Nice clean place with a decent selection. They didnt have what I was looking for at that time. Seemed as though others were having trouble locating a person to help them. Maybe theyre possibly short staffed due to covid.

It is clean and organized. It is a shoe store, so shoes everywhere. Many good deals. They have some good clearances

Quick drop in for sandals. Biggest score was being able to find sandals for my mom that actually fit her narrow feet. Clean store and great service.

The employees are always nice, store is always clean, and they almost always have the BOGO half off sale going on.

The store was clean but seemed stale and uninviting. The staff was nice but the selection was limited.

Would have liked to shop but when manager is late getting to work you sorta cant. I think 11 am opening time is more than reasonable to allow employees to get to work on Sunday

Rack Room Shoes on Dorchester Road in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to shop for quality shoes at a good value. I like the variety that they have a available for business type shoes and casual shoes. I am usually able to find more than one pair that I like here. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I made from here.

Will not shop here again. Staff was less than helpful and rude. Left the front unattended while they were changing shifts when in reality they were standing in the back gossiping about the weekend shenanigans, mean while 4, yes FOUR, customers were waiting at the register to check out. And I know this because I was told by one of them, very rudely I might add, that this is what they were doing.

*Over priced as usual...hoping to use their power of suggestion as in displaying a false/heavily inflated price on the box, then claiming its on SALE...for a highly reduced price! Haha 😂, oh brother! If...you shop around, youll QUICKLY discover THEIR SALE price...is the actual STARTING FULL retail price, then...its reduced even MORE on a realistic SALE price! *Also...notice very few people come OUT there..with bags & purchases! Always find great deals here. I love this store. They have an extensive collection of the brands I love. Plus the clearance section has so many great finds! The BOGO half off is ALWAYS an added bonus. Friendly staff as always!

Friendly, Helpful TeamWe went in for a pair of shoes and came out with three. The store manager, Sarah, welcomed us and measured my sons foot and even gave suggestions for his foot. A sales associate checked us out. When we got in the car, I realized that one of the shoes didnt ring up correctly. The store manager fixed it quickly and was very apologetic. I dont usually shop at RRS, but I might start going back in!

Got a bogo half off deal was there getting answers on my phone about sizes and colors. Was there until 9:15 and they closed at 9 . They were so nice they didnt even bother me about it. I apologized profusely and they were nice as can be.

The shoes fell apart within weeks. Never shopping here gain. Great service. Weak product.

I had to return shoes twice in less than 3 weeks because they were falling apart. The first time I exchanged them for another pair. The second time I asked for my money back but I didnt receive a full refund. I expect much better after the frustration of having to return a $90 pair of shoes twice. I wont be back.

Your manager at store number 0629 (Wescott, North Charleston SC) is rude and disrespectful. She is a hot head and does not listen to customer concerns. I attempted to explain to her about a display that was in the wrong place and she told me to get out her store. This is unacceptable and your companies idea of customer services is a joke! If this is your philosophy of customer I never shop here again!
