Rose was absolutely amazing! From the time I messaged her (9:30 at night) she responded within minutes, was warm, welcoming and inviting. She redesigned my grandmothers wedding set into a new engagement ring in a vintage cluster setting and created two diamond pendant necklaces from two of the remaining diamonds. She was extremely responsive, exceeded my expectations, and was better priced than other fine jewelers in the Houston area.....not to mention the turn around time....2 weeks! She created a life long relationship from my experience and a loyal customer! Will definitely be going back for all of my jewelry purchases and services in the future!

Honestly Im shocked a scam artist would have such a high rating. Between giving a cheaper material of the ring than what was paid for and missing diamonds, Im amazed. I first used Willie 20 years ago to make my wifes engagement ring. I wanted a replica of an antique ring from a magazine - my wife had hinted this was the ring she wanted. Willie took me through the entire process, made a wax replica, helped me get the size right (we had to scale it up a bit), and then, at the very end he tells me it cost him less than he had previously quoted me, so he reduced the price. What an amazing ring and an absolutely incredible buying experience. I will only use Willie, and I recommend him to all my friends. He is great.

I am absolutely wowed by Hinz Jewelers! After reading all of these reviews, I decided to go to Hinz to upgrade the center stone in my wedding ring. I met with Rose and brought some of my old diamond jewelry I no longer wear to put towards the purchase of the new diamond. After meeting with me for about an hour discussing my budget and diamond parameters I was looking for, Rose met with me the next day with two diamonds to consider. It was actually refreshing to not have to go through diamond after diamond to make a decision. Both diamonds were absolutely stunning and Rose went through the grading of both stones so I could make an educated decision (both had the same color, just different clarity). Of course, I chose the larger stone with a few more inclusions, but you can’t see them because the cut and sparkle of the stone overpowers any inclusions.THE NEXT DAY, my ring was done! I had two bands attached to my ring I wanted removed so I could go back to just my wedding ring and you can’t tell they were ever attached. Willie reworked the prong setting to accommodate the larger stone and the end result is just beautiful. I also had a yellow gold bangle bracelet that had a diamond design and Rose convinced me to keep the diamonds and just use the gold towards the price of the new diamond. When I came to get my ring, Willie had also made a pendant for me with my stones (this was a bracelet my mom gave to me and she was so pleased I made something that kept the diamond design).Once my husband saw my new ring and how wonderful everyone was, he has decided he wants a new wedding band. I have another ring with some stones I don’t need, so we will be using them to design a new band next month!Thank you Rose and team, you have a new, loyal customer.

I needed a couple prongs repaired and some overall cleaning and stones tightened on my wedding set. I wanted to find a new jeweler seeing as the place I purchased the set from wanted a crazy amount of money to fix just what was needed done. I checked out Hinz because of the reviews. They quoted me a very reasonable price and went beyond what I asked to be done. They also gave me same day service! Where can you get that anymore?! Found Hinz Jewelers 3 years ago when my wedding ring wrap broke. I was distraught - it was in pieces. I had to sketch what it looked like before the accident so they could hopefully restore it. I cried with happiness when I saw my ring repaired. It was beyond amazing!!!! We just stopped by their new location to get batteries in 3 watches, and to have my ring checked and cleaned. These guys are pretty incredible. I gave my Rolex for a crystal change and polishing. After about 3 weeks I got it back and the watch was not finished, and the glass had not been changed. Only the magnifier had been glued on and it was crooked. The owners son said he would look into it. A lady Rose called me a few days later and said that they were sending it back and apologized for the mistake. Then she called again about four days later and said that she couldnt find the receipt for the payment. I called my wife because she had gone in later and paid cash for the entire job. Obviously my wife had lost the receipt. Rose accepted her word and went on to say that she will get the watch repaired.I just picked up the watch, the glass was repaired and the polish was done and there was also a receipt which showed that my wife had only paid for the glass, not the repolishing. The owner Will and Rose both apologized and said that the repolishing was on them and they did not charge me. This was not a small sum, The cost was a little under $200. Thisj is what differentiates good service that we all expect from service that truly DELIGHTS.
