Swan and Bam are the best!! A 5 minute delivery ended up taking an hour. They went above and beyond and I am truly grateful to have crossed paths with them. Upon delivering my new mattress they noticed that my bed wasn’t assembled correctly (assembled by the furniture store delivery service 🤦🏾‍♀️). Instead of leaving me with a lop sided bed they took the time out of their day to fix the problem. A million thank you!! Will definitely recommend. ❤️

Sleep King did a great job overall. Great selection and a range of prices to fit any budget. You also get the best deal on the set that you receive. The salesmen that helped me really did a great job directing me to exactly what I was looking for after I explained the size and type of matress I needed. No gimicks and no time wasted. He was very well informed on the items they had for sale unlike a different store I went to earlier that day. The other store only had 1 in stock of the size I wanted and it was a very blah mattress. The mattress I sorta liked that they had was $50 less than the one I purchased at sleep king but was significantly lower quality(genuinely felt like I was being rushed there and would just be settling for an overpriced only-okay mattress) and they said it would be 3 WEEKS to deliver and wanted to charge me $60 to deliver. I spent the extra $50 at Sleep King and got a MUCH better quality mattress than I had originally thought I could afford. Plus I only had to wait three days for FREE delivery and they were twice the distance from my home as the other place that wanted $60 to deliver. so overall I spent less money here and got a higher quality mattress. They also have a 10 year Warranty when the other place only had a 5 year warranty.

Went into the store on a weeknight - the space was clean and the service was very friendly. Staff knew about all the products and offered many types of mattresses based on my preference (no pushy salesmanship). The delivery was free and they took away my old bed as part of the service! I definitely will go there again if I need something else they offer.

We had seen Sleep King when it was on Main Street but had never stopped in the store, not like you buy a mattress all the time. I am glad I decided to make the drive over to see what they had to offer. Chris had exceptional customer service, even when I felt like I was trying out too many mattresses for my two year old. In the end, the price point was where I wanted it to be, but the primary reason I decided to buy at Sleep King over the couple other places I had checked with similar pricing was the family feel we got just walking in the door. This is more than aa job for Chris, this is a livelihood and you can feel that when you speak with him. I will continue to make all of my bed purchases through Sleep King as well as highly suggest to everyone I know.

We finally got our delivery and to be fair we may have just been a little unfair in our previous review since we needed the bed. We may upgrade our review after we check everything over to ensure it is right.I started at a 2...then we got our delivery and felt more confident and then it was a 3 and the delivery associates were fast and awesome and bumped it up to a 4. The delivery and installation process was top notch.

I had no problems with buying the mattress and adjustable base. The salesmanship was outstanding. The only problem was delivery time. It took three weeks to be delivered.

Love my new King Size bed, Chad was great, the prices were a lot less than I was expecting the delivery crew was on time and was in and out in no time and very courteous. I recommend them highly. I did go to their old location but they had a sign up directing me to 75 Trolley road.

I cannot thank this store enough! I just got a box spring from there (had a mattress or would have purchased from them as well!). I called in a panic needing same day delivery and they were the only ones in town who could help! :) not only did I get my box spring day of, they even put my mattress on for me! Reliable service and good prices. I tried to order a bunk bed-height mattress from one of those mattress in a box websites. Smelly and the mattress came with a high flammability warning that wasnt shown on the website listing. I tried again ordering from the web, choosing a different brand at a much higher price. Visible mold on both sides! Finally went to Sleep King and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. For about the same price as the online mattress in a box garbage, I was able to get a great quality, not smelly or flammable or moldy memory foam twin with cooling gel and bamboo cover. Owner Chad was super nice to work with. Five stars! Great store.

I have been shopping at Sleep King for years. I just bought a queen bedroom set from them. It was delivery yesterday. It was a great value for the quality of the set. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I wont shop anywhere else.

I want to share with everyone my experience in dealing with Sleep King. The first Mattress that I got I called the marshmallow. Within a years time it was saggy, lumpy and just not something that anyone would want to sleep on. After months of arguing with Matt, the manager, the store did take the Mattress back at a much lower price than I had paid for it. It took about a month for them to deliver the new mattress. Within a a week of having this new mattress, I had to go see my chiropractor and was unable to work. When I call Matt again he said that there are no refunds. So I lost money and now Im stuck with a defective product.Sleep King made what was supposed to be a pleasant experience and completely made it a nightmare. I have since gone to a competitor where I received EXCELLENT service and a superior mattress. I hope that this review helps you to make a better decision when buying a mattress. Avoid Sleep King and sleep better at night.

Just purchased my second mattress from Sleep King and couldn’t be more pleased. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in comfort, construction, and durability between all the brands and the prices were better than every other store, even Amazon. We ended up with the Bed Boss Revolution set and it is AMAZING- I don’t think my husband will ever get out of bed again unless he has to! The delivery guys were very friendly and careful about moving the previous bed across the house before bringing in the new one to set up. The next time we need another mattress we’ll definitely be back at Sleep King again.

12/17/19-Bought a king Sealy Hybrid Kelburn II mattress with adjustable frame. We were told we should get the bed in one or two weeks.2/02/19- Finally got the bed. Delivery and set up went well. Communication/updates could have been better, related to unforeseen delays. Ultimately, Matt and owner did exceed expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.Overall, we were pleased with Sleep Kings fair pricing and customer service.

I have been doing business with sleep king since 2015. The service provided is top notch. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they have great products. I love the fact that when I purchase matress sets that I dont have to stress about getting the old set out of my house. I just purchased 2 more sets from Swan he he was patient and gave exactly what I needed. I always recommend my friends and family to them. You must try the Sleep King.

HORRIBLE! Bordering on CRIMINAL. Either they are using factory seconds or recovering used mattresses but the two mattresses that we got were awful. It took months to get resolution on the first mattress. It also took 3 weeks to deliver the crappy mattresses. I originally paid over $800 for the first mattress and they swore up and down that I only paid $500. They then after months of bad customer service they replaced the mattress with another gem of a mattress which nearly crippled my friends back. The store stinks of cigarette smoke and terrible service. Please save aggravation. Go to Mattress Firm around the corner as they know how to treat customers and provide value. They are also very aware of the con game going on at Sleep King. The owner of Sleep King would not exchange the mattress if I did not remove my honest review of their scam. Sorry Matt, you and your boss cannot beg me this time to remove this very honest review. I have witnesses to what I just said.
