5 stars for Stacey! Ask for her when you go in. She helped fix my phone that tech support could not and took care of adding a new line to our plan. She is highly knowledgeable and has 24 years selling phones. I highly recommend her!

Malik was great!! He took his time explained phones to us and actually help us access a service that I have with my plan that I had not be using. I got my son the iPhone 13 because iPhone 11 not presently available, but the deal fit well. This is his first iPhone. He previously had a pixel 2 that had been acting up for awhile. I think I will be getting a new phone soon and I will be going back to Malik.
I needed the phone I bought online hooked in to my existing phone plan. It was not busy & the service was quick, polite, & helpful. I couldnt have asked for more. The only downside to this place is the location. The traffic on Dorchester can be a bear but the service here was so worth it.The Summerville main street location is not the only option for the Summerville area. This Verizon location is much better in all aspects & worth the 10 minute drive. Ive had to wait 20 minutes at the main St location for a service person to become available. I dont think people realize there is another option. Try this place. I think you will be happy you did.
I called the store to see if they had any S21s in stock. Jeff said they had three and I told him we would be right up. He saved two of the phones out for me. He was very professional in assisting us with our purchase and explaining all of the deals that were available to us. After we purchased the phones, he transferred all of our data from our old phones to the new ones. Will definitely shop thee again.
If I could give zero stars I would. This isn’t a Verizon corporate store! Go to your Verizon account or call Verizon to be sure you go to a corporate Verizon store. Also look to see if it says authorized retailer and or for this store it will say cellular sales on the door of the store and on any receipt that you may get. It is a Verizon authorized retailer in other words a franchise. If you go into this store and want to upgrade your phone or phones they will try to charge you a 35 dollar per line fee called a device setup fee.

My experience at the Dorchester Road store in Ladson was excellent. I dealt with two sales associates on two different days. Stacey crunched the numbers and helped find the most economical plan for me. Dennis helped us select phones, set them up, and transferred carriers. Both associates are knowledgeable about the products, plans and promotions offered at Verizon.
Customer service was excellent. My phone went dead while on a visit to Charleston. Online support was unable to remedy the problem. Tyler, at Verizon, was able to get me a new phone in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the transaction.

He spent so much time with me, answering my questions and solving all I tossed at him. Ive only used Cellular Sales for my last 3 or 4 phones. This is not a corporate store. The slick sales staff will stonewall you if you have a phone problem and try to sell you a new one. Thats what happened to me, and I almost fell for it. Go to the one on 17A Its a corporate store I found out there that my phone was under warranty and they replaced it free of charge.

Big up-charge on phones. They wanted $660 for an iPhone 11 when the MSRP is $600. It’s a lot cheaper to just upgrade through the Verizon app. Or go to the corporate Verizon store in Summerville next to Starbucks.
Very satisfied. Connor did a great job helping answer all my questions and getting me set up with an even better phone than I originally was going to get. Little pricier than what I was hoping but they really go the extra mile you get what you pay for great phone great service.

We had such a great experience at this store! My husband and I were just looking for a new phone for myself, and Jeff, whom we worked with, was so incredibly helpful. He was kind, honest, and most of all he was so THOROUGH in finding us the best deal. He listened to our needs and plans and took his time to find each possible deal that could be applied to us. Something else I appreciated is that he presented us with a couple great options rather than pushing us towards one good deal that would work best for him. We eneded up leaving with a BOGO deal and new phones we both love!

This Verizon retailer is the best. After the corporate store refused to put on the screen protector they sold me bc of “covid,” I came here and they took care of everything. A separate time, the girl working there let me bring my puppy in while she put a screen cover on my phone ☺️☺️The corporate Verizon stores have no incentive to provide good service, kind of like the DMV. Retailers like this actually value your business 😉

I don’t normally get on and write reviews but I felt compelled after tonight. Went in not sure what to expect, but was greeted and assisted by a young woman named Madison. Outstanding customer service and very thorough in helping someone like myself understand everything. She needs a raise and highly recommend this location.I don’t know how to write a new review so I will just piggyback on the prior.. went in today inquiring about some new devices for my wife for her birthday. Cannot say enough about Joni an outstanding guy who was extremely thorough and made me feel a whole lot more comfortable about the stipulations that often come with cell phones and services. I wanted to share how much I enjoyed coming to this location of Verizon wireless. The gentleman who helped me was Tyler and he spent a good bit of time working with my husband and myself in the purchase of a new smartphone for my husband which was an upgrade. Tyler provided his undivided attention as he worked with my husband and myself. He made us feel as if we were the most important customers at that moment. And other stores I have visited, as we are older customers, Im often made to feel as if theyre more anxious to help the younger people who obviously are more savvy in the tech world than I am. I have another Verizon store that is a little closer to my home however I make sure to come to this location as I feel like I get the best customer service that I could ask for. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs a little extra special care!

