Over priced trash, place is only in it for the money. No care for the customer relationship or the fans. Horrible customer service, dirty shop, Bad atmosphere, and no concern for social distancing. Merch is marked up over 2x more then what it’s worth and is most of it is damaged or sun bleached. Don’t waste your time, eBay prices are better then this, don’t wastemoney. Card shops are the true scalpers.

Amazing Service and Store!The staff was extremely helpful and the store had a great atmosphere. It had a great selection of old games and tons of cards from many different games. The staff were super sweet too, and it felt like I fit in! Definitely going back!

The atmosphere is uncomfortable at best and they sell things for the double the price it actually is. Its better to take the drive to Final Quest or Zenergy.

I had a few issues and bought a switch that didnt work and had to buy separate parts but mike reached out and helped resolve the whole situation. Thank you I will gladly continue to go back here.

Not too friendly or eager to help unless youre giving them your money. Not able to give a receipt. And not able to exchange something for the same product at the same price even though what you bought there 2 weeks ago was never opened. What kind of true gaming store doesnt have a return or exchange policy! Thats what you get for shopping at a second hand store.

Not helpful at all, make sure you know what you are buying before you go. Sold me a Pokémon box for my son 3x the price, asked which one was best box, of course the one with the most markup. Save your money go to Zenergy in Goose Creek, they are extremely helpful and dont try to rob you.

Ive had a great experience with their card games, and as a small business owner I can appreciate what they do. They go above and beyond to make it right if a product isnt working. Its one of several mom and pop game stores in the Greater Charleston Area and I do my best to support all of them. They have games I havent seen in Gamestop in a very, very long time and even offer a disc clean and polish for scuffed products.

The employees at this store were so incredibly kind and helpful during my visit! i highly recommend shopping here if you enjoy card collecting or any older video game titles. The selection they had was amazing and on top of this what we found was very fair priced. What would be 45$ pre-owned at GameStop would be much more reasonably 8-15$, for me at least, this will be my go to shop for games from now on!

Awesome shop with awesome, knowledgeable staff! A+ on your service and selection. I finally found the Charizard I was looking for and they gave me a great deal on the card and the trade ins I brought! I cannot recommend this shop enough!

The last time I visited it was sub-par,wanted to visit at least once more.To me doesnt really feel like a video game store, just a bad hang out spot.Associate working the store was more concerned about eating a slim jim and tables all inside the front of the store for D&D or whatever they play.Would not recommend to a actual gamer and wont be visiting again.

So Ive only been here twice. The first time was when they were in the small cramped space and yes, the reviews of people going in and just getting ignored and offered no help is true. So first time visiting, not so great. HOWEVER. Since my second return to the new store that has expansed greatly, I enjoyed the welcomed feeling and friendly service I recieved. Good jobs guys and keep it up. The people know best, if you got a bad weed, yank it out. Just remember, Business is good, Image is important and Customers are everything!

Great store filled with cards, comics and retro games. They have a fun group of people that play Magic on Fridays (casual EDH). Highly recommended!!

Prices are kinda high on sealed Pokémon items. Would really like to see them get individual booster packs, that would bring me to the store a lot more often.

Overpriced and not very friendly, I get the customer service industry can have you feeling grumpy but I just felt unwanted and rushed the whole time I was in this store, everything’s marked up 25% or more from internet pricing, may as well shop online.

They have a lot of games and cool Pokemon cards . Really nice people! was there January/16th2021 and traded in my sega dreamcast. Its great being there and would recommend going there :)

So I didn’t know a place like this exist in Summerville. I was bored and decide to google what kind of cardshop I can find. I called the phone number that was listed on the net and no one picked up. So I decided to went there and got some really cool stuff. I got all the yugioh characters, slifer the sky dragon and some toon booster pack. Out of the ordinary I got The eye of Thimus. It was really awesome. I wanted the other characters, but they didn’t have joey, the pharo, yuki, tristian, Bakuera or Tea. The girl that works there that is very friendly. She knows everything about dueling, not just duel monsters but magic gather cards as well. I sit there and hear her and the other guy talking. Amazing place I will be back for this place with a duel once I assemble my deck. Oh and they also have pokemon if you’re interested in the game.

Boxes of comics, books out of bags and boards and not priced.The frustration is they look up the last solds on eBay and won’t negotiate with you at all.I found a couple books no boards, backs or prices that were hot books. They check prices and won’t work with you - how about a 30% discount for doing the work for you? This happened to me twice. I’ve spent $200 there and won’t be back.

