I have been coming to this store for almost 3 years. The costumer service is unbeatable. I love how the people who work there are honest with me about the phones I am looking to buy. I know that I am going to get the best phone with my budget. They even helped me make my monthly phone bill cheaper! This place really helps you out!

So basically I want in with my mother to get a new phone for her. Everything was fine then. But after my mom was done, I wanted to pay my bill and change phones and the guy said let me help him right quick. So he help him, I had my niece with us ok. So we are standing on this side and one after one people came in, long story short. We were the first ones in the store but we had to walk out bc he help like 4 people who walked in Afters us first...bc they spoke his language.

It was great! Customer service was able to help me and solve my issue.

Every time i have an issue with my only 5 month old phone, Walquiris goes out of her way to assist me. No matter how long it takes, she does whatever she can to help me and fix the issue. Also doing so with a smile on her face! She is the bomb! Needs to be promoted asap! Or at least a raise!

I had the worst service here! Will not be going back to this particular store! What more can I say. I bought a new phone here and had to wait 4 hours before I could use it due to their computer not loading. Then Ive dealt with people there that knew nothing about what I was inquiring about. No help to me at all!
