Parks Auto Parts on Old Trolley Road in Summerville is a reliable place to go for all things auto parts. The store is well managed and organized and it is very convenient and easy to find exactly what you are looking for. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had a really good experience every time I have come here.

Bought a grease gun there this afternoon, broke on the first fitting. Tried to return it the same day and they said they would only replace the part and not return the brand new tool I had just bought from there. Save time and money and buy from a reputable location. Small stores wonder why they get beaten out by big box stores.

I was working on a friends Ford when I need some specialty hardware, Jason went above and beyond to run down what I needed and had it all there with in a few hours. They were able to keep my repair on track. Thanks again!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They searched and searched for the battery terminal I needed and when they didnt have it in stock they searched and searched for an alternative that worked. You guys really went above and beyond for a $5 sale. I will be recommending Parks to everyone!

This place was the most horrible part store that Ive ever shopped at. The manager acted as if he were 12 and he behaved unprofessional when I returned an item . The item was remanufactured and the manager said theres no way it was bad . Well how can anyone say that because it was remanufactured, so that means it went bad at some point to become a remanufactured part. This was so blown out of proportion and we only needed him to exchange the product but he instead acted as if he were having a tantrum over an exchange of a remanufactured product . So he called several people and told them lies about us and caused us to lose an account. Which was not any of his business so instead this guy not only refused to exchange a product to show his control but also had my long time customer convinced that we were the problem and not the remanufactured product. Anyone with common since knows that a remanufactured product can go bad . We werent gaining anything by exchanging the product but the manager was such a narcissist and that he had to show his control . I beg whomever may read this review to please help me get this store manager out . Hes All about himself and not the customer.

When I ask if Trans X is carried, Id prefer to just receive a yes, a no, or a Heres our equivalent. Id prefer to not receive a blank stare for 3+ seconds, as if Im speaking Klingon.

The store on Trolly is alot more customer centered in the store. I went in this store and I think they should get rid of the stools behind the couter. The employees seem to have a hard time disconecting their butts from them to help. They are more concerned about the trucks going out for deliveries.
