I hate coming to this Sulphur Springs location! Everytime I call someone answers and give me a closing time but when I arrive at the location, just like NOW @ 3:28 P.m; no one is there! Im sick of driving 20 plus miles just to find out that the employee or employees has closed the store! Dont waste your time going to this location. Use Mount Pleasant instead. You will get better customer service and service during business hours.

Ive been going to the other Metroby Vip Nail for years but wanted to give this store a try since I thought it would be more convenient since its closer by my home. I walk in and I wasnt greeted, place was very dusty and took simply too long to just pay my dads bill. Also was WAY to overstaffed. Wouldnt recommend at all.
