We were searching for a used car and found the one we wanted at Chami. I had never heard of this place and this was my first time to buy from a lot, so I was a little nervous about everything. When I got there, Omar and Adam were warm, professional, and had documented everything about the car. They gave me a great price and I drove away happy. Since they have a 30 day guarantee, I have seen them a couple of times since buying the car. They continue to bend over backwards to serve me and make sure Im happy with my purchase. Omar at Chami Automotive was seriously incredible to work with. He went above and beyond to fix the side of my car (I ran into a pole and damaged a lot of the side) and didnt cheat me with the prices... and I know this because I was over quoted by $1000 everywhere else. Then, I pointed out my car was shaking when I drove over 60mph and he checked my brakes and they were on their last day... so he worked on that as well, again pricing it out so fairly. THEN after getting my car back, my tire went bad (he pointed this out to me but I just said I would bring it back after my trip) but he offered to check it for me just in case before I traveled to Dallas to make sure I would be safe. So he drove my car to a neighbor tire place and got it looked at and fixed... all very quickly so I could leave town. He dropped everything and had the tire place work on my car immediately so I could be on my way. I personally knew Omar before this experience through our Rodeo Committee but I will say I got a different side of him with this experience! He is unbelievably kind, genuine, passionate about what he does and truly cares about the people who walk through his door. I will forever and always refer him to everybody and I will be a customer of his for life. Its hard to trust any car dealerships/repair shops nowadays but Im telling you right now... Chami Automotive is a complete different experience. The customer service is out of this world and on top of it all, they are honest. Highly recommend them and its completely worth the drive if you live far. You will save money and 100% be satisfied.

I take my car here for everything: oil changes, engine repairs, body work etc. I drive a Honda too, and they can work on it so if your car isn’t specifically listed on the website, they can probably still fix it, just call and ask. Very kind and they recommend practical solutions that are best for you and not needlessly expensive.Worth the drive to Sugarland from Houston!

I am EXTREMELY please with Omar and Chami Automotive Inc. I had a regular go to guy but like with any medical advice, I sought a second opinion. Omar thinks like a scientist and therefore his diagnostic skills are king. When I dropped my BMW 325ci off, I gave him a quick summary of what was happening, what I was told, my thoughts, and he listened and took all the information in. He had follow up questions and went to work. Many places just want to throw parts at the problem and hope it goes away. Not Omar, he has a laser precision technique and found the culprit. His communication is clear and concise. Pricing is extremely affordable and I even paid a little more, just because of how thorough he is. We will be bring all our vehicles to him for service. I had been searching for a car for my son for almost two months when I saw the model I was looking for at Chami for a great price. My wife and I went straight down to Sugarland to look at the car (were up in Tomball). The car was clean as advertised and in really great shape, and we bought it right away.The day after we bought the car the dreaded check engine light came on. I flipped out and instantly felt like I had been duped. I called in to Chami to raise hell about it, but our salesman wasnt available. I then raced to have the car inspected by another mechanic. While at the auto-shop Omar called me back. During the call Omar address all of my concerns and offered to do whatever it took to make my experience right (didnt expect that from someone selling used cars). I was blown away by how calm and professional Omar handled the situation, first class.In the end, it just turned out to be a bad gas cap, after I replaced it, the car has been running great. I really didnt need Chami to do anything, but their willingness to do so, was comforting and refreshing. Buy from Chami with confidence; you will be treated well, and honestly.

Bought a suv from omar he was polite no presure left you to inspect the vehicle and test drive it. Never hear of this company and was nervous to purchase from them but the experience was very pleasant and they tried to do right by me and thats all anyone could ask for. Ive had the vehicle for a couple of weeks now and im very happy with my purchase.

Excellent service. I had bought a 2003 Nissan 350z here and a couple days later my check engine light came on. Found out a knock sensor was bad. I asked Omar about it and he fixed it free of charge, all I did was buy the part.

I am always very impressed with the thorough care that I receive.

I never leave reviews, but I really felt the need to describe my experience with this company. I drove about 1 hr to get to them which was ok because I really liked my truck. Once we arrived everything was great. We test drove the car and made our purchase. The owner then gave us $20 for gas, which was very nice of him. After we left we put regular gas in the car. (Were not stupid we know to NOT put Diesel in a Dodge Nitro!) We then leave the store and stop to get food right down the street from my house but after starting the truck was rattling really loud and shaking really hard. The noise was so loud that we video tapped everything to send it to the manager. We called them immediately because we are a family of 6 WE NEED EVERY PENNY WORTH OF OUR MONEY. When we contacted the manager he basically tried to accuse us of putting Diesel in the truck because he said they drove the truck to San Antonio and nothing was wrong. I then got really worried because San Antonio is far and that could of been the reason the truck had issues. Then he told me he will call me later because his dad was in the hospital. Which was really fishy because we had just left from buying the truck. I finally got a call about 2 hours later and they ask if I could bring the truck back. I was furious because we just bought the truck & we used all our money, so taking that hour drive back to them was out of the question. They then sent someone to pick up my truck. At that point I was angry, nervous and scared because I had no truck and no money with fresh newborn twins and a toddler, imagine how I felt as a mother. They discovered that the problem was the oil was very bad. For the inconvenience he gave us a 1 month warranty on the engine. He then brought the car back the nxt day late at night which was also inconvenient. I was also upset about that because he drove the truck to us instead of towing it, putting more miles on it since their joy ride to San Antonio. After receiving the truck back everything seemed fine until the nxt day. Now the windshield wipers dont turn off. The windshield wipers switch is off but the windshield wipers keep going. I had a terrible experience with this company and honestly I should of just gotten my money back. Maybe it was just my truck with issues but I will NOT recommend this company.(Update: As you all can see from the owners response, they were very inconvenient! Yes we really liked the APPERANCE of the truck, but that doesnt mean it was well and running in great condition as they described. Although I do know cash cars come with problems, this one came with many. We decided that we didnt want our money back because they promised to fix any issues and I trusted them. After fixing the first problem another came about and Im not going to keep going back & forward when I have to go to work etc. It was all a big inconvenience for my family. They said they sold the truck under the market value because thats what its worth. They only reason I left a review is because im currently still spending money on issues with the truck other than that I would have been a happy customer. I absolutely love the appearance of the truck its really nice, but that doesnt beat the fact that the truck has mechanical issues I cant afford. Do you really think someone would keep sending their car to a mechanic when a new problem emerged after they allegedly fix the first problem? NO! Keep in mind they are a little over 1hr from my house and problems started on my way home from buying the car! I guess that was the first warning sign to just get my money back. Im describing my personal experience & opinion with this company. They are trying to justify that they went Above and Beyond for me but if I was an owner of a dealership I would do the same if someone buy a car from me and started having engine problems the same day of the purchase!!)No Thank You Chami Automotive Im going to have to pass on your offer of touching anything on my truck.
