I went to the store to sort out a billing issue. They wouldnt let me in without a mask (in Texas where its not reqd). So I called the store from my car in the parking lot and they said we cant access your account over the phone. So, zero for two attempts. Looks like T-Mobile is a LOT LESS FRIENDLY than Sprint was. SO I called Sprint 800 and they helped me.
I think that the staff and the store are by far superior in knowledge and help they have taken the time to help each and every customer tmobile ftw!!!!!!!

Staff is awesome and always goes out of their way to help anyone in store or by phone. Always feels like friends hanging out and not just standing and waiting around in a store. Store Manager goes out of her way to help or make things right. Will always drive from Mount Pleasant to this location.

It could not have gone more wrong. We lost a great plan by moving to TM. Now we have been overcharged and our account paperwork is screwed up. I have spent about 20 hours, on the phone with tech support, back and forth with the store. Save yourself the headache. There are way better companies out there, for the same price or just a little more.

This place was great. I didnt feel like I was in a store felt like I was visiting friends and they just happen to be at work. With that they still offered great customer service and in depth knowledge to my questions. Will go out of my way just to stop at this store !!
This store was very very nice 2 very sweet young ladies that tried & did help me resolve my issues UNLIKE the store where I 1st purchased my phone when the people @ the 1st store got our sale ALL the courtesy went out the door just as like it did on my last visit @ the store on Lake June Rd in Balch Springs EVERY LG phone I received got hot on my ear & hot when it charged & this last time I decided 2 just give the phone back & use a phone I had previously from Metro PCs & I went in with the same issue & asked them to take the phone off of our contract & replace my SIM card in my own & they told me I had to pay out the balance on this NO GOOD HEATING UP PHONE ??? Why would I want a phone that serves no purpose & plus its a leased free low budget phone ??? If I wasnt under contract with my son I WOULD NEVER HAVE TMOBILE SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!! AGAIN I feel as though thats not right !! But IN SULPHUR SPRINGS TX THOSE TWO LADIES WERE VERY SWEET & TRIED & DID HELP RESOLVE MY ISSUES THANKS LADIES U NEED TO GO TEACH THOSE FOLKS IN DALLAS HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER 😘😘😘

The people who work here are beyond rude. Their inability to help me constantly is annoying. They don’t know what they are talking about and insist that every problem with your phone has be to dealt through the insurance company. One lady at this store lied to me to get me off the phone. Then when I confronted her about it she proceeded to call me a liar and hung up on me. When I finally got my new phone ordered and sent to this store, my grandfather arrived to pick it up and the lady working said my line was “canceled”. She continued to argue with my grandfather as he called my phone from his phone to prove that the line wasn’t canceled. He eventually got my new phone and left the defective one in exchange. I will be driving over an hour to go to another store just to avoid this one. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Bad customer service
I was buying a Hotspot from them as we have recently gone full time RVing and find ourselves frequently without wifi service. T-mobile has the best high data usage plan (22 G/mo) for $95 with auto-pay. This is sullied somewhat by their single modem offering of an outdated Alcatel 4375 with an outdated 2012 chipset which prevents maximum data speeds compared to more modern hardware. I had decided that the cost, data plan and coverage area outweighed this downside so moved ahead with the purchase. The service was good, they had the hardware in stock and I was quickly wifi enabled. Time will tell if this is a good decision.
Went to get my warranty exchange they refused to give me my phone they said they didnt have it I was on the phone with customer service who explained to them that it was indeed there I asked politely if theyd go check again they went to the back never returned and called the police the very unprofessional going back to AT&T!
