Ice cream delicious but ladies bathroom needs maintenance bad! Water does not turn off all the way and water is all over the floor. No wet floor sign. Also needs to be cleaned!

So Baskin has 31 flavors to choose from correct? Well this location only offers 18 of those 31 lol. They never have chocolate and many others. My wife absolutely loves the milk shakes from Baskin but the last 3-4 times we have been to this location they were either out of ice cream or couldn’t make something. This location use to be the best but it has taken a hard left turn somewhere. I pray the management sees this and shakes this place up and gets everyone on their toes!!

Placed an order with these guys at 9:20, was told they were out of one thing we wanted. Stepped out to the car to find out an alternative and they closed the store 35 minutes early! In the middle of an order! I can get my ice cream elsewhere from now on!

Do not go this location unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment. Two separate encounters within in 24 hours were both dismal. I called over 2 hours in advance to order 8 large to go containers of coffee to take to nurses at the hospital. Reiterated several times: 8. Pull up to pick up, they have 1. Could not get anyone to pay attention to us to answer where the others were, how long it would take, etc. had to flag someone down just to pay. No apology, no offer to make it right, nothing. Called another Dunkin near hospital and they had 4 more ready in 20 min and were amazing to deal with. The next day, I had ordered an ice cream cake online and picked it up in drive thru, glance inside to double check it, and the frosting message is completely messed up, unfixable, I’m just going to scrape it off. Thank goodness another Dunkin opened up nearby, I will gladly drive out of my way to avoid never having to go to this location again

Icecream is always good and made fast. Super great options and the milkshakes are to die for.

Just tried this 2 star Baskin robins out because you know, I wanted some icecream. I ordered a chocolate malt, it took 45 minutes, Im pretty sure they milked the cow.... I was so excited to finally get my shake. I then proceeded to wait at the cash register for 10 minutes because theyre slow as hell. During this time, I decided to taste test my shake... I can only describe the taste like I had grandpas ashes in a bucket and gurgled them.... sort of like the cinnamon challenge. Will never come here again, I choose life.

As far as making Milkshakes and Malts go, the ladies here in Sugar Hill surpass most other Baskin-Robbins in the area. If Im just grabbing a scoop or a cone, Ill go wherevers closest. However, I will make a special trip to this Sugar Hill location if Im getting any kind of specialty drink. ♡

I ordered an ice cream cake for my sons birthday, and when I went to pick it up they told me their freezer broke so they couldnt make it. No phone call! Very disappointing! I wont go back.

I have been a lifelong Baskin Robbins fan and will continue to be, but I will never again visit this location. The manager/owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. We essentially had $40 STOLEN from us, as we ordered a cake online from this location. Were charged and then were told the order was lost then later told it was picked up by someone else (not us) and were denied a refund. Had to drive an extra hour to get to the next closest Baskin Robbins because we very much NEEDED the cake! This location is a disgrace to the good BR name. :(

I have been to this location several times and every time they have horrible customer service. Always rude!! They will not get my money anymore!

This is the most unprofessional place. Ordered a cake online and when I went to pick it up the box said praline and cream and it was supposed to be chocolate chip. I asked the guy and he said all boxes say praline and cream assured me it was what I ordered. They completely ruined the experience. I will never do business here again....

Do not get ice cream from this store. They gave me a huge chunk of peanut butter on top of a scoop of chocolate ice cream when their menu states they have Reeces peanut butter cup ice cream (which is what I ordered). The waffle cone was old and stale and the ice cream had freezer burn.

Order a single scoop in a cup. They want to charge 25 cents for the cup. When I asked how I can get a scoop without being charged extra they just looked at me. New ownership is terrible here.
