My technician Rivers was amazing! Absolutely great service!

I have to say Ive been using this particular place for several years and even got friends and families go there too when I started going there of course it was called another name but it doesnt matter every time Ive ever been there the women at the front desk have always been super nice cordial prompt know what theyre talking about and have a smile on their face that means so much to a customer then not only did you replace one but two of my vehicles because we live near a dump and be rocks complying out the dump truck they did it in our own yard with no extra cost cant explain how nice that was and the gentleman technician that came out to do the work was totally awesome I have had nothing but good responses to say about them and their employees would recom mend anybody I wait 78 in Summerville is someone I always have used have a blessed one thanks for such great service

I had two windshields repaired due to rock chips. Both repairs were accomplished by Desmond. He did a great job! If I ever need a windshield repaired or replaced I will go back and ask for him.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The work was done in the given time window and did a good job. The service rep wiped down the drivers area before and after they did the work for sanitizing. The manager also let my son and I sit in the conference room so that he would be able to move around and be able to social distance. He said that they are about to remodel the waiting area to make it larger as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing glass repair or replacement.

Only been there one time when a truck in front of me kicked up a stone on the highway in did cracked my windshield. My insurance company recommended that place to go to and I was well satisfied with their work with the people that work there and the quickness how they got the job done to replace my front windshield.

Great place to have a windshield replaced. Glasspro replaced two windshields for me (different vehicles) and did a great job on both. They handled the insurance claim and were not only on time with my replacement - but finished earlier than I was told. Staff in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. Great job Glasspro!

I wish I can give them a 0. First they I got my windshield replaced and it was done poorly. The windshield had a visible gap. Had to get the windshield redone in a different location. They offered to replace my wiper blades with “premium” blades turns out those blades did not sit properly and caused additional pressure on the windshield causing light scuff on the windshield after only a few uses on a brand new windshield. Also when I went and ordered OEM wiper blades I needed to re purchase the track on where the wiper blades sit on. You would think they would have saved them and not throw them away. Highly disappointed with this location. Not to mention they don’t work on weekends so you have to take time off from work to go in there.

Recently bought out by Safelite. Make sure you discuss whether the glass you are getting is from the original auto manufacturer, or is OEM equivalent glass before making your appointment.

Staff and installer did a great job. However, the constant harassing phone calls from their corporate satisfaction survey (multiple phone numbers, many calls over a week) with no message left is just awful. I dont do business with companies who harass me post-sale.
