The driver that came to put my mercedes on a flatbed did not know what he was doing. He had very little experience. When I called to let them know some idiot told me that mercedes did not come with all wheel drive. Lack of knowledge really makes them look stupid and I really do not recommend using them if you get into a jam.

James is the best! A+ service- needed two vehicles towed last minute and delivered within the hour. He’s an expert and knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!

Dangerous. If you cant tow straight and within one set of lines get a flat bedor an oversized load permit. Dont risk other drivers saftey.

Wanted $417.00 to release a vehicle that was on there impound lot for less than 12 hours. Very rude woman on the phone. I have filed a lawsuit against them and contacted ABC13 help line to intervene

If I could give less I would. I have never delt with a bigger group of idiots in my life. They were supposed to tow a vehicle to my location but instead took it to another location.

I broke down in the middle of highway 90 and had looked online for a wrecker service. The one that I called said they wouldnt come out that far and recommended Imperial Wrecker Service. Im so glad they did!! Soon after I broke down, it became dark and the car battery died. My flashers died as well. I was a sitting duck! Their smaller tow truck would still be a few minutes getting there so they sent Darnell in a semi tow truck to sit behind me so I would not be hit. Michael arrived with the smaller truck and quickly hooked it up. We dropped the car at the dealer which was closed at this point. Michael waited with me there until the Uber driver arrived to take me home. Great service!!!! Thank you!!!

Did not show after an hour of waiting

On 12/23/2017, one of our company vehicle was involved in a “not at fault” accident. A car turned the wrong way on to a one-way street and hit our vehicle. Our vehicle was damage to the point that it was unfit to be driven. The police arrived on scene along with a wrecker company, Imperial Wrecker Service. We requested that the Imperial Wrecker Service tow our vehicle to our office where we could assess the damage and begin the process with the insurance company. Imperial Wrecker Service’s driver refused our employees request, stating that he was only allowed to take the car to an impound lot (which is not the truth.) While on the phone with our employee, we asked to speak to Imperial Wrecker Service’s driver who refused to speak with us. Our employee then put the phone on speaker and we once again requested Imperial Wrecker Service to tow our vehicle to our office. The tow truck driver refused again. We then asked to speak to the Officer in Charge on the scene who verified that we could have the vehicle towed wherever we chose as long as we paid the fee. The Officer told the wrecker driver for Imperial Wrecker Service that he had to take the vehicle to our office. The wrecker driver then stated that since our car was an all-wheel drive vehicle (which is isn’t) we needed to be towed on a car dolly (which we didn’t need) and that his car dolly would not make the drive to our office (which was approximately 30 miles away.) Imperial Wrecker Service’s driver lied to the Police Officer and apparently was using equipment on a public road way that is unsuitable for a 30-mile drive?? That seems like general bad business practices and extremely reckless, if you ask me but was probably a lie. After the vehicle was loaded and on it’s way to the impound lot (basically a stolen vehicle, at that point) we contacted the actual office of Imperial Wrecker Service to inform them of the situation. We notified dispatch that their driver was taking our vehicle to a location that was unauthorized by us. We were hoping that we could speak to a manager that could turn the driver around and have him take our vehicle to our office as we were requesting. Unfortunately, the dispatcher for Imperial Wrecker Service was one of the rudest people that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She basically stated that Imperial Wrecker Service could take our vehicle anywhere that they wanted and there was nothing that we could do about it. We asked to speak to a manager or the owner, we were told that none were available and that she would take a message. On the morning of 12/24/2017, we called Imperial Wrecker Service to speak to a manager or an owner and we were told that none were available, but someone would call us back. In the evening of 12/24/2017, we made another call, but no one returned our call. On 12/25/2017 after repeated calls we did get a call back for the “Operations Manager” who listen to my concerns and said he would follow up. He seemed annoyed that he was being bothered on Christmas Day but, I again explained no call back or resolution was officer on 12/23 or 12/24. On 12/26/2017 still no call back so I called again and left a message, a woman called us from Imperial Wrecker Service and told us that there was nothing that could be done to remedy the situation and that if we wanted to pay the impound fees (now 3 days’ worth) and the towing fee, they would bring our vehicle back to us ”For an undisclosed Fee since they don’t work for free.” That was Imperial Wrecker Service’s best solution. The woman that we spoke to claimed to be the office manager, so we asked to speak to the owner. She refused to let us, so we did some research and were forced to contacted him on his personal Facebook page to get him to return our call. We did receive a phone call from the owner of the company Chris Long, who told us that he was going to press harassment charges on us for contacting his office too many times? We ended up having a civil conversation, although unproductive, and we still had to pay the initial tow, 3 days’ worth of impound.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. They are thieves, if your car gets towed by this company and you have something valuable they will steal it. I left 100$ in the passenger side mirror and they stole it they did not let me get my things they got them for me ..... that’s the first Towe company that has ever done that for me .... their company employment is rude and ignorant... don’t expect too much from these guys

