Staff and the Doctor on site are extremely helpful! I was laid off in January, so the staff did what they could to assist me and finalize my last eye exam and contacts with my former employer. Highly recommended!!!

Made an appointment online, had a great experience, the staff was very friendly and they had a nice selection of frames. The pricing and exam costs were very transparent and they were able to answer all of my questions. I purchased two different pairs of glasses and received a call each time one came in, couldnt have asked for better service.

My eye exam was great, the person who helped me with my order was fine. But my glasses didn’t come in, in the ten to fourteen days as stated at the time of ordering. I called on day 17 because I hadn’t heard from them. I was told my glasses had to be reordered because the prescription was wrong. Could someone have called to let me know? I stopped the next week and the woman there looked and stated she had no idea why my glasses weren’t in because there were no notes. I left my number so she could let me know, I called back at 6:20 pm. She said your glasses are here?? I was told they were not there and not in the box delivered while I was standing there. So now I will go back again. No one ever offered an apology at any time during my transaction. Isn’t that just common customer service? Go somewhere else for your glasses.

Horrible service. Booked appointment online. They moved my appointment to the next week and didnt tell me. After I leave work early to get to my appointment they tell me I dont have an appointment til next week. No apology, no explanation. They just dont seem to care.

I sincerely enjoyed my time there. The appointment went well and the doc really took her time. She listened to my issues and helped fix my perceptions. While shopping for glasses (I can be a pain I try everything on) the associate was super genuine and really helped me pick the right frames. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. requires a parent to be present the entire time for a 17 year old to visit. Literally, every other doctor she has just has a parent sign off on the visit. Beyond ridiculous that she can drive there, but can’t be seen by herself without a parent present?

I scheduled vision appointments for daughters- VERY carefully noting the date/time according to our limited availability. We arrived as scheduled and were advised that our appointment was on a different (weekend) day; I stated that we would not book a weekend day due to work conflicts. We simply avoid booking ANY weekends for such matters. Instead of providing customer service skills to the situation, they contended that I was wrong. I would have rescheduled had they provided a professional response. We have taken our business elsewhere.

Called and placed an order for glasses that were already purchased but needed an additional pair due to misplacing them. Two weeks after placing the order I contacted the store to find out when they would be arriving so I could pick them up and was informed that they were never ordered although they had taking the money out of my bank already. At that time they said they would re order them and would be in asap. I checked on the delivery date a week and a half later and again they cant find my order but yet they find the original slip from when i ordered them back 5/21/2019 in which they claimed I never ordered. TERRRIBLE service!!!

Heads up! The refracting, that costs $28, is not part of the eye exam. So my $10 insurance co-pay turned into $38. The refracting is not an option nor do they tell you its an extra charge. My husband had a contact exam. That was an extra $99 over the co-pay and refracting. The $99 is for the follow up except they arent doing a follow up. They are mailing his contacts. Due to health conditions, his eyes shouldshould be dialated every time but that also did notnot happen. I didnt find it to be a good experience at all andand I would recommend going anywhere else.

I’m under my boyfriends gmail but I just went to target optical and it was such an awkward experience. I walked in, the lady looked at me like I was weird and not supposed to be in there, did not greet me whatsoever or ask if she could help me. I was like, “hi umm do you guys sell contacts?” Just so she would like, offer to help me or something. She says “yeah.. but we don’t have many in stock.” I’m like.... okay, well like can you help me, here’s my prescription I’m just trying to buy some. And she’s like yeah we don’t have these in stock. I said well are they just not in stock or you never have them? She said we never have them. I left lmao she was literally 0 help, didn’t even try, didn’t even offer to call my doctor and get my prescription changed which is exactly what the doctor at Walmart did when I went there. I was much more polite to here than in this post, and she acted like I went in there and asked if they sold crack or something. GO TO WALMART. Target, hire someone that actually wants to help, she was sitting on her a** the whole time NEVER stood up even when I walked in and there was nobody else in the store.

Awful customer service. Any time I call to make an appointment I get put on hold and no one ever picks back up. I wish my insurance was accepted more places so I didn’t have to rely on places like Target.
