Awesome staff! Very friendly and helpful. Pulled in and no Reserved spots open due to campers in them after dark but the manager was quick to clear them out. Very nice showers! Hot water for days! Clean store and well stocked. The Internet was super fast too! Added to favorite spots.

Employees are friendly most of the time. They are experiencing supply shortages so coolers are often slim pickings, but if you pay to park at this location, they actually make people move that havent paid.

This place has been under construction for a while hopefully they get things running and everything starts looking much better and gets a little life now just for the structure of the parking lot which that is something that is probably going to be very permanent and I give it three stars because it is very uncomfortable as soon as you get to the pumps to get out of this pilot you got to go through the parking lot making it extremely uncomfortable and I wish it had a better design and another exit so you can just go in and out with these bathrooms as well need a little love other than that we got to come back to get another review as soon as its completely finished

Dirty dirty dirty I had to buy towels to clean the shower.. toilet with urine stains... shower full of mold... boy lady manager said truckers are dirty so what do I expect... Very bad on Pilot’s name. No marking for reserve parking. Attendant will wake you up in night and ask either to pay or leave. I came here for 10 hrs DOT rest break. There were many parking spots available when I arrived but no marking for paid parking. Forced 4 truck operators to pay. Going to stop fueling at Pilot /Flying J. I don’t like people with excuses and for not being professional. I will contact their head office and report.Addition: just another one for shower.Shower number 6 mold building up everywhere on floor and walls.

Am 7 years commercial 18th wheel driving experience and pilot fuel guy. This pilot in sulfur springs tx thier mechanics are the worst I never seen. They even let other mechanic hustlers outside from thier store come an do bad things to longtime pilot customer drivers. They have no experience what so ever. Loves truck stop cross the street much better much professional ppl there.

Its Very Sad when you have to go outside and take a phone call from your Dispatcher because the music was so VERY LOUD you couldnt even hear to talk. You couldnt even hear the person standing next to you.Then you go to Arbys to get something to eat and the counter girl is more worried about everyone else but the truck drivers. I waited for 7 minutes and she NEVER looked my way another driver said he had been waiting for his food for over 10 minutes. But the drive thru got FABULOUS service.Will not stop here again.If you do thats up to you.

I was trying to buy cigarettes here and they wouldnt sell it to me with price advertised in the store instead they want sell it to me with an another price telling me the price has been updated in the system therefore the price posted is not valid. The price posted is to lure people then theyll rip you off. Most pilot truck stop practice this illegal false advertising.

Clean store & very nice. My only complaint is whoever cleans showers is outside while drivers are waiting on showers. Showers are were empty but needed to be cleaned.. As a driver time is money.

This is a pretty good stop despite the lack of more parking spaces for trucks. The staff is professional and very accommodating. Food is available until pretty late in the evening unlike some other pilots where you get there at 8pm and you have to resort to snacks. Trucks run 24/7 all roller foods should as well. If your planning on driving by I recommend this stop to fuel up your vehicle and yourself. Safe travels!!!!

The music they playing today is very strange and weird today..its giving me a huge headache today. I didnt like it at all..its not country or rap or old school.. i dont like this pilot anymore...it used to be a good place to stop...but i hate it now..never come back

Pilot truck stops are one of my preferred locations on the road. Locations are usually convenient and clean. The pumps are easy to access and are well maintained. Bathroom is clean with enough facilities so that there isn’t usually a wait.Fountain drinks are usually good; syrup to carbonation ratio is correct and there are enough lids, straws, etc. available. You have a wide variety of snacks available of varying degrees of healthy. Overall a much more consistent and reliable experience.

No one working in Arbys wearing a mask, or gloves. Fuel desk not one single person was wearing mask over their nose. When I ask the girl checking me out to wear her mask correctly she rolled her eyes.Wont even get started on the amount of people in the store without masks.

02/12/21 this Pilot location HAS NO DIESEL!!! The diesel pumps are blocked off. Caddo Mills Pilot doesnt have fuel either.

We pulled in and got fuel with no waiting. We purchased some ice cream treats and checked out with no waiting.

I always fill up before & after a trip, here! Gas prices are usually the best in town. You can get snacks, drinks, &/or a quick meal before heading out. Its well lit & there are always people around, so its pretty safe. Plus they have a lot of forgotten travel supplies (phone chargers, movies, toothpaste)!