No offense to kindergarteners, but you’ll have a better experience with one in lieu of any IR Services’ inept staff and drivers. Stephanie Findley, apparently the president of this joke of a company, claims expertise with regard to TDLR legislation although her company’s practices completely disregard it. This company is unethical, unprofessional, with a “manager” at the Sugar Land location that shows signs of psychopathy. Just my two cents. Good luck to anyone that finds themselves tangled up with this mess of an “organization”.

I went to go pick up my tags from a car dealership on hwy 6 next to Waffle House. The driveway to the dealership was blocked so I parked in back of waffle Jose to walk in next door and get my plates. This giant insane man in a tow truck starts screaming at me and tries to tow my car while Im in it. I think he was afraid I might eat a waffle and he would starve. Then he tries to block my car in with his stupid truck and says hes calling the cops. Call the cops. Tell them you are insane. I dont care. The best part of this whole ordeal was when the fat man tried to chase my car and rio the tags off. Whats he wanna do come to my house and beat up a little girl. What a nut. I would never use this company. I would drag my car with a horse before giving a dime to these nut jobs.

My car was Tow by this Imperial Wrecker Serice at 3350 Hwy 6. Due to my good buddys wife Breada in serious heahth issues. Breda live at Green Field street. She is achian smokere. She for unkown reason start hartes me. Make a longf story short, I was arested due to Brenda 911 call to Sugar Land Police. I was arrested, handcuffted and sento SL poice jail. Imperial Tow servise Tow my 2017 Honda CRV. I contacted this Tow serice place since this mnoring. They are Rude and hang up my call, This is Not right. Also I will never go back to Art and Bredas houseagin. So sad.

Do not call this company, they are rude and put you on hold for the longest. When you do try to find information about a vehicle they tell you they cant provide any just to the owner.. So how im i suppose to know about my husbands vehicle if hes in jail? soo unprofessional and so not willing to help!!!

Have been using Imperial for all of our towing for several years and they always take care of our customers.

Dont believe a word they say on their website about being damage free...and just because they have Bible verses on their site...doesnt mean theyll do the Christian thing and own up to their mistakes. They will damage your car and when you try to remedy the situation....good luck trying to get one of them to pick up the phone or return a message. When you do get one of them on the phone its crazy how fast they figure out a way to make the damage your fault.If you do have to deal with this company, be sure you check every single inch of your car...even if it takes you all day...because once you leave that lot and they have your money, they treat you like the scum of the earth.Oh...and be sure you dont try to pick up your car on a Sunday. They say your car can be picked up 24 hours with an hours notice, but theyre not open on Sunday and it doesnt say that anywhere on their website or at their facility, but they will charge you for that extra day.I know this seems like an emotional review but this company doesnt seem to realize that if someone needs to use them, that person is already in a bad and unexpected situation. The least they can do is be decent in their business dealings by not misleading people.

This is a fraudulent company that is run by Chris Long who is a straight up crook!! A man had a diabetic seizure and hit 6 cars totaling mine and my neighbors right in front of our homes on our street - this wrecker company showed up and walked around with police saying we had to move our cars to Performance Collision in order to get the off the road and the insurance to pay. He charged me a tow and the crook collision company is trying to charge me 1600 in storage fees more than half of what the claim will pay!!! Please stay away from these people - they chase after every accident and work in cahoots with this collision company to profit of peoples tradgedy!!

The companies clerk is one of the rudest people in the world .. she talks to you like your stupid and the other employees are nicer .. like I made an appointment at 10 .. I get there and they were attending someone else and I walk in and she yells at me “get a ticket and get out of here ! There is only one person allowed in there!” What’s the point of making an appointment if you need a ticket ..
