My mom purchased at phone from this location in which she had problems with the phone. We were told the the replacement would be received by the next day. After speaking to corporate customer service I was told that it would take three days. If you do purchase something from this location be aware that they not only had no idea what they were talking about. When I called them to let them be aware that they were wrong and to not tell their customers that they hung up on me. My mother is 82 and has dementia and lives alone.. so this is unexceptable for a business.
Great customer service store manager Aless, help me with everything. Also the sales representative Leilani and Marcia, are excedenly knowledgeable an eager to help and explain with patience and great smile. Everybody sells the same thing its the employee customer service that counts, they go the extra mile.

I switched from metro got a free phone, everything was better then metro. The customer service was great, very understanding and helpful. Also has better prices for phones.

The customer services there is insane, They are literally robbing the customers. My son decided to buy his first phone from this location a couple of weeks ago. He used the phone for about 5 to 6 days until his line was blocked. I called customer service and they informed me that the line phone was blocked because my sons phone was reported as stolen. A phone cargo was reported as lost and stolen, but after a week it was found. The company before clearing the phone decided to put it out on the market for sale. I have been calling customer service the warranty, insurance and every department I can contact and no one will help me. Finally I went back to the store and the same lady that sold me the phone suggested me that I should just pay a $50 deductible and get a new phone from the insurance. They just told me they can no longer help me when they were the ones of what had happened. To this moment my son still does not have a working phone and its been over 8 days since. Horrible customer service and support.

In the end they did get the job done. However there professionalism was lacking 😕 Helping a customer call customer service putting them on speaker phone so we all could hear them going all gangster on them. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. I dont believe my information was transferred from my old phone to the new one correctly either. There was a ton that want transferred and that information was transferred for me in the past.

The people were unfriendly and not helpful at all. Charged us for a new sim that didnt even fix the problem. I have never paid for a sim with any phone company much less paid for something that didnt fix the problem. Their horrible attitudes coupled with their lack of help has contributed to my decision to switch carriers. You guys should hire people that dont have nasty attitudes.

Went to the Summerville store on Main St. on 9/7/17 to purchase a sim card kit as the backup phone I purchased takes a smaller sim card than the one I currently have. I called yesterday to verify the cost of the kit and was told $10. Went to the store, got the kit and was told the charge WOULD BE $37.80. I asked why the difference in the quoted price and the price charged and the rep stated its an activation fee. I told her I have 5 active lines of service and have never paid an activation fee for a sim card switchout before. She proceeded to tell me thats what ALL Cricket stores charge every time you purchase a new sim card. I kept telling her that was not what I was told the day before and from previous purchases. She looked at the other rep beside her like she knew she was wrong and scamming me. I had to pay the charge as my other Sim card was already deactivated.These people working at this store are representing Cricket in the WORST WAYS. They are nothing short of a common criminal. They need proper training and need to be reprimanded for their deceitfulness. I did not open the new sim card as I was highly ticked by her actions and wanted to request my money back. So as of now, I am without my phone # until I can get this straightened out as I had to use the Sim card from our 5th line. I did contact the online Cricket customer support and they said they have expedited my issue and are working on getting this issue looked at and corrected. Online customer service also provided me with information to file an official complaint against that store. Hopefully this store cleans up the fraudulent transactions and poor customer service they are delivering to valuable customers. I would definitely leave a HUGE - 0 - rating if I could for this store.

Simply wow. I was asked to switch my number at this location and asked to call 1-800- CRICKET. Stayed waiting for like 45 mins to 1 hr just to be told that I had to pay $15 for a new #. I only asked because the # I had previously belonged to a Courtney person who had people calling threatening to sue because of somethings in the past and the school kept calling for her child threatening to call DHS on her bc she wasnt picking up her child! But hardly no reception & I think Ina switch back to Page Plus. @ least I could get better signal drivingHome from Summerville to Goose Creek everyday with all bars!
Been with this company for 16 months after switching over from Sprint. Every Bill is tax free and I love it
I have been calling this location for 15 mins with no answer. The store doesnt close for 15 mins and I know the reason theyre not answering is because they do not want to help a customer 15 mins before closing. Its a horrible way to run a business and the rude little girl needs to find another job. Im strongly thinking about changing carriers.
