The store is clean and well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are slightly higher than other stores but the shopping experience is worth it.

We had not been in this store before so we wanted to try it. They had good deals n alot of things. Very Clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The bakery is open late and several times, they have personalized cakes from the freezer and even supplied a cake cutter. The produce is always fresh with a wide assortment of fruits and vegetables available. The store is always clean and the customer service is great!

I have been in other Publix markets, but this one is the best. The people who work there are awesome, always willing to help when needed. They will offer to help you take your stuff to the car.

Denver in produce dept. is extremely helpful, even on the busiest days. And always with a smile.

Publix Super Market at The Market at Cane Bay on State Road in Summerville is a great place to shop for groceries and more. I really like the location and the level of customer service that they have here. I have had a really good shopping experience every time I have been here.

We live 2 mi from the store, yet we will not shop here anymore. Most Publix are great! Dont bother pre-ordering online from the deli, they wont have it ready when you get there, even with no one in line. Also, some rude personnel in seafood and deli.

Coming from FL and Publix being the #1 grocery store so I have been to A LOT of different Publix locations. This location easily has the slowest deli and sub line employees I have ever been to. They don’t address customers the majority of the time and seem extremely unhappy. I live in this community now so it’s really sad and disappointing compared to the Publix service we are used to. I basically feel like I’m going to Walmart when I go to the Deli or Sub line. I hope management sees this and seeks help and training from the Florida locations because this is not the Publix we know and praise.

Publix pharmacy is always good and the bakery and sandwich sides are awesome. The only thing that kinda bothers me is I wish they would make a separate parking area for the golf carts. I dont know if anyone else experiences trouble alot when they are around as well? Anyway just a suggestion. Many of the golf carts are driven by no older than 13 year old children with lots of children jumping in and out. I understand NOT all are doing this but Ive experienced it alot and feel its a safer alternative thats worth the managers thought on the subject.

They are so proud of their prices. I can get the same quality and spend less elsewhere. Name brand publix means nothing me

This Publix is my favorite. They go above and beyond to make the customer happy, the store is always clean and the staff is always pleasant. They are kind to the kids and always engage with them, even set up events during the holidays for kids in the community. Not nearly as crowded as other local stores.

Nice supermarket right close to the neighborhood. Publix always seems to me like the higher class of all the grocery chain stores and this one did not disappoint. If it aint brand new its very close. And if it can be helped Id say dont eat at the pizza place at the end of the little shopping complex.

I genuinely love this supermarket! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and courteous. They always offer to take your things to the car even if you have one bag. If you ever childs someone help you with your groceries to your vehicle, they will hand you Special coupons out of their pockets for additional savings on your next trip. Their food is so fresh their store is so clean. I have zero complaints besides the fact that I wish there were more stores like this. I do wish that you could order your groceries online at this store and then pick them up. As a mother of five that can be very convenient. Its in such a great location as well!

Waited in line for over 30 mins for a sub they didn’t even have any chicken. The deli part of this publixs definitely sucks. They never have anything stocked EVER!! i would not recommend this place if you want lunch or dinner.

Whole neighborhood is too large for 1 grocery store, not necessarily Publix fault but I wouldnt go back to any business in the entire area.

I am seriously over this publix. My parents 50th anniversary cake was completely a mess and not finished. Cost 90 bucks for an unfinished cake, just had the bakers icing to keep it moist. Then tonight went to pick up the chicken order I placed before noon for 6 pm pickup, was told it wasnt done, didnt make it at all and when I asked why they didnt call me so I knew I wasnt gonna be able to pick up dinner was told they were too busy. So now its 630 and no dinner for 6 people and once again no one gave a damn.

The staff is very kind and helpful, the shelves are always stocked with everything you need and the bakery is fabulous with the best deserts.