Wonderful Staff!! My husband and daughter entered the store around midnight to use the restroom and the attendant went out of his way to open a shower for them so that they wouldnt have to enter the mens restroom. We didnt ask for that, he was just kind an observant enough to offer. Thats something you dont see often, courtesy. Very refreshing to know good people still exist. The store was very clean and organized, the shelves were stocked fully and neatly. Will definitely be stopping on our way back through and on any future trips through the area!

Friendly, helpful young men working the counter tonight. Restrooms were clean and serviceable. I like Pilot and FlyingJ for the good selection of travel items. Diesel prices arent always the lowest around but the stations always seem clean and well supplied and the staff members are generally always courteous.

Staff is incredibly rude, entitled, and ignorant. And if customers are required to cover their nose and mouth, I expect employees to do the same.

Was there last night. Ate at Arbys. Probably the best Arbys in the pilot system... Took shower this morning. Clean and smelled good.. Parking lot was bigger size and very clean. Will be back...

Reasonably priced gas. Convenience store. Restaurant. My spouse and I were road weary so we took a shower together. Not sure if thats one of the normal services, but we thoroughly enjoyed and refreshed ourselves

Generally I have no problem with Pilot. This one however has no food after midnight, when a lot of drivers stop for the night. Must be ok losing that business to the Loves across the street.

Great parking. Fuel Lanes can get clogged at times. Clean store and good food. Courteous staff who are quick to help, usually.

Overal its not a bad facility. Just would be nice if they had Rv parking out front like most Pilots do. Also kind of a long wait for a shower. They could put another employee back there to help clean showers when the one employee gets busy/overwhelmed. Also more than one towel would be nice...:)

I tried used my credit card to pay the gasoline dispenser on Oct 7 2019 (did not work) and someone used the card info in this place to try and charge 151.00 on it.This caused my credit card to get blocked so I did not get the charge but how can this be possible. How does someone get the card info after putting it in the gasoline machine?On the other hand everyone was very friendly, and the place is very nice.

Horrible Pilot!! Dirty, dirty, dirty!! Did I mention dirty? Need a shower? You will be waiting forever for the short, mentally challenged guy to clean one. Coffee counter is always sticky. There are a few nice employees.

Currently this location is undergoing construction and half the parking lot is closed off. For someone traveling with a 35 foot travel trailer, its difficult to find a place to park it once youve finished filling up. There is a space at the very front along the grassy area, but for some reason, people decide to randomly park their cars there instead of the parking spaces by the door. From what I can see thats already been completed, this place will look fantastic when they get done, its nice to see that some of these older stores are getting upgraded.

If you have a GoodSam card you can save 5 cents on regular gas and 8 cents on diesel, and there gas & diesel is always fresh, also good place to fill those munchies if you know what I mean, also has some interesting souvenirs to take home too.

We stop here every time we go through Sulpher Springs. It is always so clean and the staff is always friendly. Great selections, quick service, and positive attitudes make this Pilot our favorite. Parking is sometimes atrocious but, generally not that big of an issue.

I had to go to loves to get fuel on several occasions because my card was declined at Pilot because Pilots got a 150 Dollar Plus hold on the card used at the pump. Ive never had this issue before anywhere Im going across the United States until now.

Six days on the road and Im gonna make it home tonight. Little white pills. Etc. No but seriously, nice clean place, no super obvious lot lizard traffic, lounge is good, tasty snacks and all that. Good stopover point. Nothing to complain about.

Bathroom was clean, chicken wings and mashed potatoes were perfect. Cinnamon rolls were amazing and the people were very friendly. They were very busy but we managed to get rv parked. We ate about 2pm and it was nice to get hot fresh food.

Well. It was closed when I went. The exit is terrible off of the highway (not their fault). If you exit, heading west, go through the stop sign and dont take a left at the stop sign.This locations fuel pumps were not working when I went. So, thats the reason for the two stars. Also, I have been here in the past and this place has a small parking lot. Expect some congestion.

Good pilot with Arbys inside and good amount of showers. Only issue is the amount of parking isnt alot, but thats just the costs of property nowadays.

I have no issues with stopping at a Pilot/Flying J and getting a nice bath, food, or any items Ive needed/wanted.

Im editing my review due to the fact that this place has been completely renovated. The store looks really nice. The prices are great. Most employees seem very helpful however one of the managers seems to hate life in general; including all the employees there. I was not impressed by her attitude towards customers and staff and the lack of interest put towards her job in general. Rebecca was her name and I doubt Ill be back. There is a nice gas station right across the bridge with amazing donuts and a super friendly staff Ill give my business to that place.

