It is a little out of the way, but the people that I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. They didnt have the item that I needed, so they had it delivered from another store. They reveived it quickly and notified me immediately.

Both guys in the shop were very friendly and super helpful. They changed out my battery very quickly and the phone looks awesome. The best part is they are a Samsung Authorized repair center so it was all OEM parts.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPLACED HERE!! SCAM!! After getting my husbands phone repaired by Jon, a week later the screen cracked. Due to holidays we couldnt make it in for another week or so. Jon was there and very rude to me this visit, he also made it clear that even if HE had messed up on the installation of the new screen WE would have to pay $140 AGAIN for a new screen. Long story short, when the screen was removed at another location, there were 2 loose screws(as in lot attached to anything), see pictures, one of those screws was placed on the adhesive with the threads up towards the screen... In the EXACT place the screen cracked AFTER repair. No warranty/guarantee on their work! Also by how dirty the adhesive was, it didnt look like Jon had even attempted to remove the old adhesive and put a new one on. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE to get your phone screen repair done properly!

I wish I remembered the young ladys name who helped us, but she was great!!! She was knowledgeable and personable. She provided us great information about your other products and services that we could use without upselling in a pushy manner. They had the battery I needed at a much lower price than the part store. I was able to order online and pick up in store fast. Even though the battery I ordered online wasnt available they had another one to fit the bill. They called my husband while he was on his way to store.

I couldnt find what I needed, but the sales person, Mary-Elena, was absolutely fantastic in trying to find the right match for the lightbulb I was searching for. Plus, she was running the store all by herself, and there must have been a dozen people waiting with unique issues. She was terriffic, helpful, composed, and fast. Id hire her in a heartbeat if I still ran a business.

They did not put my parts back into my iPhone correctly. Parts were missing and screws were loose causing the battery to short out. Just change ur battery yourself it’s a rip off what they are doing.

Cant recommend this business enough. I work at a dealership and had a customer looking for a duplicate key fob for a Lexus. He was quoted $400 at the Lexus dealership. Justin at Batteries Plus Bulbs got it done for $150 and it was an actual Lexus brand fob. Super easy to work with and extremely fast.

Brought my phone in for screen replacement now phone doesnt work. Screen is jumping and now the speaker doesnt work. I took the phone back to the store to see if they could fix the issues that werent fixed completely on the first visit. So far the phone seems to be working better. Problems looked like they were resolved. I was impressed that the store personally contacted me wanting to make the phone right.

I needed some really odd bulbs for outside lights and just some general household bulbs. The guy was quick to get all I needed n the odd bulbs were upgraded to LED and better brighter light for my drive n walkway. Will go back !

The store is awesome I have a very unique car that I imported from Japan there not many like it in the United States. But Batteries Plus carried the exact battery that I needed for my vehicle. This place is great! I needed a battery for my car key...Id been to other places and they wont open it and replace you have to open it. But here they opened it, tested it and replaced it within 5 minutes snd the prices are very reasonable.

Initial experience with customer service was good, had my screen replaced on a Samsung S9+. They obviously use sub standard parts, two weeks after replacement the screen cracked will rubbing it with my shirt to get fingerprints off it. Theres no warranty for shoddy parts with them and I am recommending my family to stay far away from them.

Just went into this location 10/22/19 at 9:53am. The lady with a gangster attitude and not neatly dressed wasn’t very helpful. My phone screen is cracked. Instead of helping me with the warranty, I purchased from this location mouths earlier, she gives me a number that doesn’t work. Very dissatisfied with her customer service. I walked out and will find somewhere else to do my business.

I ordered a battery and later in the day I got an email saying that my battery was ready to pick-up.I then took my old battery out and drove to the store and took my old battery into the store and after giving him my order number I was told that he didnt have the battery in the store and that I could go to another store and get it or wait for them to get one in.when I ordered the battery it said it was in stock but the bad part was that he couldnt tell me when the battery would be in maybe tomorrow or the next day.

Didn’t ask for any compensation on the pending replacement of wiring, just wanted a discount on a better battery. Was offered his “employee discount,” no thanks. Left the blown battery there.
