I love my A Cut Above diamond stud earrings, they are so sparkly. I went for a custom 6 prong basket setting, the diamonds are are the perfect size and sparkle like crazy. I was undecided whether to purchase the flower cluster earrings or studs but I am happy I went with studs first. I loved the look of Tiffany’s Etoile band but wasn’t looking to pay twice the price for a similar look. Enter Whiteflash’s Scattered Band. I requested mine be made in Platinum to match the metal in my engagement ring. I wanted a ring that could stand alone with some sparkle but could also accent my engagement ring. Customer service was excellent and Becca was timely and responsive to all questions and communication. The only complaint I would give it is that the diamonds aren’t as scattered/offset from each other as I anticipated and perhaps that’s because of the 3mm width. Fortunately I’m okay with this as diamonds set straight across was my close second preference. Stats: .14 ctw, G/SI1, 3mm wide, 2mm thick, diamonds are gypsy set but no azures (countersunk cut outs) behind the diamonds. This type of ring cannot be re-sized but can be exchanged for a new size within the first 30 days.

We ordered a semi-custom engagement ring and wedding band set from Whiteflash. We shopped around with a few jewelers before coming to Whiteflash, so had several comparison points for both the diamond and custom setting. We were beyond impressed with Whiteflash’s A Cut Above diamond. The cut is amazing and not only does it bring out so much brilliance to the diamond, but it also does a fantastic job of hiding the flaws in the diamond. Even under a loop, it was a little hard to see the flaws for a SI1 because the cuts were made right above the flaws to hide them. We were able to use one of Whiteflash’s in-house settings and customized it for thousands cheaper than going with a fully custom ring from another jeweler. The final products are gorgeous. Our sales associate was Michelle Adams and she is beyond knowledgeable, helpful and always prompt in responding to our many follow-up emails. We are extremely pleased with both the service and the products from Whiteflash and would highly recommend them.

I have to admit I was completely in the dark about where to start when buying an engagement ring. When making such a big purchase like this, I am one of those people that does an insane amount of research to make sure I’m don’t make any mistakes. My first instinct was to go to a local jeweler or a big name jewelry store. I strolled through a few, some with and without my future fiancé. We even went to an event with a custom jeweler at one of them, but the way they approached the sale of a ring just didn’t impress me. Im a little bit of a perfectionist looking for a perfect cut, I probably looked at over 50 different diamonds comparing their GIA and AGS certificates looking for the perfect measurements and ratios of angles and facet lengths. When researching jewelers and ring designers online in late May and early June, I came across Whiteflash in a few different places as a reputable and reliable option, AND ALSO one that has a office/HQ in the general area. Upon visiting the Sugarland location, I learned from Vera (the super-nice and helpful receptionist) that the showroom is closed due to Covid, but that they would be happy to put someone in touch with me soon. Later that day, I received a phone call from one of their consultants - Liza Weazey, who very patiently and kindly spoke with me about how we might proceed to design an engagement ring. She was of tremendous help, particularly for me because this was my first time doing something like this. Over the next two weeks, she emailed back and forth with me, at first sending examples of rings and later gemstone candidates for me to weigh and consider. I had lots of questions, and I also wanted to make sure my fiancés preferences and taste was well-realized with the design choices being made and the ring when designed and completed. Through all this, Liza was patient and detailed and responsive, and I really felt like I was in good hands. Thinking on it now, it amazes me that we ended up with a ring that my fiancé loves showing off to her family and friends, even though the local Covid situation of June 2020 precluded us from meeting Liza or anyone for that matter in person. But that we did end up with something were this happy with, despite the complications introduced by the pandemic, is a real credit to Liza and Whiteflash. And because there are various approval checkpoints along the way, the various steps from A to Z felt like a logical and intuitive progression (about two months), which was important and made me feel good about the whole thing. I would happily recommend them to anyone!

I asked if she could take pictures/videos of the diamond I was interested in under normal circumstances (white background, normal ambient light). Brittany got right to work with Whiteflashs photography team and got the visuals I needed within 24 hours.She took the time to discuss the diamond with me, how the sales process would work, and was very fair with pricing. The experience I got with buying my girlfriends diamond from Whiteflash was WELL WORTH it. The face on my girlfriends face when I proposed made it all worth. In fact, she went to grab the ring before even saying yes because the diamond just draws you in. All of our family and friends comment on how unbelievable the diamond is, pictures dont do it justice. To sum up Whiteflash in one word: SPECTACULAR.It was quite a process that ultimately led me to go with Whiteflash, but now, a month after proposing, I have am so grateful I went with them!! She was really responsive and honest throughout the whole process, even helping me decide on a 0.7 carat diamond rather than a 0.9 carat diamond based on my budget and girlfriends finger size. I felt really comfortable working with her throughout my whole search process.The whole process was really easy, too. Once I found the diamond I simply sent Becca a bunch of pictures off a Google search to give the team at Whiteflash an idea as to the design, and they produced a CAD rendering of the ring. They checked with me to make sure the design looked alright, and honestly, it was pretty flawless.They give you a year to have the ring resized if needed, which was great as it took me about six months after getting the ring in the mail to find just the right moment to propose. Fortunately, the ring fit perfectly and my girlfriend (now fiancée) absolutely LOVES everything about it, from the petal basket to the handcrafted milgrain bezel to the inscription on the inside of the band. I would really qualify our engagement ring purchase as a memorable and very enjoyable experience.We made an appointment on a Friday afternoon with Lisa to purchase an engagement ring. First let me say that working with Brittany throughout the Whiteflash experience was absolutely fantastic. I started my diamond search back in August 2020 looking at numerous well-known online diamond retailers. Once I made it known that I needed a really tight turnaround, all of the retailers except Whiteflash were not interested in continuing the conversation. Matter fact, it was difficult if not impossible to even speak with someone. I was just merely told to go to their site and I could view the turn around times there for the various diamonds and rings. Personally I did not like that type of customer service so I continued to look and very fortunately stumbled across Whiteflash and Brittany. She was not only willing to discuss turnaround times, but spent a lot of time with me on learning and understanding the 4 cs of diamond purchasing. I told her what I liked and she sent me rings/diamonds that could meet my deadline and we finally arrived at one. My plan was to give this to my lady while on vacation so Brittany even arranged for the ring to be shipped to my vacation destination and I picked it up there. Now thats customer service! It is also worth mentioning that Vera at Whilteflash was also excellent to work with and always responded to my emails and answered my questions. I just got the ring back from them after re-sizing and Vera worked me thru that process. Great team there and I would highly recommend and would even ask for Brittany!

I definitely feel that some of the reviews for Whiteflash are misleading. I was very close to purchasing A CUT ABOVE round brilliant diamond from this company. Whiteflash was going to price match a 10% off sale from a competitor but ONLY if I paid within 24 hours via wire. The whole process honestly felt like I was dealing with your typical car salesman with all of the going back and forth deciding on a price they could honor. They made it seem like they were giving me the best deal in the world when it just goes to show that everything is negotiable in life. When I informed Michelle Adams I no longer wished to do business with them, she called and emailed me repeatedly while I was at work. Im not saying Whiteflash doesnt produce a quality product but their service and respect for customers is less than desirable.

What I like most about Whiteflash is the transparency. Everything is on the table. I was able to check Idealscope, ASET scope images together with video. The certificate is also available online so that I did not have to request so many times. Imagine if you keep changing your mind (I bet you do), every time you have to request for image?
