I have come to this store a number of times. People here try their best to help customers. They are patient and diligent. I can send a document to be downloaded and printed and when I arrive the next day its a painless transaction. They wear masks and require people to wait outside while they help those inside so there are few persons sharing space inside the store. You need a mask to come in the store.

The the staff are always so helpful whenever I go. They make a chore so much more enjoyable!

The hours say 7pm but I see them kicking people out at 5:09 and locking the door behind them. I am witnessing that now as I arrived at the parking lot in front of the store. The number provided is ringing but they not answering any calls while they are clearly still in the store. What gives? Are they deliberately avoiding calls while they are there? The least they could do is just answer the bloody phone and put me on hold while they are still inside just after kicking people out. I figure they are atill on the clock after they close just to clean up, sanitize, or stock, like every other business does, so it makes no sense as to why they cannot answer the phone after calling multiple times.EDITI left a 1 star review initially. Today, I went in to do my business. They were friendly and very helpful in the morning. I would change it to 5 stars, but due to the lack of response from last night, I will have to leave it to 4 for now. I appreciate the customer service for today, and if the next visit is good, I will bump it up to 5.

One of the staff was extremely rude when I asked where could I leave drop offs and she told me where it was and I brought the cartons where she stated. She had the nerve to to tell us that there were only allowing 3 customers in the store. Before we arrived there were more than 3 already so her enforcement of the policy was already questionable.I didn’t need a receipt, I just needed a spot to put the drop off, didn’t need attitude.

Very helpful. Have been to this store for a few times and the people over there never fail to impress.

Completely over priced. I understand the store needs to make a profit but what i paid after the fact was ridiculous! I shipped a box with a picture in the store, they charged me $53.00 for ground. I couldnt believe it. It was my fault because i said yes and paid. But when i went home i remade the label on the ups website and it was only $22.00. Moral of the story, ship your own boxes from home and drop off in the store!

Another ups store. They are all relatively the same. Prices are reasonable compared to USPS when you are shipping larger items.

God awful prices. I called UPS and was quoted 114 dollars for service. I went to this store and they wanted 227 dollars. Complete RIPOFF.Dave
