These guys are awesome! I have a newer electric bike that never quite shifted right since I got it even though it has decent components. I spoke to Rusty and he had me bring it in the next day for him to go over it as part of their tune up. He was done the following day and man....it shifts so smoothly and no longer hunts around in certain gear ranges. It makes the bike so much more usable and enjoyable to ride. Rusty is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and obviously knows his stuff. My family will be going there for any other cycling needs. Thank you so much guys!

I brought my 🔥 bike my son got me as an early birthday gift this morning and they did an amazing job. I rode around the shop and they even helped me put my bike rack on my car😁 my official bike shoppe for life ♥️🤗

I took my bike in right when they opened for the day and they were able to immediately look at a badly tuned derailleur. Within 15 minutes, they corrected a bad gear cable routing by the manufacturer and got the derailleur all tuned up and shifting like butter. They were also very helpful in helping me select a good helmet. Due to The Bicycle Shoppes excellent service and the added convenience of being less than a half hour away by bike, Ill be using them as my go-to for any of my cycling needs.

Bought a bike for my self and a tune up for my wife’s 30 yr old Trek. Great customer service. I wanted to buy a super soft upgrade seat, they talked me out of the sale. Told me the standard seat was designed for the bike. They were right. Love my bike.

Really nice guys, serviced my fathers bicycles and kept them in tip top shape. My father completed 10k the last 2 years for 20k. He has since passed after been struck while starting the new year with hopes of better to come in 2021. Speaking to Mike in the shop, he was very kind in his words. Definitely recommend this shop if your in Nexon area or riding thru.

I’ve been looking for a cruiser. Supplies are low everywhere. I stopped in today and left with a bike I love. The guys adjusted the handle bars and seat for a very comfortable ride. Excellent customer service! And they also offered great advice about what bike makes the most sense for me. Great experience!

Came by today with my crazy trike bike after having issues with the gears. Zach was able to tell me exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. He also told me a way he could get it to operate even better without having to upgrade the the whole setup! Thats customer service!! Thanks Zach!!*UPDATE* Brought my bike in on Wednesday and got it back yesterday. I took it on a long ride this morning and it rides better than it ever has!!! Great bike shop made great by the people! I dropped off one MTB for a tune up and brake repair and Rusty estimated a two week turn around. Three days later he called me with an update - bleeding my brake TWICE fixed the issue and no new lever required (saved me ~$100). The bike was ready a day later and way before promised. When picking it up I took in another MTB with a loose bottom bracket and Zach popped it up on the stand and fixed the bracket and adjusted the derauiller in 25 minutes! This was very appreciated because with the holiday (and pandemic) I have free time for MTBing. All the bike repairs have been at super reasonable prices and more importantly Rusty and Zach are pleasant and nice to deal with.

Brought my mountain bike in for a tubeless setup as well as a once over of a new bike I purchased elsewhere (no bikes available during the pandemic,) and was very happy with the service I got from the manager Zach. He helped me with every single question I had and even gave me a bunch of advice on bike maintenance ! I will definitely be recommending the Nexton Bicycle Shoppe and will be sending people Zach’s way!