SAMANTHA (manager) so my husband has always fueled and park at pilots anywhere he goes but on Monday July 29 my husband parked here in Sulphur Spring miles and miles from home and alone he got really sick and couldnt even move so he was able to get help from another driver who went to try to get some medicine for my husband inside the pilot he mentioned to Samantha who was the manager that night what was happening so Samantha went above and beyond and walked to my husband truck to check on him and offer him a water, Help and assistance . Samantha thank you for caring and going beyond your responsibilities and helping my Husband.

One of the worst pilots Ive ever been to. Just needed to scale and the employees didnt have paper in the printer and spent 15min acting like my ticket just went missing. All the empty parking are reserved spots b/c lord knows they need to squeeze every penny from the people that haul their goods. Avoid this place like a 75cent lot lizard, Loves next door is almost built.

People were great, but since there was not alot of parking they charged over 16.00 to park.

Pilot Travel Center is well located and it has become more detail shopping site then again station with service even though the prices are the same as any other gas station in the area

We used the truck fueling side for our motor coach and other than some rough patches of approach, the pump was clean and they had freshly painted. Cashier was very nice and things went how expected them to, fast and efficient.

I love stopping at pilot travel centers when I go out of town. They have clean restrooms, staff us always pleasant, and prices are really reasonable.

Discusting didnt even want to touch walls in shower. Green build up between tiles. The room stunk from the toilet. Toilet was not clean at all. No trash bag in trashcan. Inside of trash can nasty. Will never stop there again or take showers there.

Latest pilot scam is deli bacon.. sign said 6 pieces of bacon $2.49 sounds good. It’s really 3 pieces of bacon . The clerk admitted they cut the bacon strips in half and call it six pieces!!! The halseum family would be proud!!!Also bathrooms out of toilet paper

Was waiting at counter to get food from PJ Fresh, while girl finished getting a customers pizza. She seen me waiting, but when two guys came up she waited on them completely ignoring me. Not the first pilot that has done this type of thing. Serving the locals or tourists at the expense of the truckers.

Parked at 9pm last spot on the lot.Woken up at 11pm was told to move because Im in a reserved spot. Yet no sign, or markings indicating it was reserved anywhere. Even the pilot employee said its not lables and its on them. Was still threatened to get towed if I didnt move.If you are going to have reserved parking, label the damn spots

This review is looking from a professional drivers point of view. Not enough parking. By 4pm its pretty much full. It needs a lot more spaces. Store is small as well as the showers. I cannot speak for the mens restroom but the womens is small with only three stalls. There is no laundry. If you dont like Arbys you are out of luck. The best thing I can say is that it was decently clean. The area needs a very large truck stop.

This location is being remodeled but it doesnt effect the operation. They have everything Ive ever needed when traveling. Including is a small Cinnabon booth an Arbys, and all kinds of Sundries

Me an my wife ate at Arbys. We got there at 10:30 pm we got the BLT Curley fries an my wife wanted a shake. Thats when it turned south the manager there was rude she said we close at midnight an we shut down the ice cream down an said were cleaning up now we got the BLT an Curley fries. But she kept telling her staff hour to go an told her cook to shut down the grill at 11 what the heck. if they are open till midnight they should be open till midnight all Products 11/22/19

Follow signs not GPS to get to this place. Parking lot is tiny and several drivers are either making their own spots or taking 30 in the fuel island. Come on people get your fuel and pull up...

Terrible. I used to stop here all the time. Happened to pull in one day and parked on the south side of building. Had to fill out some paperwork while there and it was a very hot day, so sat in my pickup with the AC going. I’m not bothering anyone, but apparently it didn’t suit a Pilot employee who pulled in after me. He drives a late model Jeep. INTIMIDATION is the key word here. Guess he thought he could scare me off. Really stupid to pull that kind of bologna. The guy assumes you’re there to try and steal his Jeep. GOOD GOSH ya BAFOON!!!Needless to say, his intimidation tactics don’t work on me. I went NOWHERE and finished doing what I needed to do that day. What planet do y’all source your employees from? Planet CRACK perhaps? We all now know why your website has certain features disabled for reporting problem employees. You’re aware of the employee issues, but you at corporate HQ have no intentions of taking necessary measures to correct any of it. There’s no other valid reasons for doing what was done to your website.

No parking... cant scale a load with your phone they wont anwser.... fuel island is always full this is one of the worst truck stops pilot owns pure garbage if youre looking for a quick stop look somewhere else... good luck finding parking after 3 pm
