What a big disappointment I had with this store very early today, there is a very big problem now, due to the shortage of paint due to many factors, I worked a lot with loxon xp, and we had to buy paint in Florida and bring it to GA, to be able to attend to our customers, it turns out that I took 35 gallons to this store, so that they could put the color that I should use, and instead of saying good morning, they yelled at me saying that I would take the painting to the store where I had bought it because they They would not help me with paint bought in another store, maybe they should know the volume of purchase we have with Sherwin Willians, they are very haughty, then I do not know who sarcastically offered me to work with the painting, but that it was until the afternoon for the painting, this was lousy customer service
The store was busy but the staff did a great job moving the line along.
I really liked this store because as a painting subcontractor I always found everything I needed, always had the paints that stores around them didnt but today was the second time I got someone with a very bad attitude, very rude, didnt even let me finish my sentence and cut me off. Usually the guys there are respectful, polite and helpful but whoever answered today wasnt! Very disappointing...!
Horrible horrible.They are totally unfriendly and angers.Why anger to customer.I have account and check online and they have paint what I want. But they anger and said don’t have it and call first. Hum... I checked other stores and other store said they have it more than 100 gallonsThey hide some cheap paint and selling to vip contractors. That is ridiculous.This store 0 star
Generally the Attention was wonderful, but today a salesperson treated me in such a way that I was really very dissatisfied, as a customer I felt without attention. How unfortunate my experience
Customer service is wonderful. I brought a can of older paint to get them to try and match. Instead of taking my money he shook up my old can and told me it would be better for my tiny touch up job. He didn’t have to do that. This is the kind of customer service I wish every business had.
I have personally met several of the employees here at this store and they have been so respectful and helpful. Devin, Raymond, and John are an asset to this company.
Im a paperhanger. Sherwin Williams has all the specialty tools I need. Also all the wallpaper paste and primers I need in one stop. This saves me a lot of time. Instead of driving around from store to store. I get what I need and go to the job. And the staff is always friendly, and helpful. Usually free coffee too! Cant be beat.🙂 note: (I think they sell top quality paint too.)
The curbside service is fabulous, they have their system perfected. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Hopefully soon the social distancing will not be required.
Store was clean and need. Associates were willing to help. Selection for what I needed was there.
The store itself is closed to the public. But Lowes is opened to the public down the street. (no joke). Im going to Lowes & giving them my business(even though the guy who answered the phone was really nice. Not his fault).

We needed a very specific paint and didnt have all the information, they were able to pull up our neighborhood and find the specific paint for us. Saved us money and time!
I give it a bad grade just because I came in with my mask and the vendors made fun of me and for not having a clean place and carrying the rules for what is happening to the covid-19, the staff does not wear a mask and they let the client in without a mask. caution sign,

Worst experience ever at a Sherwin Williams store. Three guys working at the store. I am the only costumer there standing waiting to be helped, 5 min go by and none of the guys even bother to ask what it was that I needed... Just kept making jokes between them! When it comes to costumer service, Those folks have no clue what that means.