Excellent customer service! Despite running into the store before closing; Madison was very kind, helpful and a pleasure to work with. It is the first time ever that I was able to have my phone replaced immediately. I will definitely return in the future. I couldn’t ask for better service. Being a mother of three it was a piece of mind to have my phone in case an emergency happened.

No lines, no waiting! I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. I was interested in a new phone but not sure if I wanted to go Apple or stay Android. I was presented w/the pros & cons, the salesman was very knowledgeable and even had another guy come over to show me his phone so I could see it in action.I feel I was able to make a fully informed choice because of the knowledge of the salesman. I also didnt feel rushed into making a choice.Very good customer service at this store.
Had an appointment set up by the Verizon Customer service department to discuss why the over $500 I paid to the store was not reflected on my bill. Got to the store and was told they had no idea, and could not help me! My bank simply had the supposed taxes I paid as a Misc charge! No record on my account!

Love this store! And Stacey in particular...is fantastic! I had a new Samsung phone and didnt know which way was up...kinda. I am technologically challenged and my frustrations ooze from every pore. She is extremely knowledgeable, seriously patient and was extraordinarily helpful in answering my questions and setting up my phone for the way I WOULD USE IT and showed me all the important stuff I needed to know. When I went into the store, quite frankly I was a cranky pants. Stacey could even say I was rude and she wouldnt be wrong. I went in with a previously “challenging” situation and took it out on her. She was gracious, classy, professional and helped me anyway...AND gave me much more than I expected or could have anticipated. I thanked her profusely and apologized again. We left on good terms. I dont know if shed run if she saw me coming toward the store, but I can assure you that youd be doing yourself a huge favor if YOU ran towards her. I highly recommend Stacey. Shes been doing this for 15 years and is Simply the BEST! She truly does know her stuff and is OUTSTANDING in the Customer Service Department!
I never liked buying a new cell phone. But Dean knew his stuff. He explained everything completely and we walked out the door confident that we bought the right phones and accessories. We were never rushed and all of our questions were answered. I would not hesitate to go back there again.

Walked in today- several folks waiting- barely acknowledged. No smiles, no kindness, no customer appreciation. Jeff was rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. We brought in an iPhone that was 4 months old- purchase online from Verizon. Told us we would have to go to Apple store. What a racket!
Having gone into the store today June 26, 2020, trying to buy a Verizon phone compatible with my SIM card I found nothing I could use to transfer to..under $400. I was also told by the official 800 Verizon number representative that this is a third party store. The salesman that helped me was adding on one fee after another bringing my price for any phone to $100 more than original price so I just walked out. I was told if I pay cash for my phone I would have to pay an extra $50 because they wanted me to have it on some kind of an account. I dont recommend this store.
They were so helpful here and walked me through everything step for step. They also helped me way the pros and cons of my decision.
Came into the store to fix a small issue. Freddy was absolutely amazing. He got the issue fixed and got us in and out with no problems. Well definitely use this store instead of the store on main from now on.
Showed up at the door at 9:01 AM on Saturday...and we were greeted by Freddy. He was very knowledgeable and was personable and helped us with all of our cellular needs. When it was all said and done, we had new phones, switched over an older phone, had all our questions answered and we were on our way in just over an hour. STACEY went above and beyond to get my sales done exactly as how I wanted them done. Even when she didnt understand what to do she figure it out and took the time to figure it out, without getting annoy or upset that she had to do it. I didnt realize so many people like her before I can into the store and had a small negative experience but she was able to turn it around and make me glad I came to her and got the job done right. Like everyone else I would highly recommend going to STACEY to get what you need done right. Very satsified with my experience with her. She is also very kind and sweet, and takes the time to understand your problems without rushing you to go to the next person as well.

Had a good experience until we received the next bill. They totally screwed up our account at the store and attempted to overcharge us by $100. Check to make sure your line access fees are correct, and the pro-rated line access fees on each line. We had one time fees and monthly fee errors after dealing with this store and our upgrades. We corrected everything over the phone, because when my husband went back to the store to have it fixed, they told him the charges were correct. That was a flat out lie since we still had the paper the salesperson wrote all our account charges on to give us an idea of what the bill would be. Be aware, Do your business online or over the phone.

Jeff was quick and efficient. He tried everything to save my old phone but it was 5 years old and unsaveable. He helped me pick a payment plan that fit my budget and helped me pick out all the accessories. He even helped me switch all my info from my old phone to my new phone. I came to swap carriers then I met a rep wit a bald head who was absolutely rude to me and had a pretty bad attitude. Then goes on to get frustrated when I asked about the different features and pricing. Needless to say I was seriously considering switching to Verizon but this experience made me change my mind completely. Looks like Im staying with my current carrier at least when I walk into one of my carriers stores Im treated with respect
I was having trouble at my apartment to get calls out, Stacey at this office went over and above the call of duty. I was giving a signal booster and came into report I can make calls in my apartment. Love this store and they are all so gracious, very helpfull and generally just loving people that truly care.
