RUDE< DISRESPECTFUL - EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL>. hes lucky Im in Jersey!!!

I CALLED ASKING FOR PRICES AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED SAID HE DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR THIS AND HUNG UP ON ME.I ONLY ASKED 2 QUESTIONS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY AT THIS PLACE SO SAD I WONDER HOW THEY STAY OPEN. I SADLY HAVE TO GIVE A STAR OR IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST!

I recently moved into a new house and spoke with Brad (the owner I believe) and he has been nothing but a pain to deal with and very rude. I moved into my house more than 2 months ago and have been trying to schedule a time where he could come install a window that I already have in hand for the last month. Mind you, he has already been paid by the sellers beforehand. I was willing to work around his schedule but he would never get back to me although he said he would. I finally got in touch with him and he says I don’t have time for this I’m in North Carolina and hung up. VERY rude. I would NOT recommend to anyone and can’t belive he’s still in business.

Spoke with Brad today and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. This isnt a place I would recommend EVER giving my business or money to EVER!! I was totally surprised by his attitude toward a customer and I totally understand why business has declined!!

Great guy and he fixed a automotive tool for me that i broke the glass in, saved me from having to replace the whole tool. Thanks Brad.

Brad is the only one I would ever allowed to touch any glass I need to cut!
