I ordered an expensive piece of equipment and the driver just left it outside my door. Didnt bother to knock, ring the door, or send a notification that it had been delivered until almost half an hour after it was. Then he/she/they had the audacity to lie and claim they hand delivered it to me and I signed for it. Such garbage service.

Went to this location a month ago to print, but sadly I walked out empty handed. The lady that was working wasn’t very helpful at all. I asked her how to use their print and go, she told me what to do and I was struggling to use it. There was no one there except for me.Understandably, not everybody is technically good about this stuff. I was there for a good 15 mins or so... She could’ve offered me her assistance but instead she was just sitting browsing on her phone. Very,very poor customer service.Customer service at the Oliver Rd location was exceptional. They asked if I needed their help.

I experienced great customer service was not expecting that since it is located inside Walmart.So pleasantly surprised! Thank You. Happy customer!

5 star for customer service BUT 000000 STARS for their delivery service and their tracking information. This is the worst shipping company ever...even usps and ups is good not better but way better than fedex.
