixed at the AAMCO. also, very thank you Mr. AJ Mehdikhani again.

I had a simple and inexpensive cooler line failure that required towing and the vehicle was taken to this shop. After two or three days of usage the transmission fluid was too low for the transmission to shift because the line was crudely spliced rather than replaced.I received a credit for the repair but have a non-driveable vehicle in my driveway which will probably need to be towed to another repair shop.Two stars for reasonable pricing and the refund. Unhappy that problem was not fixed.

Jayson and his crew were great to work with. My 1996 Carrolla needed another transmission. I had taken it to another place weve had work done on it before and they recommended Aamco. I did my research anyway. It was expensive but it could have cost us more. These guys wont charge for what you dont need and I like that. But they will not let you leave without fixing your vehicle to the point that they cant guarantee their work and I like that too!
