Shoe Carnival at Azalea Square in Summerville is a great place to go for all things shoes at a good value. I really like their selection and prices here and I can usually find more than one pair that work good. The staff here is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Good shopping experience.

Always a good selection of sandals, and other shoes. Unfortunately this store is the closest to me and an hour and 30 minutes away.

Clean, large selection, and the employees are helpful. Ive always been greeted as I enter. I usually have to find an employee if I need help, but they are never far and always helpful and give me all the time I need. I do like the wide variety, especially for my kids.

They dont carry a good variety of large sizes for women.

Saved the day for my husband. We were in town for a military retirement celebration when he somehow ripped the sole off of his shoe. We Googled the nearest location for shoe stores and up popped Shoe Carnival. We dont usually buy shoes here, but it was on our way to the event. He found the perfect shoe at a great price. Employees were nice and helpful as needed. They werent following us around asking a million questions. The employee led us to what we were looking for and returned to work. Thanks, Shoe Carnival!!

I love this store because of one guy and that is Brandon. I dont know him and never met him before but he was the best service I have ever recieved anywhere. He was so on it. Got us whatever size we needed, climbed and had boxes almost hit him with a smile on his face. Thank you Brandon! This guy should lead every customer service training and should be the store manager. People pay attention to that as we did and now we will not ever buy without him

True seem a little pricey but great deal on clearances. Remember you get what you pay for. But I will definitely go back. I bought other shoes from here and theyve lasted two to three years.

Manager followed husband and I down each isle and to the register. Watched cashier do our return on a better fitting pair of shoes. Made the visit a little uncomfortable. We walked in with paid for shoes. Definitely wasnt going to steal anything which is how we were made to feel. And yes there was another cashier and other customers.

Great place to shop for shoes. They dont carry the Bare Trap Sandals I like. Had to settle for an off brand instead. Will shop hete again though. Try it out.

I came in a few minutes before closed in desperate need of rainbows- knowing how annoying that is for a customer to do- and apologized and they were extremely welcoming and helpful. Then the sweet manager asked a young lady to help direct me (Julia- she was SUPER SWEET and helpful and overall just caring). Julia not only showed me what I was looking for, but showed me other make flip flops similar that I found not only better but cheaper. She was all around helpful- and upbeat. And I was that last lagging customer too, and was treated amazing by them. thank you again Julia!!!!