I was on vacation from NC and decided to stop by and check out the LGS and I was super impressed. They not only had a great selection of games and cards but they were very welcoming and made me feel at home. I definitely will come back whenever Im in the area!

One of the VERY few places that holds a good selection of Retro, Card, and D&D Games. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a lot of fun attending their D&D and MtG Game nights. You can usually get in and out very quick. Their new website is pretty cool, looking forward to using it so I know ahead of time if they have what I am looking for. Would recommend them to anyone.

Games are really bad quality and they systems they sell are way over priced. They dont even check if the games are repro. But this is when this old short guy worked there and disnt know anything about videogameS. All he was worried about was playing cats games with a bunch off kids. And dont bei,g your games in there to sell because they will rip you off big time. Thanks

Literally cannot say enough good things. ignore bad reviews, this place is incredible. specifically beth and ty, my friend and i came in the other day just looking for a welcome deck to get starting in magic (card game) and were completely new to it.not only did they stay after hours to hang out and teach us how to play, totally on their own free time, but beth actually gave us a ton of cards out of her own personal collection, FREE so that we could get into the game, just because shes a great person. i cant even recall the last time somebody was this generous and patient. this community is the sh*t. everybody in here was so down to earth and nice, cant stress it enough.if youre debating coming here, dont. just do it, you definitely wont regret it. absolutely amazing people

Response for the owner. First off every game I looked at was taped if need be I’ll go In the store again and take pictures second off my laser isn’t weak the games were obviously damaged even had old food stuck to the disc and no the guy wasn’t older but still old compared to rest of the employees maybe late to mid 30s And bottom of the line was he was very rude y’all’s disc aren’t checked I have over 100 games that play on these consoles no problem your employees are running you’re company into the toilet I can’t even get help there because they are worried about their card battles

I would NOT buy a thing from this place. Bought a GameCube system that they said was tested and worked. But would not show me at the time of purchase. Lady was to busy. I paid by credit card and they told me they don’t give receipts there. First red flag. Let them know it did not work and they said it’s my loss. This business doesn’t need to be running. I just walked into this place to look around and maybe pick up some dice (They dont have any dice). There were three dudes sitting around a table talking, nobody even bother to look up or look at us when we walked into the store. No hello, nothing.Take it from me go somewhere else, anywhere else. Theres one game store up on Mall drive and another one on ladson road with way better service.

I brought my PS1/PS2 collection in and was well pleased. They took the time to lookup each item individually. Mostly common games with a couple of rare items. I asked a bargain price for the lot. I wanted my games, mostly in very good condition (cases and manuals too,) to wind up in the hands of proper collectors. The guy offered me a little extra since he knew I was lowballing myself with my asking price. Good people.

Nice relaxing place to play cards. The comic and game selection is very nice. Collectables and other items EVERYWHERE and if you are looking for something special they can usually get it.

Great place to play MtG; if you’re a Commander player, they have commander nights on Thursday and Friday. The community here was really friendly to new players.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in there tonight and the place was very disorganized. And when I went in there nobody offered any help, no greeting or nothing. I didnt even know who the employees were and games did not look very clean. I was In there to look for a gameboy advance game and there where gameboy advance games in 5 diffrent spots. 0 stars*response* I knew the store closed at 6 which is why I was there at 5:30pm. Still got no help.

Showed up at 11:15 on a Thursday door locked no one there. Contacted the company they tell me he is there they have talked to whoever it is. Show up at 12:30 still locked no one there. Contacted company again, get told to knock on the door lol what kind of company is this? Does everyone have to knock on the door to get in? Doesnt have a sign even showing they are open or anything.

I went in this store a week ago I called about some items I wanted to purchase. The worker was rude and lazy. I asked the gentleman about a console my son wanted he was trying to charge me a price that was ridiculous. I went to GameStop and paid 25.00 cheaper scam. The console was scratched up anyway I will never do business with this store again. And Im upset because they had a lot of antique games in there but cant deal with the owner or worker not sure who the man was

If you are looking for retro games import games any.type of games these guys usually have it. I have never once been disappointed with their selection and the prices are fair.

Cards are overpriced and employee is terribly rude tournament is ran incorrectly cards are listed as near mint and are damaged definitely would not recommend there are better more friendly local game shops in town

The guy was very rude the game that we came to look at was all scratch when he told us on the phonehe said it was good condition he told us 50 and then he wanted 60 for it once we got in there I drove 20 miles for that game It was a nightmare
